现有技术中的变电站GIS设备内SF6气体泄漏浓度较大,检测精度较低,本文设计了TMS+XD芯片提高巡视机器人性能,采用离子迁移法设计SF6检测技术,利用扫描窗口提供的SF6浓度分析离子波谱,更为精准地判断气体泄漏规律;采用差分能量检测(Differential Energy Detection DED)算法和概率学公式掌握SF6气体泄漏浓度,进而制定出最佳填充范围,增加变电站GIS设备的安全性。试验表明,本研究检测系统输出的SF6泄漏浓度为15.8mol/ml,检测精度为92.5%,SF6气体泄漏浓度少,检测精度高。 相似文献

本文基于修正的偶应力理论并考虑Lagrange应变张量所给出的几何非线性,运用Hamilton原理建立了微悬臂管的平面振动微分方程.通过对线性方程的特征值分析,得到了微管的前四阶复频率及临界流速—质量比曲线(临界流速曲线)对材料长度尺寸参数的依赖关系;并且发现宏观管和微尺度管(或者具有不同材料长度尺寸参数的微管)的临界流速曲线可能会相交.运用基于中心流形—范式理论的投影法,计算了临界流速处系统的第一李雅普诺夫系数和退化特征值关于流速的变化率,以此为基础论证了分岔的超临界性质;并对临界流速曲线上的滞后部分及不同尺度管的该曲线的交点处的动力学性质作了探讨,发现了不同的分岔方向. 相似文献

Employees’ poor compliance with information security policies is a perennial problem. Current information security analysis methods do not allow information security managers to capture the rationalities behind employees’ compliance and non-compliance. To address this shortcoming, this design science research paper suggests: (a) a Value-Based Compliance analysis method and (b) a set of design principles for methods that analyse different rationalities for information security. Our empirical demonstration shows that the method supports a systematic analysis of why employees comply/do not comply with policies. Accidents caused by the domino effect in chemical plants or the petrochemical industry are generally more serious than any
other accident. But it is difficult to examine the true factor because the domino effect is influenced by many nonlinear factors.
The immediate causes of the domino effect are the peak overpressure, flying objects, and flame. Nonlinearity is inherent in
all three causes. However, it is believed that a systematic and mathematical approach can minimize the incidence of the domino
effect. We considered the case where there were n-explosive facilities in a given arbitrary rectangular facility site. This
paper suggests the positions that can minimize the domino effect using a nonlinear approach. The method initiated an arbitrary
number of facilities in addition to the original position, and can search for the position to minimize the domino effect.

This study presents a characterization of fractured basement reservoir by using statistical and fractal methods with outcrop
data, seismic data, as well as FMI log data. In the statistical method, fracture intensity and length have been calculated
from various outcrop data. The optimum statistical distribution functions of fracture length for outcrops have been identified
with the use of discriminant equation derived from Crofton’s theory. The Fisher distribution constant, representing the fracture
orientation, has been computed from FMI log data. With the statistical values and distribution functions, a 3D fracture network
system has been generated. The result shows that there is no distinction in orientation of the fracture network system, and
it excellently matches with the outcrop data. In the fractal method, fractal dimensions of fracture length and strike for
the seismic fracture network in areal distribution were calculated; a greater value in fractal dimension means that the fracture
network system has intensive fractal characteristics. Meanwhile, vertical distribution and dip angle of the fracture system
have been evaluated from FMI log data. The resulting 3D fracture system presents that the overall strike and distribution
of the fracture system are excellently matched with those of seismic data. 相似文献

The control of pH is one of the most difficult challenges in the process industry because of the severe nonlinearities and high precision required in manipulating the flow rate. The Wiener model, which consists of a linear dynamic element followed by a nonlinear static element, is used for representing such nonlinear processes. Piecewise continuous polynomials are used for mapping the nonlinear static gain accurately. A nonlinear PI controller was designed based on the Wiener model. Simulation results on the nonlinear mathematical model are presented to highlight the superior performance of the Wiener model based nonlinear PI controller in comparison to that of the local linear PI controller. The performance of the nonlinear PI controller was further improved upon by using the method of inequalities to obtain a single set of PI controller settings that takes into account the parametric variations in the linear dynamic element at different operating points. A mixing device composed of a micron scale flow channel was applied as a continuous reactor to control exothermic reaction
heat and to increase the product yield, in a synthesis of a pharmaceutical intermediate of quinolone antibiotics. The model
reaction featured a fast reaction rate, high heat generation, and impurity formation due to a prolonged contact time between
reactants and products. Using the micromixer reactor, the reaction heat was efficiently removed so that virtually no impurities
were produced during the reaction. A product yield comparable to the theoretical value was achieved in a single micromixer
unit. Optimum operating conditions were acquired from a statistical method by using factorial design, which was also verified
