论当前粮食仓储工作中的几个问题

本文结合湖北实际,对粮食仓储工作的现状进行了分析,指出了当前存在而应在“八五”期间加以解决的粮仓建设、粮库改革、科学研究、四无粮仓、人才培训五个问题。提出了粮仓建设的量化意见,讨论了粮库改革的方向、储粮科学研完的重点、坚持四无粮仓和提高人员素质的重要性。     

Viscosities of nonelectrolyte liquid mixtures. I. binary mixtures containing p-dioxane

Viscosity measurements are reported for p-dioxans with cyclohexane, n-hexane, benzene, toluene, carbon tetrachloride, tetrachloroethane, chloroform, pentachloroethane, and ethyl acetate at 303.15 K. Excess Gibbs energies of activation G ^*E of viscous flow have been calculated with Eyring's theory of absolute reaction rates. The deviations of the viscosities from a linear dependence on the mole fraction and values of G ^*E for binary mixtures have been explained in terms of molecular interactions between unlike pairs. The Prigogine-Flory-Patterson theory has been used to estimate the excess viscosity, ln , and corresponding enthalpy ln _H, entropy ln _S, and free volume ln _v terms for binary mixtures of p-dioxane with cyclohexane, n-hexane, benzene, toluene, carbon tetrachloride, and chloroform. Estimates of excess viscosities from this theory for p-dioxane with benzene, toluene, and carbon tetrachloride are good, while for the other three mixtures they are poor. The local-composition thermodynamic model of Wei and Rowley estimates the excess viscosity quite well even for p-dioxane mixtures with cyclohexane and n-hexane.     

Viscosity of binary mixtures. IV. Triethylamine with alkanes and monoalkylamines at 303.15 and 313.15 K

Viscosities and densities of seven binary mixtures of n-hexane, n-octane, isooctane, n-propylamine, n-butylamine, n-hexylamine, and n-octylamine with triethylamine have been measured at 303.15 and 313.15 K. Deviations of viscosities from a linear dependence on the mole fraction and values of excess Gibbs energy of activation G ^*E of viscous flow are attributable to the H-bonding and to the size of the alkylamine and alkane molecules.     

Rapid software integration using structured methods

In this paper we discuss an approach to organizing the integration of 110,000 lines of C, SQL, Assembler, and microcode distributed over a network of 36 processors of four types so that it could be accomplished in six months. The software runs on a test system architecture consisting of a LAN-based workstation group and a set of VME-based embedded processors. By using structured methodology, parallelism in the integration process was achieved. The necessary stub tools were identified and developed before integration began. The principles followed and experiences of integrating the system are discussed.     

基于行人下肢防护的前保险杠改进分析

利用有限元方法,建立了小腿冲击器与汽车前部结构的碰撞模型,用以评价某款车保险杠系统对小腿损伤的影响。通过增加吸能部件、副保险杠加强板等方式减轻行人下肢的损伤,并通过正交试验设计研究了吸能部件的材料、吸能部件前后面之间的距离、副保险杠加强板的厚度以及副保险杠加强板前后面之间的距离对行人下肢损伤的影响。研究结果表明,经正交试验设计后的前保险杠系统能有效地减小小腿冲击器的胫骨加速度以及膝关节弯曲角度,使得下肢保护指标满足Eu-roNCAP法规要求。优化设计后的前保险杠系统更好的防护行人下肢的损伤。     

针对肌肉功能障碍患者的数据库研究与开发

建立标准数据库是临床研究病情变化的重要手段,建立适用于肌肉功能障碍患者的标准数据库模板更具有重要临床意义。本研究针对临床上所采集的具有肌肉功能障碍患者的肌力、肌电数据,通过ODBC连接方式,引入了统一建模语言(UML),使用VC++开发工具,设计和完成了Access数据库,以对获取到的大量的肌力、肌电数据进行管理和使用。数据库有效存储并管理肌力、肌电数据,同时能减少数据占有空间和数据冗余,它更好地满足了医院康复科的需求。     

多级小波分解与LBP融合的纹理提取算法

为提高不同光照、不同角度条件下的纹理识别精度,提出了一种利用多级小波分解和多尺度旋转不变LBP融合的纹理提取算法。算法在传统的LBP特征提取基础上,采用多尺度的旋转不变LBP算子分别对多级小波逼近图像提取直方图序列特征向量,与各级小波能量进行加权融合,获取更多的纹理信息,对光照和角度的变化有更高的鲁棒性。仿真结果表明,相对传统的LBP特征提取算法,改进的算法具有更高的纹理识别率。     

基于被动测量的高速网络管理系统

文章介绍了,面向大规模宽带IP网络的运维和管理需求,以大规模网络流量测量和知识挖掘为基础,研究基于分布式流量测量的新一代宽带网络管理架构,采用网络被动模式测量和主动采集技术手段,实现对高速网络的性能、状态和行为的管理,并对网络测量技术的发展及现状、系统的架构、关键技术和应用情况作了详细阐述,明确下一步研究工作的目标。     

可视化基站发电管理系统

针对以前的发电管理系统或只是数据呈现,提供市电及发电相关数据信息,或只是提供出车轨迹,主要实现对出车的管理,不能全面反应发电全过程且不便于对发电事件进行分析的情况,提出可视化发电管理系统的概念。在简要介绍了LBS系统、动力环境监控系统后,讲述了可视化基站发电管理系统的组成以及通过LBS定位管理、短信互动、实时监测数据等进行系统实现。可视化发电管理系统通过可视化的界面帮助发电管理人员进行管理,直观、便捷。
