基于Intel PXA250处理器工作状态的功耗仿真模型及分析

设计了一个基于Intel PXA250处理器工作状态的功耗仿真模型，并且对SimIt-ARM的指令集模拟器进行修改，使其模拟Intel PXA250处理器，然后，为其添加上功耗分析模块，均用C 实现，试验结果表明，该模型在分析嵌入式处理器的工作状态变换引起的功耗变化方面具有良好的效果．

研究了多单片机系统中单片机间的并行通讯问题,并给出了双单片机间并行通讯的应用实例。     

嵌入式系统中自适应背光的设计与实现

针对嵌入式产品中设备背光自适应调节的应用需求,本文使用光敏晶体管获取外界光强对应的电信号,采用UCB1x00芯片进行模数转换,同时利用软件实时采样、分析此数值,并通过处理器PXA255芯片的GPIO口模拟PWM实现了一种自适应调节设备背光的方案.测试结果表明,该实现方案是实际可行的并且具有良好的稳定性及通用性.     

Pinned OS/Services: A Case Study of XML Parsing on Intel SCC

Nowadays,we are heading towards integrating hundreds to thousands of cores on a single chip.However,traditional system software and middleware are not well suited to manage and provide services at such large scale.To improve the scalability and adaptability of operating system and middleware services on future many-core platform,we propose the pinned OS/services.By porting each OS and runtime system(middleware) service to a separate core(special hardware acceleration),we expect to achieve maximal performance gain and energy efficiency in many-core environments.As a case study,we target on XML(Extensible Markup Language),the commonly used data transfer/store standard in the world.We have successfully implemented and evaluated the design of porting XML parsing service onto Intel 48-core Single-Chip Cloud Computer(SCC) platform.The results show that it can provide considerable energy saving.However,we also identified heavy performance penalties introduced from memory side,making the parsing service bloated.Hence,as a further step,we propose the memory-side hardware accelerator for XML parsing.With specified hardware design,we can further enhance the performance gain and energy efficiency,where the performance can be improved by 20% with 12.27% energy reduction.     

Effect of water vapour partial pressure on the chromia (Cr2O3)-based scale stability

The kinetics of the Cr₂O₃-based scale oxidation and volatilisation were studied in the presence of water vapour (H₂O). A commercial Cr₂O₃-based scale forming Type 310S stainless steel was examined at the ambient pressure (0.1?MPa) and 550°C in relatively low and high H₂O-containing environments of air-10% H₂O and air-70% H₂O, respectively. The increase in the partial pressure of H₂O (p_H2O) from 10 to 70% resulted in the transition of the oxidation and volatilisation kinetics from the parabolic rate law in air-10% H₂O to the paralinear rate law in air-70% H₂O. The kinetics transition was attributed to the increase in the Cr loss rate from the base scale after coupons exposure in air-70% H₂O. The significant role of Mn alloying element in the base scale protectiveness was also discussed in the context of the Cr₂O₃-based scale stability.     

Exploring the connections among job accessibility, employment, income, and auto ownership using structural equation modeling

Using structural equation modeling, this study empirically examines the connections between job accessibility, workers per capita, income per capita, and autos per capita at the aggregate level with year 2000 census tract data in Sacramento County, CA. Under the specification of the conceptual model, the model implied covariance matrix exhibits a reasonably good fit to the observed covariance matrix. The direct and total effects are largely consistent with theory and/or with empirical observations across a variety of geographic contexts. It is demonstrated that structural equation modeling is a powerful tool for capturing the endogeneity among job accessibility, employment, income, and auto ownership.     

数字规划视角下时空信息云平台的建设模式及规划应用——以重庆市两江新区为例

近年来,智慧城市建设迅速推进,重庆市两江新区已经开展了智慧两江的基础性工程—时空信息云平台的建设。城乡规划作为一项信息集成度高、综合性要求强的工作,目前已经严重受到信息不全面的制约,因此迫切需要新手段、新技术来解决规划编制、实施和评估等过程中信息获取、共享及辅助决策分析等问题,而基于时空信息平台开展的智慧城乡规划建设,将为城乡规划工作带来三方面的变革和创新:一是物联网和云计算技术将改变城乡规划中数据资源的获取方式;二是时空信息云平台的构建将改变传统的规划信息化建设模式;三是在时空信息云平台的支撑下,城乡规划管理和辅助决策功能将更全面和便捷。
