钢缆带式输送机在长期使用过程中 ,它的驱动轮轴承以及齿轮联轴器都要磨损 ,最终导致磨损超标。为了保证设备运行安全 ,必须解决它的更换问题。针对这一问题 ,介绍了运用松驰牵引钢丝绳的方法 ,实现了不截断牵引钢丝绳进行驱动轮的整体更换 ,通过对平煤集团一矿 4个驱动轮的更换 ,证明这种方法简便易行 ,安全可靠。     

Process issues in treatment: Application to sexual offender programs.

How critical is the therapeutic alliance in the treatment of sexual offenders? To date such process issues have been neglected in the field of sex offender treatment. This article reviews the literature on the influence on behavior change of therapist features, clients' perceptions, and the therapeutic alliance. Among the many therapist features identified as helpful are empathy, warmth, and being directive and rewarding. Therapists who are aggressively confrontational appear not to foster beneficial changes in their clients. These issues are directly related to treatment issues faced by therapists who work with sexual offenders, such as dealing with cognitive distortions, lack of empathy, and lack of motivation to change. Diversity training in graduate school: An exploratory evaluation of the Safe Zone project.

How can psychologists and graduate students become more affirmative of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) issues? Safe Zone is a diversity-training program to increase sensitivity toward, knowledge of, and advocacy for LGBT populations and issues that affect them. In this exploratory study, the implementation of Safe Zone is described within a school of professional psychology; its effectiveness was assessed by self-reported behavioral and attitudinal changes and from participant evaluations. Results were encouraging with regard to the goals of Safe Zone and its adaptation to institutions interested in improving relations with the LGBT community, but additional empirical studies are needed. 一种基于判决反馈的OFDM系统载波频率跟踪算法

研究了多径信道下OFDM系统的一种新的载波频率跟踪算法，这种算法以判决反馈和接收端的时域信号重构为基础。推导了估计结果的精确解，比较了使用原估计结果和新的估计结果进行频偏补偿时系统跟踪性能的不同。通过对算法的仔细分析，发现除了通常的加性噪声外，信道估计误差、子载波数目和子载波的调制方式也影响频偏的估计结果和跟踪范围，而且子载波的数目和调制方式是决定性的因素。这种频率跟踪方法的优点是即使在很低的信噪比下仍然能获得高的跟踪精度，且实现相对简单。     

太湖流域主要湖泊的水域动态变化

利用GIS和遥感技术对不同时期的地形图和遥感影像数据进行处理,获取3个时期(1971,1988,2002年)的太湖流域主要湖泊的水域面积。结合多种文献资料,对太湖流域主要湖泊的水域面积变化进行了研究,并分析了引起水域面积变化的主要因素。结果表明,1971~2002年期间太湖流域主要湖泊的水域面积减少了188.87 km2;湖泊水域面积减少的主要原因是由于人类活动的影响。在实地调查研究的基础上,对合理利用与保护湖泊水资源的对策进行了探讨。     

分频解释技术在川西砂岩储层预测中的应用

分频解释技术是沿着储层或固定时窗对地震反射波各频率成分对应的调谐能量进行识别和成像,它避免了常规属性分析方法中的调谐陷阱,提高了识别薄储层的能力,能更客观地刻画地质体.在川西地区陆相隐蔽岩性气藏勘探中,存在调谐陷阱、波阻抗特征不明显、复杂地层结构中的有效薄储层不易识别等问题.为此,利用分频解释技术对川西地区侏罗系千佛崖组冲积扇相砾岩储层、上三叠统须四段河流三角洲相砂岩储层进行了描述.在多频率振幅叠加图上,冲积扇、三角洲水下分流河道等地质体形态和边界反映清晰;在单频振幅图上,清楚地显示出冲积扇内的辫状河道相薄层砾岩储层,与钻井结果相吻合,提高了储层预测精度.     

Axial vibrations of U-shaped bellows with elastically restrained end conditions

Previous work by Li et al. in the area of axial vibrations of bellows dealt with fixed end conditions. However, it is seen on several occasions that bellow ends are welded to a small pipe spool that has a lumped mass such as a valve or an instrument. Hence, the present paper aims at finding out the effect of elastically restrained ends on the axial natural frequencies. The analysis considers finite stiffness axial restraints on the bellows, i.e. solving the set of equations with non-homogeneous boundary conditions. Two bellow specimens are considered for comparison having the same dimensions as taken by Li in his analysis. The transcendental frequency equation deduced is accurate as the first, second and third mode frequencies computed are in close agreement to the ones obtained by Li.     

真空相变锅炉低排烟温度设计与低温腐蚀

真空相变锅炉是否会明显发生烟气低温腐蚀，一直众说不一。文章从锅炉发生低温腐蚀的机理人手，通过理论分析计算并通过实践检验，提出了真空相变锅炉虽然不能完全避免低温腐蚀问题，但不论排烟温度是否高于烟气露点，低温腐蚀的程度都很弱的观点；给出了真空相变锅炉沿烟气流程金属壁面的腐蚀速度与壁面温度的关系曲线，和烟气温度低于酸露点时金属壁面的腐蚀速度与壁面温度的关系曲线；同时，文章推荐真空相变锅炉的设计排烟温度取130℃左右的低排烟温度。根据上述观点设计的数百台产品已经过多年实际运行，未发现明显
