Oxidation of ferritic/martensitic steel P92 was investigated in pure oxygen and in pure steam at 600–800 °C by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that the oxidation of P92 was significantly enhanced and multilayer scale with an outer iron oxides layer formed in pure steam. At 700 °C, the gas switch markedly influenced the scaling kinetics and scale microstructure. It was supposed that the higher affinity of iron to steam would be attributed to the enhanced oxidation of P92 in pure steam, and the much easier transport of hydroxyl would account for the significant difference induced by gas switch. 相似文献

The jasmonate family of phytohormones plays central roles in plant development and stress acclimation. However, the architecture of their signaling circuits remains largely unknown. Here we describe a jasmonate family binding protein, cyclophilin 20-3 (CYP20-3), which regulates stress-responsive cellular redox homeostasis. (+)-12-oxo-phytodienoic acid (OPDA) binding promotes CYP20-3 to form a complex with serine acetyltransferase 1, which triggers the formation of a hetero-oligomeric cysteine synthase complex with O-acetylserine(thiol)lyase B in chloroplasts. The cysteine synthase complex formation then activates sulfur assimilation that leads to increased levels of thiol metabolites and the buildup of cellular reduction potential. The enhanced redox capacity in turn coordinates the expression of a subset of OPDA-responsive genes. Thus, we conclude that CYP20-3 is a key effector protein that links OPDA signaling to amino acid biosynthesis and cellular redox homeostasis in stress responses. 相似文献

目的:了解完全性大动脉转位术后患儿经口喂养情况,分析患儿经口喂养不良影响因素。方法:采用文献法、专家咨询法制定评估问卷,对2017年3月—2018年9月收治的30例经完全性大动脉转位术后患儿进行调查评估。多因素分析采用Logistic回归分析。结果:经喂养效率测评将30例患儿分为喂养良好组和喂养不良组,其中喂养不良组有18例患儿。Logistic回归分析显示,术后口腔运动能力、术后是否并发肺动脉狭窄与喂养不良呈正性相关,日龄越大的患儿发生喂养不良的风险越小(OR=0.879,P=0.004),术后鼻腔持续正压通气时间越长的患儿发生喂养不良的风险越大(OR=2.220,P=0.027)。结论:患儿经口喂养不良影响因素有术后口腔运动能力、术后是否并发肺动脉狭窄、日龄、术后鼻腔持续正压通气时间。医护人员需对患儿进行生命体征的监护。采用床旁多功能监护仪24 h监测心律、心率、呼吸、动脉血压、末梢氧饱和度等。 相似文献

Summary: The decomposition of novel phosphorus‐containing poly(oxyphenylene‐sulfonyl‐phenylene‐oxy‐diphenyl phenylene phosphine oxide) (PSU_I), 2,5‐dihydroxy‐1‐biphenylene‐phosphine oxide based polysulfone (PSU_II), poly(sulfonyl‐diphenylphenylene phosphonate) (PSU_P) and bisphenol A‐based polysulfone (PSU) is studied. The influence of the chemical structure, charring and phosphorus release is discussed based on the mass loss, kinetics and products. The pyrolysis and fire behaviour of blends with epoxy resin (EP) are studied. For EP‐PSU_II, phosphorus initiates water elimination and changes the decomposition pathway of EP. The fire behaviour of EP‐PSU shows some improvements, whereas the heat release rate is crucially reduced for EP‐PSU_II due to simultaneous char formation and flame inhibition.

Summary We compared semilunar valve relationships of 26 normal hearts with 66 specimens with transposition of the great arteries (TGA).
The TGA hearts exhibited a spectrum of dextroposition of the aorta, which brought the point of fibrous continuity between
aortic and pulmonary valves 15 to 120° closer to the tricuspid annulus than in the normal specimen. Aortic dextroposition
was associated with malalignment of the posterior semilunar (pulmonary) valve in relation to the aortic valve, the tricuspid
and mitral valves, and to the membranous ventricular septum.
