针对基于数据驱动的人脸画像合成算法像素特征缺乏对光照变化和复杂背景的鲁棒性,常合成低质量的画像的问题,文中提出基于深度概率图模型的鲁棒人脸画像合成算法.采用预处理方法调整测试照片的光照亮度和人脸姿态,使之与训练照片一致.采用深度特征代替像素特征进行近邻匹配,采用深度概率图模型对画像重建权重和深度特征权重联合建模,得到合成画像的最佳重构表示.为了提高画像合成速度,提出快速近邻搜索方法.实验验证文中算法的鲁棒性和快速性.  相似文献

The enhancement of monitoring biosignals plays a crucial role to thrive successfully computer-assisted diagnosis, ergo the deployment of outstanding approaches is an ongoing field of research demand. In the present article, a computational prototype for preprocessing short daytime polysomnographic (sdPSG) recordings based on advanced estimation techniques is introduced. The postulated model is capable of performing data segmentation, baseline correction, whitening, embedding artefacts removal and noise cancellation upon multivariate sdPSG data sets. The methodological framework includes Karhunen–Loève Transformation (KLT), Blind Source Separation with Second Order Statistics (BSS-SOS) and Wavelet Packet Transform (WPT) to attain low-order, time-to-diagnosis efficiency and modular autonomy. The data collected from 10 voluntary subjects were preprocessed by the model, in order to evaluate the withdrawal of noisy and artefactual activity from electroencephalographic (EEG) and electrooculographic (EOG) channels. The performance metrics are distinguished in qualitative (visual inspection) and quantitative manner, such as: Signal-to-Interference Ratio (SIR), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). The computational model demonstrated a complete artefact rejection in 80% of the preprocessed epochs, 4 to 8 dB for residual error and 12 to 30 dB in signal-to-noise gain after denoising trial. In comparison to previous approaches, N-way ANOVA tests were conducted to attest the prowess of the system in the improvement of electrophysiological signals to forthcoming processing and classification stages.  相似文献

One common defect of thinning algorithms is deformation at crossing points. To solve this problem, a new thinning method, called the knowledge-based thinning algorithm (KBTA), is proposed. It first represents a binary pattern by coded run lengths of the horizontal line segments. Then the relationship between line segments is described quantitatively by another new algorithm which makes use of both forward and backward derivatives. It afterwards identifies the regions where branches of the pattern meet, then extracts their shape features and thins all of them. Knowing the identities of these regions, perfect skeletons can be obtained. Other regions are thinned by an existing algorithm which is based on contour generation. Experiments with a wide variety of binary patterns show that this new technique generates better skeletons than several other well-known algorithms.  相似文献

An attempt has been made to hide the false edges perceived at block borders in DCT-coded image sequences. The standard H.261 codec is extended by simple pre- and postprocessing: shifting the input image over small pseudo-random horizontal and vertical distances and shifting back the output image by the same amount. A subjective comparison by a panel of 20 observers has established a quality improvement for interframe coding, if both the current image and the previous image are subjected to the same shift. Masking the block borders by adding a time-invariant noise image to the output is found to be a desirable option.  相似文献

The use of principal component analysis in preprocessing neural network input data is explored. Four preprocessing schemes are compared in an example problem, and the theoretical basis for the results are discussed. A preconditioning method for the principal components is introduced here, combining normalisation and improved conditioning. The techniques are applied to an object location problem in diffraction tomography. The spectral analysed scattered field from an irradiated object form the input to a Multilayer Perceptron neural network, trained by backpropagation to calculate the coordinates of the object's centre in 2D.Aspects of this work were presented at the NCAF Symposium, King's College London, 9 January 1992.  相似文献

对电渣熔铸渣池进行了热电场有限元模拟的前置处理,建立了电渣熔铸渣池热电场数学模型,定义了以自耗电极、渣壳、水冷结晶器、渣池为对象的计算区域.借助大型有限元软件ANSYS,对计算区域进行了合理的单元、插值函数选取以及网格划分,研究发现渣池存在两个区域:一是温度很高、电流密度很大且分布很不均匀的小区域,位于自耗电极端部附近,为高热源区,另一是电流密度小且分布几乎均匀的大区域,为低热源区.  相似文献

在分类和预测任务中,包含大量不同取值的名词型属性使那些要求数值型输入的回归算法难以使用。该文提出一种基于经验贝叶斯统计方法的预处理方法,对这一类名词型属性进行变换,使之能用于预测建模。首先介绍了变换的统计学原理,然后给出了实现方法。分析表明,此方法简单易行,缩放性较好,而且在处理缺失数据时具有明显的优势。  相似文献

SMFSS1由模具设计的CAD模块、前处理模块、成形过程仿真模块和后处理模块及接口组成。仿真模块使用有限元方法对成形过程中的接触问题采用了接触搜寻法确定接触对,并使用罚参数法快速准确地求出接触力。前后处理模块使CAD系统与仿真模块构成统一的应用系统,应用效率与方便性良好。通过应用实例说明软件的实用性及可应用性。  相似文献
