科技人员创新创业政策制定相关因素分析

国内外学者在鼓励科技人员创新创业方面都进行过深入研究,且近几年来呈现上涨的趋势。文章采用文献 调查法对通过研究相关文献了解到目前有关科技人员创新创业的研究和发展、影响因素、鼓励政策措施进行分析。在 了解有关科技人员创新创业现状的基础上,对影响其发展的原因进行归纳总结,并结合各地出台的相关政策措施分析 出制定鼓励科技人员创新创业政策的关键,旨在为各省市针对自身不足有效出台政策办法提供有价值的参考与启示。     

基层图书馆为“返乡农民工”开展创业信息服务的思考

针对农民工返乡潮的背景,梳理了关于返乡农民工的研究现状,对目标样本的基本情况、图书馆服务满意度,以及返乡农民工最需要的信息种类等进行了统计分析,发现了基层图书馆在返乡农民工服务缺乏需求调查,服务错位;信息传播辐射范围窄,信息获取不畅;服务模式单一,缺乏连续性和系统性。进而提出了采用综合性调查手段,准确感知返乡农民工信息需求;加强服务网点、信息化集成、信息素养水平和专家库资源的顶层设计,缩小信息距离;围绕返乡农民工需求,打造常态服务品牌;立足创业信息需求,提供智能移动服务路径的解决策略。     

“二次创业”中出版企业激励机制的构建

随着出版发行体制改革的深化,出版业面临着新的转型.这一转型,为出版企业提供了"二次创业"的契机.在"二次创业"中,出版企业员工管理模式应从传统的"命令-控制"型向"引导-激励"型转变,运用激励的制度安排来激发员工的潜能,提高其工作积极性,实现员工和企业的共同发展.     

Framework for Sustaining Innovation at Baker Library,Harvard Business School

ABSTRACT

Baker Library at Harvard Business School is increasingly asked by the school's faculty to create custom digital information products to enhance course assignments and to find novel ways of electronically disseminating faculty research. In order to prioritize these requests, as well as facilitate, manage, and track the resulting projects, the library staff developed the Research Innovation Framework. Informed by design thinking techniques and recent research on building innovation strategies and innovative cultures, the Research Innovation Framework has been particularly impactful to Baker's intra-organizational communication, allowing for more robust collaboration across the entire library. Tools and resources contained within the Framework have allowed Baker to adapt to the diverse and evolving needs of its customers.     

Due diligence: Recognizing the role of patent research in the start-up life cycle

ABSTRACT

This article examines the role that business librarians can play in conveying the importance of thorough patent research in the start-up life cycle. It provides a summary of the components of the start-up life cycle and due diligence research as it pertains to entrepreneurs and venture capitalists. An overview of patent research resources and locations is provided, with particular focus on PatentsView, a web-based patent data visualization and analysis tool.

双创是创新2.0时代的创新驱动发展战略的重要举措。在梳理科技信息服务业的行业定位、发展趋势和挑战 的基础上,以万方科创书院为案例,阐述其科技信息传播与服务的路径、特点,提出融合科技图书馆、实体书店、科 普教育基地和科技众创空间5种业态的“图书馆+”模式,并总结该模式具有的5个特点,即文化融合、载体融合、受众 融合、媒介融合和业态融合,最后从科技信息传播与服务的角度对科创书院未来的发展提出发展建议。     

“双创”中投资决策信息需求的统计分析与启示

以央视《创业英雄汇》节目的233个创业项目为研究对象,设计指标体系并结合案例分析法对投资人的信息 需求进行分析。分析结果表明：目前投资人对农林牧渔业更加关注项目规划信息,对轻工食品业更加关注产品组合以 及供应商方面的信息,对信息产业更加关注技术环境信息,对服务业更加关注竞争格局的信息。最后在此分析的基础 上提出3 点建议。

跨界创业的知识共享模型及运行机制研究

[目的/意义]旨在对跨界创业知识共享的研究做出拓展并探究其内部机理。[方法/过程]通过综合探讨跨界创业企业知识共享过程及其关键影响因素,分析企业跨界创业过程中知识的流动及阻碍,构建跨界创业知识共享模型,并对此模型进行深入阐释。[结果/结论]通过此研究,对跨界创业知识共享的研究做出拓展,笔者所进行的研究与构建的跨界创业知识共享模型表明：在跨界创业过程中,组织需要重视知识共享,考虑如何跨过知识边界的阻碍,并建设和发展相关能力,从而促进组织的知识获取效率,进而为组织的竞争优势与绩效的提升做出贡献。     

An Examination of Library and Information Science Undergraduate Students’ Career Aspirations in Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment

This study examined Library and Information Science (LIS) undergraduate students’ career aspirations in entrepreneurship and self-employment opportunities. A total of 155 students constituted the sample for the study. A self-designed questionnaire was used for the collection of data. The results demonstrate that 20.3% aspire to set up a small business, 39.2% prefer company employment, 30.4% prefer self-employment, and 20.3% prefer government employment. Forming partnerships, loans from banks and friends, grants from private foundations and personal savings and cash, private stock, and angel investors were identified as sources of funding. Careers available in LIS were identified to include librarian, abstracter, lecturer, web designer, database manager, archivist, information broker, publisher, and researcher. Hindrances to careers in entrepreneurship and self-employment were identified to include lack of access to financial services, access to physical infrastructure, and basic services. The study makes recommendations based on the findings.
