Given the accelerating pace of technological advances and environmental changes, technology-based companies are required to predict and understand future events in their environments. However, there is a wide range of forecasting methods creating confusion on which method to use. This paper demonstrates the selection of an appropriate technique for technology forecasting in the Iran Aviation Industries Organization (IAIO). To this end, a review of the literature was first reviewed to extract the proper criteria for selecting a forecasting method. Next, the SWARA and fuzzy MUTLIMOORA methods were used to evaluate and prioritize a total of twelve forecasting methods proposed for the case study. The results suggested that the Delphi method for technology forecasting in the IAIO. Scenario writing and the relevance tree are the next proper alternatives that can be used.  相似文献

针对多属性决策中多个相互冲突的属性信息使决策者很难做出决策判断的问题,文中从支持直觉模糊集的角度研究该问题.首先,在支持直觉模糊集的基础上,结合多粒度粗糙集理论,构造乐观、悲观两种多粒度支持直觉模糊粗糙集模型,分析两种模型之间的相互关系,讨论相关性质.然后,利用t-模和t-余模定义拟合函数,提出多粒度支持直觉模糊粗糙集的多属性决策求解方法,同时定义得分函数和精确函数排序决策结果,提取相应的决策规则,设计算法.实例分析表明,文中方法使决策者在处理信息冲突的多属性决策问题时可根据实际需求选择最优决策方案  相似文献

We introduce a novel methodology for ranking hesitant fuzzy sets. It builds on a recent, theoretically sound contribution in Social Choice. In order to justify the applicability of such analysis, we develop two real implementations: (i) new metarankings of world academic institutions that build on real data from three reputed agencies, and (ii) a new procedure for improving teaching performance assessments which we illustrate with real data collected by ourselves.  相似文献

Tactic planning or master production scheduling focuses on time and spatial decomposition of the aggregate planning targets and forecasts, as well as, forecast and provision of needed resources. This process becomes extremely hard and time consuming with the increase of number of products, resources and periods considered. In face of such obstacles, this work shows a study of an Artificial Intelligence technique called Simulated Annealing applied to the optimization of production planning problem, more specifically, Master Production Scheduling. This work reviews some of the fundamental theory of simulated annealing, the methodology for master production scheduling calculation, the applicability of simulating annealing to planning problems, most important results and suggestions for further studies.  相似文献

To detect the problems of time delay, path error and destination error in express logistics process effectively, a novel outlier detection algorithm for express logistics is proposed in this paper. To test the detection results, the express logistics system operating model is built to test the detection results. Experiment results show that the proposed algorithm is well applied to the express logistics data with multi-attribute characteristics, and can work well in detecting the abnormal conditions of express logistics.  相似文献

Power system emergency control is one key defense strategy in contingencies for protecting the system from cascading blackout. Under Frequency Load Shedding (UFLS) is one such strategy to ensure system stability by shedding load to retrieve balance between power supply and demand. Novel UFLS scheme design and a scheme optimization approach are proposed in this paper to find the optimal load-shedding schemes for different network partition resulted from contingencies. To obtain all possible UFLS schemes for a certain area, a candidate scheme set design algorithm based on value assigning of scheme parameters is proposed and then a relatively complete candidate scheme set is constructed. Considering network splitting caused by protection, several subsystems may exist from the reconstruction of independent network areas. The concept of homological area is defined and a graph-based method is used to analyse system topology change. Then, a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) algorithm is introduced for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) for global optimizing candidate schemes. Optimal schemes for an area in both isolated area and homological area cases can be derived from all feasible UFLS schemes by MADM method. Simulation results demonstrate that the UFLS schemes can effectively restore system frequency in different network topologies.  相似文献

In the current economic climate, budgets for the maintenance of public buildings are unlikely to meet the ever-increasing maintenance needs. Although it is unlikely that this problem can be overcome completely without an injection of further resources, it is possible for government maintenance authorities to improve the situation by ensuring that the best solution in terms of ‘value for money’ is achieved in the planned maintenance programme. A maintenance plan which is based on a rational assessment of priorities and up-to-date knowledge of the condition of the property stock will help to ensure the best use of available resources. Based on the multi-attribute maintenance prioritization model developed by Alan Spedding, Roy Holmes and Qiping Shen at the University of West of England, which is simple in practice and flexible from a management point of view, this paper presents the results of some further research into this area by modifying the original model using an analytical hierarchy process in deciding the weightings of the criteria set out in the prioritization model. This modified model is more quantitative and objective than the original model. The validation of the framework is also discussed.  相似文献
