某厂在锯切20MnCr5圆棒过程中锯条容易断裂,采用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等观察分析手段,对锯条容易断裂的原因进行分析。分析结果表明:锯条断裂的原因为加工20MnCr5过程中粘刀崩齿。针对此类加工缺陷,提出了相应的改进措施。  相似文献

A new aqueous slurry-based laminated object manufacturing process for porous ceramics is proposed: firstly, an organic mesh sheet is pre-paved as a pore-forming template before slurry layer scraping; secondly, the 2D pattern is built with laser outline cutting of the dried mesh–ceramic composite layer; finally, the pore structure is formed after degreasing and sintering. Alumina parts with porosities of 51.5 %, round hole diameters of 80 ± 5 μm were fabricated using 70 wt. % solid content slurry and 100 mesh nylon net. Using an organic mesh as the framework and template not only reduces the risk of damage of the green body but also ensures the regularity, uniformity and connectivity of the micron scaled pore network. The layer-by-layer drying method avoids the delamination phenomenon and improves the paving density. The new method can realize the flexible design of the pore structure by using various organic mesh templates.  相似文献

A appropriate size with three-dimension(3 D) channels for lithium diffusion plays an important role in constructing highperforming LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_4(LNMO) cathode materials, as it can not only reduce the transport path of lithium ions and electrons, but also reduce the side effects and withstand the structural strain in the process of repetitive Li~+ intercalation/deintercalation. In this work, an e fficient method for designing the hollow LNMO microsphere with 3 D channels structure by using polyethylene oxide(PEO) as soft template agent assisted solvothermal method is proposed. Experimental results indicate that PEO can make the reagents mingle evenly and nucleate slowly in the solvothermal process, thus obtaining a homogeneous distribution of carbonate precursors. In the final LNMO products, the hollow 3 D channels structure obtained by the decomposition of PEO and carbonate precursor in the calcination can provide abundant electroactive zones and electron/ion transport paths during the charge/discharge process, which benefits to improve the cycling performance and rate capability. The LNMO prepared by adding 1 g PEO possesses the most outstanding electrochemical performance, which presented an excellent discharge capacity of 143.1 mAh g~(-1) at 0.1 C and with a capacity retention of 92.2% after 100 cycles at 1 C. The superior performance attributed to the 3 D channels structure of hollow microspheres, which provide uninterrupted conductive systems and therefore achieve the stable transfer for electron/ion.  相似文献

The <110>-oriented BaTiO3 ceramics were fabricated using BaCO3 matrix and H1.08Ti1.73O4.nH2O (HTO) template particles, and the mechanism of BaTiO3 phase formation was investigated. The dielectric, ferroelectric, and piezoelectric properties were also investigated. The transformation of the HTO phase into the TiO2 bronze or TiO2 (B) phase was observed at 600°C, where the BaTiO3 nucleation was accompanied by the formation of a Ba2TiO4 phase. The TiO2 phase reacted with the Ba2TiO4 phase at 800°C to give a BaTiO3 phase, whereas its reaction with the BaTiO3 resulted in the formation of BaTi2O5 phase that got decomposed into BaTiO3 and Ba6Ti17O40 phase at sintering temperature ≥1300°C. Sintering with samples’ embedding in BaTiO3 powders prevented the formation of the Ba6Ti17O40 secondary phase. The crystallographic orientation along the <110> direction (F110) was developed by the epitaxial grain growth mechanism. In addition to the contribution of the grain-size increment for enhancing the F110, the preservation of the platelike structure was also found to have a significant impact. The ceramics prepared by the embedded sintering (grain size ≈12.4 µm and F110 = 83%) exhibited the room-temperature dielectric constant of 1708 and piezoelectric strain constant of 445 pm/V, which are higher than those of the BaTiO3 ceramics with randomly oriented grains.  相似文献

In this paper, nitrogen-doped hierarchical porous carbon (N-HPC) was prepared from polyaniline (PANI)/silica self-aggregates. H-bonding between N-H groups in aniline/PANI and -OH groups in nano silica template led to a self-assembly type, which enabled the formation of uniform N-HPC nanoparticles. Silica self-aggregates provided macroporous channels resulted in a decreased diffusion distance. After removing the hard template, the N-HPC had a high surface area (899 m2·g-1). Owing to two co-existed synergetic energy-storage mechanisms and the hierarchical porous structure, the obtained N-HPC exhibited a high specific capacitance of 218.75 F·g-1 at 0.5 A·g-1, compared with the nonporous nitrogen-doped carbon (N-C) derived from pure PANI. Moreover, the N-HPC electrode demonstrated excellent cycle life, retaining 99% of its initial specific capacitance after 1000 cycles.  相似文献

Side-channel attacks have shown to be efficient tools in breaking cryptographic hardware. Many conventional algorithms have been proposed to perform side-channel attacks exploiting the dynamic power leakage. In recent years, with the development of processing technology, static power has emerged as a new potential source for side-channel leakage. Both types of power leakage have their advantages and disadvantages. In this work, we propose to use the deep neural network technique to combine the benefits of both static and dynamic power. This approach replaces the classifier in template attacks with our proposed long short-term memory network schemes. Hence, instead of deriving a specific probability density model for one particular type of power leakage, we gain the ability of combining different leakage sources using a structural algorithm. In this paper, we propose three schemes to combine the static and dynamic power leakage. The performance of these schemes is compared using simulated test circuits designed with a 45-nm library.  相似文献

We report on glycerol electro-oxidation in alkaline medium at macroporous Ni electrodes decorated with Cu particles. Macroporous Ni film is electrodeposited, using hydrogen bubbles as dynamic templates, atop of a Cu substrate. This film shows good electrocatalytic activity towards glycerol oxidation reaction (GOR). The Ni film is further decorated with Cu via spontaneous deposition from CuSO4 solution. This is done to enhance the catalytic activity of the film towards GOR. The morphology of the Cu-decorated Ni film is controlled using various additives such as KCl and (NH4)2SO4 which are added to the Cu deposition bath. The as-prepared Cu-decorated Ni films are characterized by electrochemical measurements, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It is found that these additives have tremendous effects on the morphology and the electrocatalytic activity of the decorating Cu particles.The decorated Ni foam showed superior electrocatalytic activity towards the GOR, as confirmed by the negative shift in the onset oxidation potential (ca. 100 mV) together with an increase in oxidation current that is up to 1.5-fold during the cyclic voltammetry (CV) measurements, compared to the undecorated Ni foam.  相似文献

Pre-mRNA splicing plays an important role in muscle function and diseases. The RNA binding motif 20 (RBM20) is a splicing factor that is predominantly expressed in muscle tissues and primarily regulates pre-mRNA splicing of Ttn, encoding a giant muscle protein titin that is responsible for muscle function and diseases. RBM20-mediated Ttn splicing has been mostly studied in heart muscle, but not in skeletal muscle. In this study, we investigated splicing specificity in different muscle types in Rbm20 knockout rats and hormonal effects on RBM20-mediated splicing both in cellulo and in vivo studies. The results revealed that RBM20 is differentially expressed across muscles and RBM20-mediated splicing is muscle-type specific. In the presence of RBM20, Ttn splicing responds to hormones in a muscle-type dependent manner, while in the absence of RBM20, Ttn splicing is not affected by hormones. In differentiated and undifferentiated C2C12 cells, RBM20-mediated splicing in response to hormonal effects is mainly through genomic signaling pathway. The knowledge gained from this study may help further understand muscle-specific gene splicing in response to hormone stimuli in different muscle types.  相似文献
