针对指纹图像中的较大平移和旋转,提出了一种基于离散度和EBFNN的指纹分类方法.首先,对指纹图像进行离散小波变换获得特征空间.然后,对特征空间进行搜索得到不同维数下的优化特征组合,通过研究这些优化特征组合的散度值随维数的变化趋势,最终确定特征向量的构成.最后,以此特征向量训练EBFNN,完成指纹纹型分类,并在FVC2000和FVC2002-DB1上作了测试.实验结果表明,当隐层节点为11时 ,总的纹型辨识正确率可达91.45%,而且对指纹图像中的平移和旋转具有良好的鲁棒性,具有一定的实用价值.  相似文献

A novel technique for calibrating crucial parameters of chassis components is proposed,which utilizes the machine vision metrology to measure 3D coordinates of the center of a component’s hole for assembling in the 3D world coordinate system.In the measurement,encoding marks with special patterns will be assembled on the chassis component associated with cross drone and staff gauge located near the chassis.The geometry and coordinates of the cross drone consist of two planes orthogonal to each other and the staff gauge is in 3D space with high precision.A few images are taken by a highresolution camera in different orientations and perspectives.The 3D coordinates of 5 key points on the encoding marks will be calculated by the machine vision technique and those of the center of the holes to be calibrated will be calculated by the deduced algorithm in this paper.Experimental results show that the algorithm and the technique can satisfy the precision requirement when the components are assembled,and the average measurement precision provided by the algorithm is 0.0174 mm.  相似文献

基于激光拉曼光谱技术实现了鸡尾酒中果糖和乙醇的快速定量检测。根据果糖和乙醇的分子结构不同分析,两者的拉曼光谱有明显区别的波峰。分别采用了去基线(de-baseline)算法和去趋势(de-trending)算法进行光谱预处理,选取0~2000之间的光谱建立了线性偏最小二乘(PLS)回归法定量分析模型,并用13组成分已知的样品数据对模型进行外部交叉验证。实验结果显示:鸡尾酒中果糖和乙醇成分检测结果,经过去基线预处理光谱的PLS模型优于去趋势算法光谱预处理的PLS模型,其验证结果的相关系数R分别为0. 9981和0. 9998,均方根误差RMSEP分别为0. 0101和0. 0038。实验结果表明基于激光拉曼光谱技术快速定量检测鸡尾酒中果糖和乙醇的成分是可行的,并取得了较好的精度。  相似文献

根据最高人民法院最近几年作出的判例中对《专利法》第47条“宣告专利权无效前”和“已执行”两概念的相关解释,从法律意义上分析宣告无效的时间点确定的合理性因素,以及涉及无效决定追溯力的理解.对于合理性因素分析,结合外国相关的立法规定,基于本国立法的立法目的,从法理上进行分析,认为无效的时间点的确定要考虑时间点的对世性,确定性,以及时间点具有较早的法律意义,而“追溯力”的适用则以“时间点”的确定为基础.  相似文献

In order to classify the gears and achieve high precision measurement results, a non-contact gear measurement system based on the laser vision is developed in this paper. The laser vision precision measurement method (LVPMM) is pro- posed to ensure the accuracy. Experimental results indicate that the gear measuring uncertainty is 2.1 /am. For fabric defect identification in the textile industry, a three-dimensional (3D) color phase shift profilometry (CPSP) method is proposed. The detecting system is mainly composed of one CCD camera and one digital-light-processing (DLP) projector. Before detection, the system should be calibrated to make sure the camera parameters. The CPSP color grating is projected to the measured fabric by DLP projector, and then it is collected by CCD camera to obtain the grating phase. The 3D measurement can be completed by the grating phase difference. In image acquisition, only invariable grating is projected to the object. In order to eliminate the interference from background light during the image acquisition, the brightness correction method is researched for improving the detection accuracy. The experi- mental results show that the false rate of detecting the fabric defects is 5.78%, the correct rates of detecting the fabric defects of hole and qualified fabric are both 100%, and the correct rates of detecting the fabric defect of scratch and fold are 98% and 96%, respectively. The experiment proves that the proposed method can accurately identify fabric defects.  相似文献

A high-precision vision detection and measurement system using mobile robot is established for the industry field de- tection of motorcycle frame hole and its diameter measurement. The robot path planning method is researched, and the non-contact measurement method with high precision based on visual digital image edge extraction and hole spatial circle fitting is presented. The Canny operator is used to extract the edge of captured image, the Lagrange interpolation algorithm is utilized to determine the missing image edge points and calculate the centroid, and the least squares fitting method is adopted to fit the image edge points. Experimental results show that the system can be used for the hi gla-precision real-time measurement of hole on motorcycle frame. The absolute standard deviation of the proposed method is 0.026 7 mm. The proposed method can not only improve the measurement speed and precision, but also re- duce the measurement error.  相似文献

汽车中人体姿态三维测量对汽车座椅设计的舒适性评价具有重要的意义。为了快速准确地获取车内人体三维数据,文中采用一种基于双目视觉的立体三维数据获取方法,该方法将结构光与标记点相结合,实现了人体三维点云快速重建以及三维姿态(距离、角度)自动快速测量。实验结果表明,该方法在距离2 m以上,测量范围1.5 m×2 m时,人体姿态测量精度可以达到0.03 mm,满足了汽车人体姿态高精度三维数据采集的需求。与传统的汽车人体姿态三维测量方法相比,文中所使用的三维自动测量方法不仅自动化程度高,而且具有测量精度高、速度快、鲁棒性强的优点。  相似文献
