低氧对小哺乳动物心肌组织中的LDH活性影响

本文进行了平原引入高原的子低性成年Wistar大鼠，成体高原土著动物－－高原鼠兔（O.curzoniae)，和成体根田鼠（M.oeconomus)在模拟不同海拔代氧和时间下心肌中乳酸脱氢酶活性的比较研究。研究表明无论在海拔5000米或8000米以及模拟低氧1天至25天时，三种动物心肌中乳酸脱氢酶活性无差异。     

食管癌患者硒营养状况的评价

以机体硒水平，ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ，ＳＯＤ的活性，相关的抗癌致癌元素的综合效应比值，食管癌死亡率与硒等元素的多元回归分析及ＭＤＡ的含量等合指标，评价食管癌患者的硒营养状况，结果表明，食管癌患者的营养状况差，表现为：硒水平低、含硒酶ＧＳＧ－Ｐｘ以及抗氧自由基的ＳＯＤ活性差，脂质过氧化加剧；ＭＤＡ含量高将使核酸，蛋白质含等含氨基活性物质产生交联反应而使细胞失活，食管癌患者硒营养状况差，与癌肿的一定相关关系，是     

A new indolic antiauxin, α-(5,7-dichloroindole-3-)isobutyric acid: its chemical synthesis and biological activity

Summary A new potent antiauxin, -(5,7-dichloroindole-3-)isobutyric acid has been synthesized and shown to inhibit auxin-mediated elongation ofAvena coleoptiles and to stimulate root growth of rice seedlings. Its activity is stronger than -(p-chlorophenoxy)isobutyric acid and is comparable to that of 2,3,5-triiodobenzoic acid, which are typical antiauxins.

Bicuculline and picrotoxin block γ-aminobutryic acid-gated Cl− conductance by different mechanisms

Summary Using isolated, internally perfused bullfrog dorsal root ganglion cells we have studied the dose-response curves for -aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the presence of internally or externally applied GABA antagonists. With external application of antagonists the inhibition of the GABA current by bicuculline was competitive and that by picrotoxin was noncompetitive. A user designer-based systems methodology

This paper develops the argument that in organizational redesign it is desirable to utilize user-designers as the architects for the redesign. A methodology is developed which emphasizes the use of ideal systems models by user-designers to plan for the organization's future. The methodology involves the creation of an ideal system model, then an analysis of the present system through the creation of root definitions and process models of the existing system. Then root definitions and process models for the idealized system are created. Finally, the two are compared and desirable changes are generated which bring the existing system toward the idealized.     

亚精胺对小麦离体叶片衰老过程中过氧化物酶的影响

小麦离本叶片衰老过程中,过氧化物活力随之增加,３６ｈ达到最大值,以后缓慢下降,过氧化物酶同工酶谱带数无变化,但谱带强度有变化,其趋势与其活力变化一致,亚精胺能显著抑制小麦离体叶片衰老过程中氧化物酶活性的增加,并使其同工酶谱带数减少。

探讨在电子光学成像系统中像评定的一种途径。方法,从静电这像差均方根理论出发,追迹计算大量空间轨迹的落点及系统均根半径,并由此衍算成弦财制传递函数。     

4—氨基—1,2,4—三唑Schiff碱双核M（Ⅱ）配合物的合成及磁性

合成一类新的配合物［M2L2］（ClO4）2·nH2O［M＝Cu（Ⅱ）（1）、Co（Ⅱ）（2）Ni（Ⅱ）（3）,L为4－（邻羟苯基亚甲基）亚胺－1,2,4－三唑］．元素分析、红外光谱、电子光谱等分析数据表明配合物具有酚氧桥的结构．配合物的变温（4～300K）磁化率测定值与理论模型拟合,求得磁参数分别为：配合物（1）J＝－99．32cm－1,g＝2．12;配合物（3）J＝－72．58cm－1,g＝2．12．表明金属离子间有弱的反铁磁相互作用．
