两类频繁项算法在网络流上的适用性评估

通过建立基于分组俘获文件产生网络流的模拟环境,对计数型算法和略图算法两类经典的频繁项挖掘算法的适用性进行验证,检验采用界标窗口查询模式的效果。实验结果表明,算法查全率不低于98%,与查准率和查询精度的相关性弱,与数据项的规模及数据流中频繁项分布的相关性强。略图类算法对频率的估算误差比较稳定,计数型算法则偏大。计数型算法的执行效率明显优于略图类算法。     

考虑用户活跃度和项目流行度的基于项目最近邻的协同过滤算法

项目相关性度量是基于项目最近邻的协同过滤算法的关键。已有的项目相关性度量方法在数据集稀疏或推荐低流行度产品时会面临较大挑战,因此提出一种考虑用户活跃度和项目流行度的基于项目最近邻的协同过滤算法。该算法在度量两个项目的相关性时,若有记录只对两个项目之一有评分,则利用该记录所对应的评分用户的活跃度和被评价项目的流行度进行相关性惩罚,从而提高数据稀疏环境下低流行度产品被推荐的概率。实验表明,所提算法在保证评分预测精度的情况下提升了推荐结果的多样性和新颖性。     

一种改进的协同过滤推荐算法

协同过滤推荐算法是电子商务推荐系统中应用最成功的推荐技术之一,而影响协同过滤推荐算法准确率的关键因素是用户相似性度量方法。针对传统相似性度量方法没有考虑共同评分项数量对推荐质量的影响,将用户之间的共同评分项数量作为相似性计算的一个重要指标,从而得到一种改进的相似性度量方法。但这仍然不能解决数据稀疏带来的推荐质量下降的问题,鉴于此,在上述改进的基础上,提出了利用复杂网络中的结构相似性来度量用户之间相似性的方法,使计算结果更具实际意义和准确性。实验表明,通过这些改进能够有效避免传统方法带来的弊端,提高系统的推荐质量。     

Managing dual warehouses with an incentive policy for deteriorating items

Distributors in a supply chain usually limit their own warehouse in finite capacity for cost reduction and excess stock is held in a rent warehouse. In this study, we examine inventory control for deteriorating items in a two-warehouse setting. Assuming that there is an incentive offered by a rent warehouse that allows the rental fee to decrease over time, the objective of this study is to maximise the joint profit of the manufacturer and the distributor. An optimisation procedure is developed to derive the optimal joint economic lot size policy. Several criteria are identified to select the most appropriate warehouse configuration and inventory policy on the basis of storage duration of materials in a rent warehouse. Sensitivity analysis is done to examine the results of model robustness. The proposed model enables a manufacturer with a channel distributor to coordinate the use of alternative warehouses, and to maximise the joint profit of the manufacturer and the distributor.

基于改进Apriori算法的关联规则挖掘研究

关联规则挖掘研究是数据挖掘研究的一项重要的内容。经典的关联规则提取算法———Apriori算法及其改进算法存在着一些不足,一是会产生大量的候选项目集,二是在扫描数据库时需要很大的I/O负载。通过对关联规则产生过程的实际实验分析发现,可以采取利用频繁k-1项集Lk-1对候选k项集Ck进行预先剪枝、及在扫描数据库过程中忽略对频繁项集的产生无贡献的交易记录的方法来改进关联规则提取的效率。

我国加入WTO以后,商业秘密作为一项重要的知识产权,在企业参与市场竞争的过程中具有非常重要的作用.本文通过对商业秘密的构成要件、保护范围及侵犯商业秘密行为的分析,提出了企业保护商业秘密的措施及法律救济.     

Using Taxometric Analysis to Distinguish a Small Latent Taxon From a Latent Dimension With Positively Skewed Indicators: The Case of Involuntary Defeat Syndrome.

Joining the debate on the structure of depression, S. R. H. Bearh and N. Amir (2003) analyzed college students' responses to 6 Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) items with predominantly somatic content and concluded that they identified a small latent taxon corresponding to involuntary defeat syndrome. An exact replication of these analyses yielded virtually identical taxometric results, but parallel analyses of simulated taxonic and dimensional comparison data matching the intercorrelations and skewed distributions of the BDI items showed the results to be more consistent with dimensional than with taxonic latent structure. Analyses in a clinical sample with nonskewed indicators further supported a dimensional interpretation. The authors discuss methodological strategies for conducting and interpreting taxometric analyses under the adverse conditions commonly encountered in psychopathology research, including skewed indicators and small putative taxa. Validation of Idiosyncratic Cognitive Schema in Cognitive Case Formulations: An Intraindividual Idiographic Approach.

This article describes a method for the intraindividual clinical validation of a cognitive case formulation (CCF) involving hypotheses about the patient's idiosyncratic cognitive schema (ICS). The two-stage approach begins by testing the convergent and discriminant validity of the hypothesized ICS against the individual's daily ratings of cognition items using confirmatory dynamic factor analysis. The second stage evaluates the extent to which the ICS factor scores predict daily variability in symptoms and distress and further addresses convergent and discriminant validity by evaluating intraindividual cognitive content specificity and the incremental validity of the idiographic cognition factors compared with nomothetic measures of thoughts/beliefs. This approach to validating idiographic assessment is illustrated with the CCF of a woman with comorbid mood and anxiety disorders. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)
