珠海发电厂700 MW汽轮发电机组真空系统治理

通过分析珠海发电厂1号汽轮发电机组真空系统故障发生的原因,采用氦质谱泄漏检漏技术,及时有效地查明机组真空系统漏点位置,消除漏点,保障了机组安全经济运行。     

Film boiling on a vertical plate in subcooled helium II

Film boiling heat transfer coefficients were measured on 10, 30 and 50 mm long vertical plates in subcooled He II for bulk liquid temperatures from 1.8 to 2.1 K. A film boiling model on a vertical plate in subcooled He II was presented based on convection heat transport in the vapor film, radiation heat transport, and heat transport in He II. The numerical solutions of the model were obtained and an equation which can express the numerical solutions within ±5% difference was derived. The equation predicted well the experimental data for lower ΔT range but significantly under-predicted the data for higher ΔT. A correlation of film boiling heat transfer including radiation contribution was presented by modifying the equation based the experimental data. This correlation can describe the experimental data within ±20% difference.

研究一类半线性拟抛物方程的初边值问题.首先利用格林函数和最大值原理证明了解的正定性,而后,通过要求非线性项满足正定性条件和凹凸性条件,利用特殊函数法证明了方程正解的有限时间爆破.     

漏率公式与判据和内部气体含量的分析研究(一)

在对氦质谱细检漏漏率公式的分析和对密封腔体内外气体交换过程公式的推演中,以氦气标准漏率LHe代替等效标准漏率L,引用了氦气交换时间常数τHe,使公式更为真实和简单直观。通过漏率偏差的分析和内部气体含量的计算表明,能够应用文中的公式对密封腔体内外气体的交换过程进行工程计算。计算分析了现行某些标准中各种试验条件漏率判据所对应的τHe,着重指出漏率符合接收判据并不能有效保证内部水汽含量要求。讨论了这些标准中进行的改进、存在的密封性等级及进一步改进的必要,并提出了建议进行研究的内容。     

Creep Properties of Base Metal and Welded Joint of Hastelloy XR Produced for High-Temperature Engineering Test Reactor in Simulated Primary-Coolant Helium

Creep tests of base metal, weld metal and welded joint of Hastelloy XR, which had the same chemical composition as Hastelloy XR produced for an intermediate heat exchanger of the High-Temperature Engineering Test Reactor, were conducted in simulated primary coolant helium. The weld metal and welded joint showed almost equal to or longer rupture time than the base metal of Hastelloy XR at 850 and 900°C, although they gave shorter rupture time at 950° C under low stress and at 1,000°C. The welded joint of Hastelloy XR ruptured at the base metal region at 850 and 900°C. On the other hand, it ruptured at the weld metal region at 950 and 1,000°C. The steady-state creep rate of weld metal of Hastelloy XR was lower than that of base metal at 850, 900 and 950°C. The creep rupture strengths of base metal, weld metal and welded joint of Hastelloy XR obtained in this study were confirmed to be much higher than the design allowable creep-rupture stress (S_R ) of the Design Allowable Limits below 950°C.     

Research and Development of Superconducting Magnet for Fusion Power

This paper describes mainly technological achievment of superconducting magnet for fusion power for the latest 10 years in Japan. The magnet development had been devoted to tokamak Fusion Experimental Reactor (FER). The major results obtained up to now are as follows.

In toroidal coil program, 12 T field generation, which is requested in a reactor toroidal coil, was realized with 6 kA multifilamentary Nb3Sn conductor in 1 m bore. For scaling-up of toroidal coil, half size coils of FER, LCT coils were tested up to 9 T.

In poloidal coil program, Demo Poloidal Coil project is now under way and coil testing will be started in spring of 1989. The stored energy of this coil is around 40 MJ.

In cryogenic technology program, fabrication and operation of large helium refrigerator technology were well established. A supercritical helium pump of 500 g/s was tested for forced flow coil.     

O油田SH-B油藏储量动用状况研究

利用现有的测井、完井、生产数据资料,应用数值模拟方法,通过给定储量动用范围条件,定量描述O油田区块平面及纵向储量动用程度以及单井控制半径.该油藏存在动用状况差,井距过大等问题,并针对问题提出调整措施.     

开发难动用储量保障国家石油安全

保障我国石油安全有多种措施：建立石油储备、发展替代能源、降低能耗、从国外获取稳定的石油供应、加大国内石油资源的勘探开发力度等。其中，加强国内石油资源的勘探开发是最重要的途径。本文针对我国陆上近４０亿ｔ已探明难动用石油地质储量的现实，从国家石油政策、技术进步、开发方式和机制、评价方法和参数等方面论述了促进难动用储量开发，保障国家石油安全的途径。     

Ab Initio Values of the Thermophysical Properties of Helium as Standards

Recent quantum mechanical calculations of the interaction energy of pairs of helium atoms are accurate and some include reliable estimates of their uncertainty. We combined these ab initio results with earlier published results to obtain a helium-helium interatomic potential that includes relativistic retardation effects over all ranges of interaction. From this potential, we calculated the thermophysical properties of helium, i.e., the second virial coefficients, the dilute-gas viscosities, and the dilute-gas thermal conductivities of ³He, ⁴He, and their equimolar mixture from 1 K to 10⁴ K. We also calculated the diffusion and thermal diffusion coefficients of mixtures of ³He and ⁴He. For the pure fluids, the uncertainties of the calculated values are dominated by the uncertainties of the potential; for the mixtures, the uncertainties of the transport properties also include contributions from approximations in the transport theory. In all cases, the uncertainties are smaller than the corresponding experimental uncertainties; therefore, we recommend the ab initio results be used as standards for calibrating instruments relying on these thermophysical properties. We present the calculated thermophysical properties in easy-to-use tabular form.
