Diporotaenia colymbi Spasskaya, Spassky et Borgarenko, 1971 (Cestoda, Cyclophyllidea, Schistotaeniidae) is redescribed from Tachybaptus ruficollis (L.) in Turkmenistan. An amended generic diagnosis of Diporotaenia Spasskaya, Spassky et Borgarenko, 1971 is proposed. The taxonomy of Schistotaeniidae Johri, 1959 and the generic composition of its subfamilies, Schistotaeniinae Johri, 1959 and Diporotaeniinae Ryzhikov et Tolkacheva, 1975, are discussed. The genera Ryjikovilepis Gulyaev et Tolkacheva, 1987, Isezhia Gulyaev et Konyaev, 2004, Mircia Konyaev et Gulyaev, 2006 and Decarabia Konyaev et Gulyaev, 2005 are considered as members of the subfamily Diporotaeniinae. An amended diagnosis of the latter subfamily is proposed.  相似文献

The paper describes the development of an electrical impedance tomography (EIT) system for gynecologic research. The GIT (gynecological impedance tomography) system has 48 electrodes and is embedded on a small space (30 mm diameter and 20 mm height) inside of the vaginal probe. The system provides real-time (one shot per second) 3D visualization of the spatial distribution of the static electrical properties of the cervix tissue. History, advantages, disadvantages and aspects of the system development are also described. The algorithm for the tiny measuring array organization is given. New details of the backprojection method on the non-regular electrode array are discussed. Some pictures reconstructed from numerical simulated data are offered. 3D visualization of the test object and cervix is presented.  相似文献

The selectivity of PEGylated immunoliposomes based on monoclonal antibodies against GFAP and the E2 extracellular loop of connexin 43 (MAbE2Cx43) with respect to the focus of a glioma was estimated in experiments on animals with intracranial C6 glioma. Stealth immunoliposomes were labeled with 2 alternative labels, a fluorescent (Dil C18) and a paramagnetic (Gd-DTPA) one. Fluorescent-labeled liposomal nanocontainers were detected at the periphery of the glioma, where the target antigens were overexpressed, 48 hours after injection. Dynamic T1 MRI of rats injected with paramagnetic immunoliposomes carrying MAbE2Cx43 showed distinct accumulation of the paramagnetic contrast agent at the periphery of the glioma, which began 6 hours after administration. These data suggest that immunoliposomal nanocontainers based on antibodies against GFAP and the E2 extracellular fragment of connexin 43 are suitable for targeted delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic drugs to the peritumoral invasion zone of high-grade gliomas. Summary In 1927 A. A. Ukhtomsky suggested that refractory phase of the nerve is the condition of short parabiosis. It is probable that during the relative refractory phase the nerve gradually comes out of parabiosis. If this is the case—then at the very beginning of it the typical stages of parabiosis should be found, i.e. the paradoxical and the equalizing. The author's experiment demonstrated that this actually takes place. It was experimentally established that during the relative refractory phase the amplitude of the potential of the nerve action changes. This change depends on the interval between the experimental and testing stimuli with the regularity of the parabiotic process.
