肠杆菌科新种细菌的分离鉴定及致病性研究

报告了从辽宁省部分地区腹泻和感染标本中检出的成团肠杆菌、非脱羧勒克氏菌、克吕沃尔氏菌、彭氏变形菌、霍堆氏肠杆菌的分离、鉴定，药敏试验及致病性研究结果．部分菌株可引起动物、生物模型病变，证明有致病力．与人的腹泻和感染有关．致病性研究中，溶血性阳性率最高，依次为乳鼠灌胃，ＨｅＰ—２细胞、Ｖｅｒｏ细胞病变，兔肠袢结扎．豚鼠角膜侵袭试验无阳性．药敏试验证实，５组细菌抗药谱已很广，临床可用的敏感药物不多，一旦发生感染，治疗将十分困难．     

胫骨延长后骨痂直径与新生骨预后关系的临床分析

目的探讨胫骨延长后骨痂直径与新生骨预后的关系.方法 1996年1月～2001年12月,对68例胫骨延长者测量达所需延长长度时的骨痂直径,计算骨痂直径率(callus diameter ratios,CDR);统计拆除外固定架后2～4周时新生骨发生骨折例数及畸形角度,比较骨折和成角畸形与CDR的关系.结果拆除外固定架前胫骨前屈角度5度以上畸形19例,其中11例发生骨折;拆除外固定架后胫骨出现5度以上畸形6例,其中2例骨折;其余43例胫骨延长骨痂正常愈合.计算CDR值:CDR值小于80% 23例,其中发生新生骨骨折13例,成角畸形5度以上者21例;CDR在81%～85%之间6例,成角畸形5度以上4例;CDR值超过86% 39例,无畸形或新生骨骨折.结论胫骨延长时CDR小于80%时,容易发生新生骨骨折和畸形;CDR大于85%时,无新生骨骨折和畸形发生;两组间具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).CDR是判断骨痂能否正常愈合较为理想的检测指标.

基质金属蛋白酶与肺癌转移的关系

基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases，MMPs)是一组锌离子依赖的蛋白水解酶，在ECM降解中起着重要作用。目前研究表明，MMPs活性异常不仅能促进肿瘤血管形成，还是人类多种肿瘤侵袭和转移的必要条件。本文就与肺癌侵袭和转移有关的MMPs研究作一综述。     

血液流变学因素对缺血心肌冠脉流量的影响

选用长白猪８只于麻醉下开胸，于在体猪心上探讨心肌缺血时冠脉仍保留有部分扩张储备，而未被充分利用的机理。实验结果表明：降低左冠状动脉前降支（ＬＡＤ）内压至４．６７ｋＰａ时，由ＬＡＤ分别输入腺苷、山莨菪碱、生理盐水（２ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ），皆能诱发出明显的ＬＡＤ流量增加（Ｐ＜０．０５）。在维持ＬＡＤ内压不变，并持续分别输入上述三种溶液的同时，从ＬＡＤ远端取血测血液流变学指标，结果显示，输入生理盐水和山莨菪碱使红细胞压积降低，血浆粘度和全血粘度下降；心肌缺血时，冠脉内输注药物所诱发出的“冠脉扩张储备”部分是由于此种给药方式所引起的血液稀释及血液粘度下降的结果。它提示在冠脉狭窄时，血液粘度对狭窄远端的心肌血供可能是一个相当重要的因素，降低血液粘度可能并不亚于扩血管药物的作用。     

Self-directed learning in anatomy: incorporation of case-based studies into a conventional medical curriculum

This paper reports an attempt to develop self-directed learning skills in second-year medical students by introducing case-based projects into the gross anatomy course at a long-established medical school. The programme and students' responses to a questionnaire completed at the end of the year are presented. Information on the various resources used by students to find information is given. The performance of students in the case-based components of the course has been evaluated and also in the more traditional end-of-year written examination. The data confirm that students have recognized that the projects were about obtaining a deeper understanding of the anatomy, and the programme appears to have promoted the use and study of library texts.     

Clinical Evaluation of a New Type of Centrifugal Pump

Abstract: The major problems with existing centrifugal pumps are leakage, mechanical trauma, and thrombus formation. In consideration of these problems, a new compact centrifugal pump system was developed. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the new centrifugal pump system clinically. Ten patients underwent open heart surgery with a centrifugal pump or a roller pump. During surgery, hemodynamic and hematological data were obtained. A pulsatile assist device in the pump circuit was used in patients with severe heart disease. There was neither operative death nor hospital mortality, and there was no difference with regard to hemodynamic data between the two groups. The centrifugal pump group, however, had significantly lower hemolysis, especially during prolonged cardiopulmonary bypass. This centrifugal pump could also create sufficient pulsatile flow with a pulsatile assist device. Postoperative macroscopic and microscopic findings demonstrated the smooth surface of the pump without thrombus formation. This centrifugal pump system might be useful for prolonged cardiopulmonary bypass.

作者阐述了医院综合院力的内涵与提出背景，提出了新世纪初期综合院力的评价内容体系，即一级评价内容7项，二级评价内容39项，三级评价内容15l项，并就各指标评价内容进行了讨论分析。     

2002～2006年广西大专新生乙肝病毒携带率观察

[目的]观察2002～2006年广西大专新生乙肝病毒携带率分布,为进一步防治乙型肝炎提供理论依据。[方法]收集2002～2006年大专新生入学体检资料,采用SPSS13.0软件进行整理、统计分析。[结果]2002～2006年5年中广西大专新生HBV携带率呈明显下降的趋势,平均每年以10%的速度下降,2006年乙肝病毒携带率比2002年下降了44%,尤其以2005年桂东南汉、壮民族下降最为显著。[结论]80年代中期广西普遍接种乙肝疫苗以后,乙肝疫苗阻断乙型病毒性肝炎在广西青少年母婴传播及水平传播效果已经显现。建议在广西各地区,尤其是在桂西北少数民族地区进一步加强乙型肝炎基因工程疫苗的接种工作力度,使乙型病毒性肝炎感染率控制到更低的水平。
