Environmental etch damage to automotive coatings, and scratch and mar of these coatings are an important element of customer satisfaction as well as a significant warranty repair consideration for automotive companies. The conditions that result in environmental etch are examined and a laboratory test proposed. Data from this test are compared to automotive hoods exposed in Florida. The performance of various crosslinking chemistries is discussed and the requirements for improved environmental etch are outlined. Scratch and mar performance of these systems is also reviewed. We have found that coatings respond to physical stress by elastic recovery, by plastic flow and by brittle fracture. Classifying types of damage in this way is important for understanding the chemistry needed for improved scratch and mar of coatings.  相似文献

利用红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱、热延伸试验、差示扫描量热法、扫描电子显微镜等方法研究了低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)及其共混物的乙烯基硅烷接枝及交联产物的分子结构、熔融行为和形态。结果表明:硅烷接枝后,LDPE、LLDPE的重均摩尔质量小幅增加;硅烷接枝交联能力为:LLDPE〉LDPE/LLDPE共混物〉LDPE;接枝和交联使LDPE、LLDPE及其共混物的结晶度降低,晶粒变得不均匀;硅烷接枝和交联能增加LDPE/LLDPE共混物的相容性;交联结构提高了LDPE、LLDPE及其共混物的抗冲性。  相似文献

Barley protein isolate (BPI) was extracted in 0.015 N NaOH in a 10:1 ratio solvent:flour and was precipitated by adjusting the pH to 4.5 and freeze-dried. The thermal properties of BPI were determined using modulated differential scanning calorimetry (MDSC). BPI with 4% moisture content exhibited a glass transition (T g) with 140 °C onset, 153 °C middle, and 165 °C end temperatures and a ΔC p of 0.454 J/g per °C. The high moisture content sample (50%) showed a T g at 89, 91, or 94 °C and 0.067 ΔC p. Acetylation had no apparent effect on the foaming and emulsifying properties of protein from barley flour but exhibited the least-stable foam among BPI samples. Foaming capacities of both barley protein isolates were ∼12% less than that of acid-precipitated soy protein isolate reported in the literature. Acetylated BPI showed the highest surface hydrophobicity compared to the other samples. The surface-tension test confirmed that unmodified and modified BPI possessed surface activity. BPI phosphorous oxycloride-crosslinked was the most effective in lowering the surface tension of aqueous NaCl, while the crosslinked BPI was the least effective. The G′ value of BPI suspension was greater than G″ at all frequencies from 0.1 to 100 rad/s. The strain value at which linear behavior ceased and nonlinear behavior began ranged from 3 to 10%. Names are necessary to report factually on available data; however, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) neither guarantees nor warrants the standard of the product, and the use of the name by the USDA implies no approval of the product to the exclusion of others that may also be suitable.  相似文献

以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为交联剂,二乙烯基苯为助交联剂,偶氮二甲酰胺为发泡剂,采用化学交联法,使PP树脂在发泡之前交联,并利用压制成型的方法制取了泡孔均匀、细密的泡沫板材。研究了交联剂和助交联剂的用量对凝胶质量分数和板材性能的影响。结果表明:DCP和二乙烯基苯的质量分数分别为0.12%和1.6%时,制品的各项性能较好。  相似文献

Reactive blending of polyamide 6 (PA) with polyethylene (PE) having reactive sites, maleic anhydride (MAH content=0.1 wt%),and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA content=3-12 wt%), was carried out at 70/30 and 65/35 (PA/PE) blend ratios. Blend morphology evolved by reactive blending was analyzed by light scattering and transmission electron microscopy. The blends were then irradiated by electron beam. The degree of crosslinking was estimated by measuring the dynamic storage modulus at a temperature above melting point of PA. It was found that surface-to-surface interparticle distance τ was significantly reduced by the micelle formation via pull-out of in situ-formed graft copolymers. The blend with shorter τ was crosslinked by electron-beam irradiation at the lower dose level. A blend having the minimum τ (∼0.2 μm) was nicely crosslinked at a low dose level same as for PE, and even for the PA matrix system.  相似文献

为了提高无人机(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle,UAV)系统的智能避障性能,提出了一种基于双延迟深度确定性策略梯度(Twin Delayed Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient,TD3)的改进算法(Improved Twin Delayed Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient,I-TD3)。该算法通过设置两个经验缓存池分离成功飞行经验和失败飞行经验,并根据两个经验缓存池的不同使用目的分别结合优先经验回放(Prioritized Experience Replay)方法和经验回放(Experience Replay)方法,提高有效经验的采样效率,缓解因无效经验过高导致的训练效率低问题。改进奖励函数,解决因奖励设置不合理导致的训练效果差问题。在AirSim平台上实现仿真实验,结果表明在四旋翼无人机的避障问题上,I-TD3算法的避障效果优于TD3算法和深度确定性策略梯度(Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient,DDPG)算法。  相似文献

This paper considers a class of delayed neural networks with discontinuous neuron activations. Based on the theory of differential equations with discontinuous right‐hand sides, some novel sufficient conditions are derived that ensure the existence and global exponential stability of the equilibrium point. Moreover, by adopting the concept of convergence in measure, convergence behavior for the output is discussed. The obtained results are independent of the delay parameter and can be thought of as a generalization of previous results established for delayed neural networks with Lipschtz continuous neuron activations to the discontinuous case. Finally, we give a numerical example to illustrate the effectiveness and novelty of our results by comparing our results with those in the early literature.  相似文献
