近年来国内学界关于中国共产党的社会整合研究述评

改革开放以来，随着利益分化问题的出现与扩大，进行社会整合的要求越来越强烈。社会整合是中国共产党在21世纪所要承担的重要政治使命和执政课题。因此，当前对中国共产党的社会整合问题进行系统研究就显得尤为迫切和重要。近年来，国内学界围绕社会整合的涵义、机制、内容、功能、途径及历史进程等理论与实证问题，对党的社会整合研究逐渐深入，并取得了较为丰硕的成果。然而，其研究仍存在不足，如研究范式与方法的有效性较弱，对党的社会整合的现实环境的分析缺乏针对性，对党的社会整合途径及机制的研究不够深入和全面等。因此，关于党的社会整合研究还需进一步深化与拓展。     

SNMP协议解析及综述

SNMP的概念在上世纪末被提出,随着计算机和网络技术的不断发展,以及人们对网络应用环境要求的提高,伴随SNMP研究的逐步深入,同时也被更广泛地运用到实际中来.系统介绍SNMP研究内容的发展、应用算法的改进以及国内外研究动态,明确SNMP所面临的问题,探讨其未来的发展方向,为SNMP研究提供参考.     

A study of Platyplectrus Ferrière (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae) in mainland China

This paper reviews the Chinese species of Platyplectrus Ferrière. Twelve valid species are recognized from mainland China and a key to species is provided. Trichoplectrus Erdös (1951 Erdös, J, 1951. "Eulophidae novae. Acta Biologica". 1951, Academiae Scientiarum Hungaricae, 2(1–3), 169–237. [Google Scholar]) is newly synonymized with Metaplectrus Ferrière (1941 Ferrière, C, 1941. New species of Euplectrini (Hym. Chalcidoidea) from Europe, Africa and Asia, Bulletin of Entomological Research 32 (1941), pp. 17–48.[Crossref] , [Google Scholar]) and three new combinations are proposed: Metaplectrus szepligetii (Erdös) from Platyplectrus, Platyplectrus bussy (Crawford) from Euplectrus and P. politus (Lin) from Metaplectrus. Four species of Platyplectrus were known previously from China: P. politus (Lin), P. odontogaster (Lin), P. papillata Lin and P. medius Zhu and Huang. Six species, P. bussyi (Crawford), P. laeviscuta (Thomson), P. natadae Ferrière, P. orthocraspedae Ferrière, P. pannonica (Erdös) and P. viridiceps (Ferrière) are newly recorded from China and re-described. Five new species, P. pulcher, P. setulosus, P. peculiaris, P. obtusiclavatus and P. variflagellum are described and compared with related species. Several species are also newly recorded from other regions: P. orthocraspedae Ferrière from the Afrotropical region, P. bussyi (Crawford) and P. laeviscuta (Thomson) from the Australian/Pacific region, P. laeviscuta (Thomson) from the Oriental region and P. viridiceps from the Palearctic region.     

Semantic-Oriented Knowledge Transfer for Review Rating

With the rapid development of Web 2.0, more and more people are sharing their opinions about online products, so there is much product review data. However, it is difficult to compare products directly using ratings because many ratings are based on different scales or ratings are even missing. This paper addresses the following question: given textual reviews, how can we automatically determine the semantic orientations of reviewers and then rank different items? Due to the absence of ratings in many reviews, it is difficult to collect sufficient rating data for certain specific categories of products (e.g., movies), but it is easier to find rating data in another different but related category (e.g., books). We refer to this problem as transfer rating, and try to train a better ranking model for items in the interested category with the help of rating data from another related category. Specifically, we developed a ranking-oriented method called TRate for determining the semantic orientations and for ranking different items and formulated it in a regularized algorithm for rating knowledge transfer by bridging the two related categories via a shared latent semantic space. Tests on the Epinion dataset verified its effectiveness.     

A bioinformatic evaluation of potential allergenicity of 85 candidate genes in transgenic organisms

The potential of genetically modified organisms(GMOs) to increase allergenicity or predispositions to allergies has attracted much attention.An approach that will properly and holistically evaluate the allergenicity of GMOs is yet to be found.Here,85 transgenes that have been reported in both international and domestic studies during recent years are summarized case by case;49 of the transformed genes were from plant sources and 36 were from animal sources.EVALLERTM,a web server for the in silico assessment of potential protein allergenicity,was used to evaluate the potential of the transgenic proteins as allergens.The biomedical journals listed in Highwire(http://highwire.stanford.edu/) were searched and reviewed to decipher whether any of the transformed genes were linked to allergenicity or human health.The EVALLER analysis identified 5 allergenic genes,whilst our literature review found 11 genes that were either related to allergic cases or to clinical adverse events;all 16 of these genes have been used in GMOs.The analysis pathway that we have developed can help guide the selection of genes to be used in genetic modification.The pathway also provides a paradigm for allergenicity analysis of transgene candidates.     

建国初期粤北地区土地改革运动述评

解放初期粤北地区的土地改革运动．是在北江地委和北江专署直接领导下开展的一场伟大的社会变革。整个运动从试点开始，经过清匪反霸、减租退押，划分阶级、分配土地，普遍复查、颁发土地证三个阶段，分三批由点带面、点面结合有序进行。虽然在运动中出现过“左”的错误倾向，但大都得到了及时有效的纠正，确保了土地改革运动的伟大胜利。对这一重大历史事件的回顾和评议，有利于正确认识社会发展的道路和粤北农村变革的艰辛。     

恶性肿瘤中IGFBP-rP1的抑癌基因作用机制及其可能的临床实用价值

胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白相关蛋白1(IGFBP-rP1)是近年来恶性肿瘤的研究热点.本文主要综述IGFBP-rP1在恶性肿瘤中的抑癌基因作用机制及可能的临床实用价值.IGFBP-rP1在恶性肿瘤中的作用广泛涉及细胞的增殖、衰老、凋亡、分化、血管生成等多方面,研究指出IGFBP-rP1可缩短细胞增殖周期并影响非停泊性生长从而抑制增殖,降低致瘤能力;调节BRAF-MEKERK信号通路及pRB、HSP60等相关蛋白的表达从而影响衰老及凋亡;主要通过IGF依赖方式抑制血管生成;而且IGFBP-rP1表达下降跟肿瘤细胞分化程度降低有关.研究显示IGFBP-rP1有一定的临床实用价值,如其表达量跟恶性肿瘤的进展相关,低表达提示某些化疗药物抵抗,可提示预后.而在恶性肿瘤中特异性地上调IGFBP-rP1,可抑制肿瘤增殖及血管生成、诱导细胞衰老凋亡、提高肿瘤分化程度及化疗敏感性,具有治疗意义,但研究者们还在努力探究,争取早日找到一种临床有效的靶向IGFBP-rP1的基因治疗方法.     

未成年子女作为探望权主体之伦理考察

家庭成员之间的权利与义务关系主要根据血缘亲情而构建,涉及到一系列伦理价值判断。2001年婚姻法仅规定离婚后未与子女共同生活一方父或母有探望权,忽略了子女主动与父母进行亲情沟通的伦理需要,将子女置于被动的客体地位。笔者认为,被探望的子女绝非探望权的义务主体,法律进一步明确未成年子女作为探望权的权利主体,符合探望权的伦理价值取向。     

英汉书评语篇的态度资源对比分析

作为评价理论的子系统,态度是人们参照情感反应或文化制约下的价值体系对参与者和过程进行主体间性评价的意义资源。从中、美较权威的网站上分别搜索到中、英书评各10篇,以态度作为视角,采用定量和定性相结合的分析方法,对比了母语分别为汉语和英语作者的书评语篇,并对两组书评的态度资源进行了比较分析。     

2000年-2009年国内文化产业政策研究论文概览

我国文化产业政策的研究是在文化产业这一概念被政府承认之时才获得正式身份的。从文化产业被承认到文化产业成为国民经济的支柱性产业，上升为国家战略。十多年来文化产业政策研究实践也日益蓬勃地发展起来，其内涵和外延都有了很大的拓展。在这个时期对文化产业政策研究的文献进行总结正当其时。本文对2000年一2009年十年间的文化产业政策研究论文进行文献综述，以独创方法进行分类，引入数量统计的手段，对重点论文进行列举，这种针对于研究的研究是极其重要的。
