土木工程名牌专业建设规划研究

客观分析了我校土木工程专业在方向设置与专业特色、师资队伍、教学规范化管理、专业课程体系和教学内容改革、专业教材和课程建设、专业实验室和实践教学基地建设、科研工作等各方面取得的成绩,提出了将土木工程专业建设成为名牌专业尚需继续努力和提高完善的规划目标,可作为土木工程名牌专业建设并实现规范化、可持续性健康发展的研究依据。     

论基层社区主要组织的功能定位

社区建设要求多主体或者说多个组织来共同完成。目前,社区建设的主体主要包括政府部门、社区居委会、社区中介组织、社区居民等。找准各主要组织的功能定位,对于和谐社区构建至关重要。     

Creating Community Partnership as Foundation for Community Building: The Case of the Renewed Kibbutz

ABSTRACT

Expansion neighborhoods, built adjacent to kibbutz neighborhoods, are a new phenomenon in the rural peripheral regions of Israel. This article evaluates the process of building community partnerships, describes frictions created between residents of the expansion neighborhoods and kibbutz members, and defines challenges that need to be overcome in order to build an integrated community within the renewed kibbutz.Data collection was based on face-to-face interviews with new residents and officials from 10 kibbutzim. Qualitative analysis show the complexity involved in the process of building community partnerships and emphasizes the need to develop structures that will allow for dialogue and collaboration.     

Gendered Perceptions of Community Needs and Concerns

Abstract

Acentral tenet of feminism is that women engage in community practice differently than men. This study explores whether gender differences exist in perceptions of community needs, strengths, problems and responsibilities. Also examined are differences within male and female groups along the dimensions of race, location, years at current address and ownership status. This analysis is based on survey responses from 191 residents in one urban community. Contrary to feminist theory, findings reveal strong agreement between men and women. There were, however, numerous differences within gender groups, especially among women. Implications for feminist scholarship, community practice, and social work education are discussed.     

试析民初广州路政政策及演变——以马路建设为例

民国初年，广州马路建设在官方政策的引领与有效作为下取得了长足的进步．从广州市政公所到广州市工务局，市政当局所实施的集资、收用民业及路政管理政策逐步走向规范化与制度化，但与此同时也出现强制性的倾向。     

广州社区规划的探索与实践

社区规划是城市规划的重要内容。社区是城市的基本单元，社区发展直接影响到城市经济、社会的发展，因此城市规划要充分考虑社区的因素。本文探讨了城市规划与社区规划的关系，分析了社区规划的基本原则，并从宏观层面、巾观层面、微观层面、技术层面介绍了广州社区规划的特点。     

老年人社区服务需求与社区工作专业化

本文以南京市鼓楼区某街道为例,探索了老年人不同层次的社区服务需求及其满足状况。本文认为,当前老年居民低层次的社区服务需求已经基本得到满足,但高层次的社区服务需求难以满足。必需加快社区工作者的职业化和专业化,提升社区服务的质量才能更好地满足老年人的社区服务需求,实现社区和谐发展。     

试论社区发展与专业社区管理人员的培养

随着改革开放的推进和经济、社会管理体制的不断深入，我国社区的发展呈现蓬勃之势。与此同时，社区对专业人才的需求也日益突现出来。社区需求什么样的专业人才，我们该如何培养，这些将是本文所要解决的问题。     

理想社区的社会表征:北京市居民的社区观念研究

文章选择以北京市城市社区为研究对象，通过对问卷调查中两个开放性问题进行的质性文本分析，发现社区居民对理想社区的社会表征主要包括社区环境、社区理念及社区参与三个主要维度。三类社区居民在社区环境方面的看法和要求没有本质上的差异，但在社区理念与社区参与两个方面差异显著。     

Utopian thought: Re-visioning gender,family, and community

Utopian ideals are vital to sustained engagement in the struggle to create a better society. However, the problematic aspects of utopian traditions also need to be addressed as part of the work of social movements. This paper offers a framework for exploring the interplay of healthy and pathological forms of idealization in groups and for analyzing the non-rational dimensions of group life. In critiquing communitarian thought, the paper develops a socialist— feminist and psychoanalytic perspective focusing on the connections between family, sexuality, and democratic community. The paper concludes with political strategies for grounding utopian ideals in contemporary struggles for reform. Les visions d'utopie jouent un rôle très important dans les mouvements visant àfaire une transformation sociale. Pourtant, dans ces projets tranformatifs, il faut aussi tenir compte des aspects les plus problématiques des traditions utopiques. Dans cet article, les auteurs proposent une stratégie pour l'exploration de l'effet réciproque des formes d'idéalisation saines et pathologiques et pour analyser les aspects non-raisonnables en la vie des groupes sociales. En critiquant les idées des ‘communitarians’, une perspective socialist—feministe et psychoanalytique est présentée qui met au centre de l'analyse les rapports entre la famille, la sexualité et la communautédemocratique. Pour conclure, on propose quelques stratégies politiques pour intégrer des idéales utopiques dans les luttes actuelles pour la réforme.
