电力变压器局放超声传感器及其应用

作者研制成一种带光纤的电力变压器局放超声PZT传感器.文中分析了它的灵敏度与宽频带特性,介绍了原理、结构设计、实验数据及现场成功实例.理论与实验研究表明:具有这种高灵敏传感器的超声定位系统是确定电力变压器绝缘故障部位的一种方法.     

On the Yustova threshold plates

A response to criticism of threshold plates for the study of color vision developed at the Mendeleev All-Russia Research Institute of Metrology and published in 1994 is presented. Application of Wavelet Packet De-noising in Time-Frequency Analysis of the Local Wave Method

The local wave method is a very good time-frequency method for nonstationary vibration signal analysis. But the interfering noise has a big influence on the accuracy of time-frequency analysis. The wavelet packet de-noising method can eliminate the interference of noise and improve the signal-noise-ratio. This paper uses the local wave method to decompose the de-noising signal and perform a time-frequency analysis. We can get better characteristics. Finally, an example of waveletpacket denoising and a local wave time-frequency spectrum application of diesel engine surface vibration signal is put forward.     

“Technically Unavoidable” in Terms of Genetically Modified Organisms – an Approach for Food Control

In case of findings of authorized genetically modified (gm) plant ingredients below the 0.9 per cent threshold, exceptions from labelling requirements according to regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003 can only be made, “provided that this presence is adventitious or technically unavoidable”. The authors describe factors that should be considered regarding contaminations by gm plant ingredients as technically unavoidable or not. A practical approach for interpretation, taking into account quality control measures and documentation as well as present findings in comparable products is proposed. 武汉天兴洲公铁两用桥2#浮运围堰施工期局部冲刷试验研究

通过武汉天兴洲公铁两用桥2^#浮运围堰下沉模拟试验，分析了在浮运围堰下沉期间不同阶段围堰周围水流流速、紊动强度及河床局部冲淤情况．针对浮运围堰下沉期间的水流及河床地形等条件，对浮运围堰下沉时河床局部冲刷深度进行了预测，试验预测结果与实测资料较为吻合．     

推进波作用下的底泥起动

在介绍推进波作用下底泥起动特点的基础上，将上层水体作为粘性流体，底泥作为粘弹性体，推导了推进波作用下泥床面剪应力的表达式，并根据试验结果，给出了推进波作用下底泥起动时的床面剪应力与底泥流变参数的关系。

Effect of heating-rate on failure temperature of pre-loaded brass H62

The response and failure of brass H62 specimens subjected to different levels of pre-loaded stresses and heating rates were investigated using a Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical material testing system. The metallographs of the tested material were also observed and analyzed. It is found that the increase of either pre-loaded stress or heating-rate decreases the failure temperature. Metallographic analysis shows that high heating-rate may cause stronger local thermal inconsistency （LTI） and remarkably increase the microdefects in the material, which may markedly degrade the macroscopic mechanical properties of the material.     

全双极WTA模型的改进及其实现

提出了一种相似度的新定义，使双极ＷＡＴ模型的实现更加简洁明了。增加一个阈值使系统能判别非存储模式或因其信息量过低而无法鉴定的输入模式，阈值的大小与要求的容错能力有关。双极相似度及阈值通过光学方法实现。阈值的光学实现使系统仍具有照明不变性。通过电路实现取及ＷＴＡ网络的迭代运算。
