Effect of 5-Aminoisoquinolinone on the Adhesion of Colon Carcinoma

Objective： 5-Aminoisoquinolinone, a water-soluble, potent inhibitor of the activity of poly （adenosine 5＇-diphosphate ribose） polymerase, plays an important role in the tissue injury associated with ischaemia-reperfusion injury and inflammation by inhibiting the activity of poly （adenosine 5＇-diphosphate ribose） polymerase and the expression of cell adhesion molecules such as ICAM-1, P-selectin et al. But how about it in the tumor is not clear. The aim of the present study was to study the effects of 5-Aminoisoquinolinon on the adhesion of colon carcinoma line HT-29 cells to human umbilical vein endothelial cells; and the effects of 5-Aminoisoquinolinon on the expression of ICAM-1, P-selectin and the activity of poly （adenosine 5＇-diphosphate ribose） polymerase in colon carcinoma HT-29 cells. Methods： The adhesion of HT-29 cells to human umbilical vein endothelial cells was detected by adhesive experiment. Immunocytochemically Streptavidin-Peroxidase method was used to investigate the expression of ICAM-1, P-selectin and Poly （adenosine 5＇-diphosphate ribose）（ the product of poly （adenosine 5＇-diphosphate ribose） polymerase activation）. Results： the results of the adhesion assay of HT-29 cells to HUVEC showed that the OD570 value in each 5-AIQ-treated group was significant lower than that in the control group （5-AIQ-untreated） in a dose-dependent manner. The expression of ICAM-1, P-selectin and Poly （adenosine 5＇-diphosphate ribose） was significant lower in 5-Aminoisoquinolinone-treated HT-29 cell group than that in 5-Aminoisoquinolinoneuntreated groups. Conclusion： The data suggest that 5-Aminoisoquinolinone can inhibit the adhesion of HT-29 cells to human umbilical vein endothelial cells. 5-Aminoisoquinolinone also can inhibit poly （adenosine 5＇-diphosphate ribose） polymerase activation and the expressions of ICAM-1 and P-selectin in HT-29 cells. 5-Aminoisoquinolinone probably contributes to the prevention of tumor cell metastasis. Further study is needed.     

消化性溃疡出血病人自我防护意识调查

消化性溃疡发病率高,复发率也高,出血是其主要的并发症,极大地影响着消化性溃疡病人的生活质量。目前对消化性溃疡病的病因及发病机制尚不完全清楚,但临床上发现大部分消化性溃疡出血病人都有一定的诱发因素。为了解消化性溃疡出血病人的自我防护意识,避免或减少其诱发因素,降低发病率和复发率,我科于2001年3月-10月对本病区住院的48例消化性溃疡出血病人进行了有关方面的问卷调查。现将结果报告如下。     

抗消化性溃疡药物用药指导

目前，临床应用的抗消化性溃疡药物种类较多，作用机理也不相同。那么如何正确使用和选择这些药物已成为临床工作中日益突出的问题。笔者就此问题谈谈个人的看法，主要阐述如下。[第一段]     

妇科恶性肿瘤术时髂内动脉化疗20例临床分析

手术治疗是决定妇科恶性肿瘤预后的主要因素,而手术操作时能使有活力的癌细胞进入血循环中,其中一部分可能沉积在毛细血管内形成微小的癌灶,为肿瘤的转移提供机会。我院于1997年12月至2002年8月对20例妇科恶性肿瘤患者进行手术时,采用术时髂内动脉灌注化疗的方法,以减少术中癌细胞扩散的机会,现报道如下。     

骨组织工程应用研究进展

各种原因造成的骨组织的缺损一直是临床治疗的难点之一。组织工程是细胞经体外扩增与可降解材料复合、体内构建有活力的组织和器官的新兴技术 ,骨组织工程作为其重要的一个分支有望首先在临床得到应用 ,现阶段研究的热点集中于寻找合适的种子细胞、材料和体内构建方式。1　种子细胞1.1　骨膜和骨组织来源的成骨细胞成骨细胞回植体内后成骨能力明确 ,复合聚乳酸等多种材料后回植体内成骨 ,但其体外大量扩增后表型易丧失 ,同时取大量的骨和骨膜来获得种子细胞的方法不符合组织工程的原则 ,因此临床应用的实际意义不大。1.2　骨髓基质细胞1.2 .…     

缺血性中风并发抑郁症状患者的心理护理60例效果观察

目的观察心理护理后缺血性中风并发抑郁症状患者的情绪障碍程度及神经功能缺损程度的变化。方法120例缺血性中风并发抑郁症状的患者随机分为心理护理组和对照组，观察28天。观察指标采用1995年全国第四届脑血管病学术会议能过的《脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准》和参照Munt sinai医学中心提出的BKI和HRSD量表。结果心理护理组情绪改善程度和神经功能缺损分值的减少和对照组比较有显著意义。结论对缺血性中风并发抑郁症状患者进行心理护理具有显著的临床价值。     

直肠粘膜内脱的治疗经验

直肠粘膜内脱属中医“脱肛”范畴。患者常有肛门坠胀,排便困难,排便不尽感或直肠内堵塞感。因松弛的直肠粘膜突于直肠腔内,但不脱于肛门外,而形成所谓“隐性脱垂”,故常责之为痔疾而就医。该病以50岁以上的老年患者居多,女性多于男性。治疗上多先采用保守疗法,包括饮食调节和排便习惯调节及其它对症处理,无效时考虑手
