In the everyday, elegance is a wholly subjective attribute. Whether we deem someone to be ‘elegant’ is entirely dependent on our own personal perception of their outward appearance. Here, Manuel DeLanda provides for architecture an objective interpretation of the elegant or smart solution in which ‘there is a measurable economy of means to achieve a certain outcome’. An experimental study was carried out to examine different mixtures made with selected lightweight aggregates for the purpose of producing lightweight concrete. A relatively suitable product is sought in order to provide good quality building materials that can satisfy the conditions of hot coastal environments. Three ways of producing lightweight concrete were used, i.e., lightweight crushed bricks, lightweight expanded clay aggregate (LECA), and no-fines concrete. Physical and mechanical properties of the mixtures were examined to ascertain the suitability and applicability of the three concretes. The results of this pilot study suggest that there are possibilities of producing structural lightweight concrete using crushed bricks with the condition of further refinements in the mixture design.  相似文献

针对关键业务的应用开发离不开工作流技术的支持。通过对关键业务的实际开发需求的分析,在传统的关系数据库的基础上,提出了一个适用于关键业务开发的基于关系数据库的轻量级工作流引擎的框架结构。此工作流模型由组织模型、信息模型和控制模型三部分组成。本文深入讨论了采用关系数据库和轻量级理念来设计工作流引擎,并运用到企业的测试业务线中,并详细地给出了相关的组织模型、信息模型和控制模型的设计原理以及具体实现。  相似文献

The possibility of using heterogeneous construction waste such as masonry rubble as a raw material for the production of lightweight aggregates similar to expanded clays or even pumice has already been reported earlier. This approach has been consistently pursued. As a current aspect, the extent to which gypsum-containing masonry rubble is also suitable as a raw material was investigated. This not only avoids (expensive) landfilling of this material, but at the same time makes a contribution to at least partially filling the “gypsum gap” created by the elimination of flue gas desulfurization gypsum. The first part of this publication reports on laboratory-scale tests. The second part focuses on testing the process in the pilot plant.  相似文献

Heterogeneous construction waste such as masonry rubble has potential as a raw material for the production of lightweight aggregates similar to expanded clays or even pumice. In the present paper, the suitability of feedstocks with considerable gypsum contents was investigated in a pilot plant. Based on the results, initial technological statements could be made. 以ER20-C10六自由度工业机器人的大臂为研究对象,针对其质量轻、强度高、动态特性好的需求现状,采用solidThingking Inspire软件对大臂进行静力学分析,采用ANSYS Workbench软件对大臂进行模态分析,以确定大臂模型是否合理并为最后的效果验证提供依据。采用solidThingking Inspire软件对大臂进行拓扑优化,采用ANSA软件对优化后的大臂进行几何清理和网格划分;最后对优化后的大臂进行模态分析和静力学分析。通过对比优化前后的分析结果,发现优化后的大臂在提高强度、刚度和最小安全系数的同时实现了轻量化,为工业机器人机械结构的研发提供了参考。  相似文献

Nucleic acid testing is currently the golden reference for coronaviruses (SARS-CoV-2) detection, while the SARS-CoV-2 antigen-detection rapid diagnostic tests (RDT) is an important adjunct. RDT can be widely used in the community or regional screening management as self-test tools and may need to be verified by healthcare authorities. However, manual verification of RDT results is a time-consuming task, and existing object detection algorithms usually suffer from high model complexity and computational effort, making them difficult to deploy. We propose LightR-YOLOv5, a compact rotating SARS-CoV-2 antigen-detection RDT results detector. Firstly, we employ an extremely light-weight L-ShuffleNetV2 network as a feature extraction network with a slight reduction in recognition accuracy. Secondly, we combine semantic and texture features in different layers by judiciously combining and employing GSConv, depth-wise convolution, and other modules, and further employ the NAM attention to locate the RDT result detection region. Furthermore, we propose a new data augmentation approach, Single-Copy–Paste, for increasing data samples for the specific task of RDT result detection while achieving a small improvement in model accuracy. Compared with some mainstream rotating object detection networks, the model size of our LightR-YOLOv5 is only 2.03MB, and it is 12.6%, 6.4%, and 7.3% higher in mAP@.5:.95 metrics compared to RetianNet, FCOS, and R3Det, respectively.  相似文献

In this study, lightweight cordierite-mullite ceramics with high strength and high thermal-shock resistance were successfully synthesized by solid-state method with the usage of hollow ceramic microspheres. After careful physico-chemical and mechanical characterization, we gained an economical cordierite material with a low bulk density of 1.40 g/cm3 with an apparent porosity of 44.78%, a flexural strength of 20.17 MPa and a coefficient of thermal expansion of 2.26 × 10−6 oC−1 compared to the bulk counterpart with a bulk density of 2.00 g/cm3 with an apparent porosity of 25.75%, a flexural strength of 23.69 MPa and a coefficient of thermal expansion of 2.47 × 10−6 oC−1. As a catalyst support of Na-FeOx, the economical cordierite has proved the same stability and activity in CO2 hydrogenation towards C5+ fuels as bulk cordierite-based catalyst counterparts.  相似文献
