This research investigates the effects of internal and external sources of knowledge on process innovation generation and adoption; moderating role of radical innovative capability. We nested the data from chemical manufacturing firms, and analyzed it by using SEM technique. The findings revealed that internal sources of knowledge facilitate process innovation generation. This relationship further strengthens when there is the presence of radical innovative capability. On the other hand, external sources of knowledge extended ambidextrous effects by affecting positively on both process innovation generation and adoption. However, contrast to research hypothesis, the presence of radical innovative capability weakens the effects of external sources of knowledge on process innovation adoption. Besides its moderation, radical innovation capability also displayed positive effects on process innovation generation. Further paper discusses some useful theoretical and practical implications.  相似文献

Contamination of urban lakes and streams by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) has increased in the United States during the past 40 years. We evaluated sources of PAHs in post-1990 sediments in cores from 40 lakes in urban areas across the United States using a contaminant mass-balance receptor model and including as a potential source coal-tar-based (CT) sealcoat, a recently recognized source of urban PAH. Other PAH sources considered included several coal- and vehicle-related sources, wood combustion, and fuel-oil combustion. The four best modeling scenarios all indicate CT sealcoat is the largest PAH source when averaged across all 40 lakes, contributing about one-half of PAH in sediment, followed by vehicle-related sources and coal combustion. PAH concentrations in the lakes were highly correlated with PAH loading from CT sealcoat (Spearman's rho = 0.98), and the mean proportional PAH profile for the 40 lakes was highly correlated with the PAH profile for dust from CT-sealed pavement (r = 0.95). PAH concentrations and mass and fractional loading from CT sealcoat were significantly greater in the central and eastern United States than in the western United States, reflecting regional differences in use of different sealcoat product types. The model was used to calculate temporal trends in PAH source contributions during the last 40 to 100 years to eight of the 40 lakes. In seven of the lakes, CT sealcoat has been the largest source of PAHs since the 1960s, and in six of those lakes PAH trends are upward. Traffic is the largest source to the eighth lake, located in southern California where use of CT sealcoat is rare.  相似文献

The influence of composition and temperature on the anode polarization and corrosion rate of pure Al and Al‐In anodic alloys in 8M NaON electrolyte has been investigated. High current density (more than 800 mA cm−2) and faradaic efficiency over 97% were observed for all investigated alloys at 60 °C. Lower temperature provides lower current density (200–300 mA cm−2 at 40 °C, and less than 100 mA cm−2 at 25 °C). Different formation of the product reaction layers was observed for pure aluminum and Al–0.41In alloy, leading to the different polarization character of the samples. The comparison of two Al‐In alloys with similar composition has been carried out. Al–0.45In alloy having a coarse‐grained structure had a more positive no‐current potential and lower value of anode limiting current (200 mA cm−2 vs. 300 mA cm−2) compared with the fine‐grained Al–0.41In alloy, as well as greater parasitic corrosion rate and greater no‐current corrosion. The current‐voltage, power and discharge characteristics of the aluminum‐air cell with Al–0.41In anode and gas diffusion cathode have been investigated. Open circuit voltage of the cell is 1.934 V and the maximum power density of the cell is 240 mW cm−2 at the voltage of 1.3 V.  相似文献

德国《可再生能源法》是推动其可再生能源发展的重要法律文件。本文介绍了该法规的出台背景,着重量化分析了自2004年以来德国《可再生能源法》四次修改调整对沼气产业发展的影响,包括德国新增沼气发电站数量和总装机容量、能源作物种植面积的变化以及补贴措施。分析结果表明,《可再生能源法》的调整对沼气产业的发展影响显著,该法规EEG-2004和EEG-2009强烈刺激了沼气产业的快速发展,而EEG-2012和EEG-2014则修正了沼气产业的过快发展。《可再生能源法》对上网电价补贴的合理制定,实施效果评估机制的建立和逐步引导沼气产业市场化机制的设计保障了德国沼气产业的健康有序发展。本文同时还讨论了德国案例对我国沼气发展的启示,对我国发展沼气产业政策提出了包括后端补贴在内的建议。  相似文献

The paper discusses the suitability of bedded salt deposits for underground hydrogen storage facilities. The presented research is an example of multi-criteria decision analysis coupled with spatial data analysis undertaken using GIS (Geographic Information System). The aim of this study is to develop a methodology for selecting the best locations for hydrogen storage in salt caverns. In the analysis, we take into account the results of previous studies of the storage capacity of rock salt deposits. The presented methodology allows the creation of rock salt deposit suitability maps for underground hydrogen storage. The results show that the applied method significantly influences the resulting map image, helping to identify optimal locations for hydrogen storage facilities. The presented approach may be of value to governmental institutions considering underground hydrogen storage, geological services, power plants producing electricity from renewable energy sources, and chemical and petrochemical plants.  相似文献
