Enterprises in an industrial cluster could dynamically alliance in the form of cluster supply chains to share inner-cluster resources and services, and respond to the ever-fluctuating customer demands in a cost-effective way. However, an effective and feasible method enabling such dynamic cluster supply chain configuration (CSCC) lags behind practice due to the conflict of interests. Researchers are designing All-in-One theoretic models to optimize CSCC with the assumed decision details of all enterprises, while in fact clustered enterprises are seeking effective decentralized decision mechanisms which protect their decision autonomy in the frequently re-configured CSC. A newly emerged multi-disciplinary optimization method, Augmented Lagrangian Coordination (ALC), which supports the open-structure collaboration with strict optimization convergence, is thoroughly investigated in this paper and applied to solve the conflict. Through a complete analysis of CSC’s configuration policies in typical stages, a generic CSCC model is proposed and then partitioned into an ALC-based decentralized decision model by the typical decision autonomy distribution in clusters. Clustered enterprises collaborate vertically and laterally along the ALC model through multi-dimensional couplings to achieve the overall consistency and optimality. Results have proved the effectiveness of ALC for CSCC problem. A set of sensitivity analysis is also conducted to find out the condition in which an order has to be fulfilled in a CSC and the most appropriate configuration.  相似文献

In-Flight Internet Connectivity (IFC) has become one of the crucial needs of passengers with technological improvements. The Aeronautical Ad-hoc Networks (AANETs) have been proposed by establishing air-to-air (A2A) links between aircraft to satisfy this need. However, the unstructured aircraft topology caused by their ultra-dynamic characteristics reduces the longevity of A2A links in AANET. This shorter longevity decreases the stability of AANET by accelerating the connection establishment/termination procedures between aircraft. Additionally, the shorter link longevity affects the packet transfer delay and the delivery ratio of AANET. To the best of our knowledge, these three challenges are not investigated simultaneously under one topology management model. This paper proposes a three-phased topology formation model for AANETs to increase the stability and packet delivery ratio in AANET with a shorter packet transfer delay. The first phase corresponds to the aircraft clustering formation, and here, we aim to increase the AANET stability by creating spatially correlated clusters. The second phase consists of the A2A link determination for reducing the packet transfer delay. Finally, the cluster head selection increases the packet delivery ratio in AANET. According to our simulations, we see that the stability and packet delivery ratio of AANET topology are roughly improved 35% and 31% with a 28% delay reduction compared to the methods in the literature.  相似文献

Three classification techniques (loading and score projections based on principal components analysis (PCA), cluster analysis (CA) and self-organizing maps (SOM)) were applied to a large environmental data set of chemical indicators of river water quality. The study was carried out by using long-term water quality monitoring data. The advantages of SOM algorithm and its classification and visualization ability for large environmental data sets are stressed. The results obtained allowed detecting natural clusters of monitoring locations with similar water quality type and identifying important discriminant variables responsible for the clustering. SOM clustering allows simultaneous observation of both spatial and temporal changes in water quality. The chemometric approach revealed different patterns of monitoring sites conditionally named "tributary", "urban", "rural" or "background". This objective separation could lead to an optimization of river monitoring nets and to a better tracing natural and anthropogenic changes along the river stream.  相似文献

Cluster ion beam processing has been extensively developed during the 25 years since the concept originated. Low energy surface interaction effects, lateral sputtering phenomena and high-rate chemical reaction effects have been explored experimentally and have been explained by means of molecular dynamics (MD) modeling. Practical production equipment for a wide range of applications has also been successfully developed. The technology is now advancing rapidly in the fields of sub-nanoscale processing of metals, semiconductors and insulating materials. This paper reviews important events which have taken place during the development with emphasis placed on emerging new advances which have occurred during several recent years.  相似文献

Cadmium Selenide thermodynamic formation energies at the molecular and nanoscale range are investigated using density functional theory. The investigation is performed using wurtzoid and diamondoid clusters that represent the wurtzite and zincblende structures at the molecular and nanoscale size range for a cluster number of atoms n ≤ 26. Cd and Se atomic clusters are optimized and used to provide component atomic cluster energies. Although both Cd and Se clusters at the nanoscale have different phases than bulk, the results show that Gibbs free energy, enthalpy, and entropy of formation of CdSe are close to their experimental bulk energies of formation within errors of experimental measurements. CdSe wurtzoids generally have higher absolute (more negative) Gibbs free energy of formation than CdSe diamondoids indicating more stable wurtzoid molecules which is also the case at bulk. The absolute Gibbs free energy of wurtzoids is also higher than experimental value (more negative) because of surface effects at the nanoscale. Enthalpy of formation indicates an exothermic reaction of Cd and Se clusters as is the case at bulk. The entropy of formation of all clusters is size-sensitive and converges towards bulk experimental measurements. Both wurtzoids and diamondoids members contain Cd13Se13 cluster which is the most investigated magic CdSe cluster.  相似文献

Ultrasonic fatigue tests were conducted at the stress ratios of −1, −0.5, −0.1, 0.1 and 0.5 for a Ti–6Al–4V alloy in high-cycle and very-high-cycle fatigue regimes. Experimental results showed that faceted crack initiation was the main failure mode for specimens at the stress ratios of −0.1, 0.1 and 0.5, and multi-site faceted crack initiation was observed at the stress ratios of 0.1 and 0.5. The measurements indicated that the number of facets increased with the increase of stress ratio. Based on the observations, the mechanism of faceted crack initiation was proposed, i.e., (i) cleavage of isolated primary α grains in cluster; (ii) gradual growth of originated cracks (facets), and the coalescence of adjacent facets; and (iii) coalesced facets forming a main crack in the cluster. Moreover, a model based on Poisson defect distribution is proposed to describe the effects of stress ratio on faceted crack initiation, which is in agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献
