玻璃微珠改性PP和PE-LLD的加工流变行为 总被引:7,自引:1,他引:7
采用玻璃微珠改性两种基体性质显著不同的聚烯烃并对玻璃微珠的含量、粒径和复合材料加工方法对材料的加工流变行为进行了研究。结果表明:加工方法、玻璃微珠含量和粒径对聚丙烯/空心玻璃微珠(PP/GB)复合材料的熔体流动速率和转矩流变性能的影响远大于对PE-LLD/GB复合材料的影响,其中玻璃微珠含量的影响较粒径大。研究认为,无机刚性粒子填充改性热塑性聚合物时,加工方法、填料含量、几何特征等对复合材料流变特性是否发生影响,影响的程度等,更重要的是取决于基体树脂的特性。 相似文献

为了研究土压力计在不同应力状态下的敏感系数,利用镶嵌有微型土压力计的模型桩,按照两种方式设计应力交变加载模式进行标定:(a)从初始零应力状态分级加载—卸载至零;(b)从初始零应力状态加载到应力最大值,分级卸载—加载,逐渐到零应力状态。研究结果表明:初始应力为零的加载曲线线性较好,敏感系数可用线性函数进行拟合;初始应力不为零的加载曲线线性也较好,敏感系数也可用线性函数进行拟合;而卸载曲线包含显著的非线性和滞后效应,此时敏感系数就不是一个固定值,可采用指数曲线来进行拟合。将获取的标定系数应用于水平受荷模型桩的桩身应力分析中,在加载过程中3.5D~5.5D深处桩身应力一直变大,且变化幅度最大。研究成果可为水利工程中板桩、抗滑桩等水平受荷桩桩身截面尺寸及配筋设计提供参考。 相似文献

A linear transformation is proposed to deal with the consensus problem of high-order linear multi-agent systems(LMASs).In virtue of the linear transformation, the consensus problem is equivalently translated into a partial stability problem. We discuss three issues of the LMASs under a generalized linear protocol: 1) to find criteria of consensus convergence; 2) to calculate consensus function; 3) to design gain matrices in the linear consensus protocol. Precisely, we provide a necessary and sufficient criterion of consensus convergence in terms of Hurwitz stability of a matrix and give an analytical expression of the consensus function. In addition, we set up a relation between the gain matrices in the protocol and the convergence time and consensus accuracy of the agents, and then design the gain matrices with respect to a pre-specified convergence time and a required consensus accuracy. 相似文献

This paper considers the cooperative tracking of linear multi-agent systems with a dynamic leader whose input information is unavailable to any followers. Cooperative iterative learning controllers, based on the relative state information of neighboring agents, are proposed for tracking the dynamic leader over directed communication topologies. Stability and convergence of the proposed controllers are established using Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals. Furthermore, this result is extended to the output feedback case where only the output information of each agent can be obtained. A local observer is constructed to estimate the unmeasurable states. Then, cooperative iterative learning controllers, based on the relative observed states of neighboring agents,are devised. For both cases, it is shown that the multi-agent systems whose communication topologies contain a spanning tree can reach synchronization with the dynamic leader, and meanwhile identify the unknown input of the dynamic leader using distributed iterative learning laws. Multi-criteria ABC inventory classification (MCIC), which aims to classify inventory items by considering more than one criterion, is one of the most widely employed techniques for inventory control. This paper suggests a cross-evaluation-based weighted linear optimization (CE-WLO) model for MCIC that incorporates a cross-efficiency evaluation method into a weighted linear optimization model for finer classification (or ranking) of inventory items. The present study demonstrated the inventory-management-cost effectiveness and advantages of the proposed model using a simulation technique to conduct a comparative experiment with the previous, related investigations. We established that the proposed model enables more accurate classification of inventory items and better inventory management cost effectiveness for MCIC, specifically by mitigating the adverse effect of flexibility in the choice of weights and yielding a unique ordering of inventory items. 相似文献

This paper is the first one of the two papers entitled “modeling and solving mixed-model assembly line balancing problem with setups”, which has the aim of developing the mathematical programming formulation of the problem and solving it with a hybrid meta-heuristic approach. In this current part, a mixed-integer linear mathematical programming (MILP) model for mixed-model assembly line balancing problem with setups is developed. The proposed MILP model considers some particular features of the real world problems such as parallel workstations, zoning constraints, and sequence dependent setup times between tasks, which is an actual framework in assembly line balancing problems. The main endeavor of Part-I is to formulate the sequence dependent setup times between tasks in type-I mixed-model assembly line balancing problem. The proposed model considers the setups between the tasks of the same model and the setups because of the model switches in any workstation. The capability of our MILP is tested through a set of computational experiments. Part-II tackles the problem with a multiple colony hybrid bees algorithm.
