庆大霉素对豚鼠前庭上皮IGF-1及其受体表达的影响

目的：研究庆大霉素对豚鼠前庭上皮胰岛素样生长因子-1（insulin-like growth factor-1，IGF-1）及其受体（insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor，EGF-1R）表达的影响，并探讨其生物学特性。方法：采用免疫组织细胞化学方法，以抗IGF-1及IGF-1R抗体为标记物，检测庆大霉素损伤后豚鼠前庭上皮自发修复期IGF-1及IGF-1R的表达变化和分布特点；采用Brdu体内标记和抗Brdu抗体免疫组化染色，检测庆大霉素损伤后豚鼠前庭上皮增殖的变化。结果：IGF-1及IGF-1R在正常成年豚鼠前庭上皮细胞中有低水平表达，庆大霉素损伤后，其表达增多。在1d组IGF-1及IGF-1R表达最强，其后逐渐减少。在正常对照组中无Brdu阳性细胞。各实验组均观察到Brdu阳性细胞，7d组最多。结论：庆大霉素损伤后，豚鼠前庭上皮IGF-1及IGF-1R表达增强，其时程变化与细胞增殖活动密切相关。IGF-1在豚鼠前庭上皮损伤后的细胞增殖中可能起重要信号转导作用。     

扩张型心肌病家兔左室壁复极异质性的改变及意义

目的：观察离体心脏左心室三层心肌的单相动作电位的改变，以探讨扩张型心肌病易发心室颤动与三层心肌跨室壁复极不均一性的关系。方法：用阿霉素制作扩张型心肌病家兔模型，测定其室颤阈值（VFT）以及心外膜、中层心肌和心内膜心肌细胞的单相动作电位复极90％时程（APD90）、跨室壁复极离散度（TDR）。结果：扩张型心肌病VFT明显降低（P＜0．001），三层心肌细胞APD90均明显延长（P＜0．001），中层心肌细胞较心外膜、心内膜下心肌细胞延长更为显著（P＜0．05）；扩张型心肌病跨室壁复极离散度增加（P＜0．01）。结论：中层心肌细胞APD90明显延长、跨室壁复极离散度增加、三层心肌复极不均一性增加可能是扩张型心肌病容易发生心室颤动的重要原因。     

非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者血清唾液酸的改变

测定20例NIDDM伴有心脑血管病变的患者、20例单纯NIDDM患者的血清唾液酸（SA）水平，并与20例正常人进行比较。结果发现所有NIDDM患者的血清SA水平均显著增高（P＜0．01），其中伴有心脑血管疾病患者的血清SA水平显著高于单纯NIDDM患者（P＜0．05），同时血清SA水平与血清胰岛素及C肽水平、收好压之间存在相关。提示血清SA水平与NIDDM患者的心脑血管疾病关系密切，可能是心脑血管并发症发生的一个危险因素。     

Infectious meningitis with atypical cerebrospinal fluid cells

Cytologic evaluation of the CSF is often difficult when trying to distinguish between truly neoplastic and reactive cells. Several non-neoplastic conditions may be associated with atypical cells in the CSF, a fact the clinician has to consider to avoid inadequate aggressive theraphies. We report here three patients with infectious meningitis (due to Herpes zoster virus in two, and neuroborreliosis in one) and cytologically atypical cerebrospinal fluid lymphocytes. Further characterization showed that the pleocyrosis in these patients was of reactive origin. Cytomorphology is frequently insufficient and histochemical, immuncytochemical and cellular genome analysis techniques may help differentiate atypical reactive cells from neoplastic cells.

The difference in blood pressure between upper arm and finger during physical exercise

Summary. A new apparatus which measures the blood pressure in the finger continuously and yet not invasively was tested for its usefulness during exercise. It was compared with upper arm measurements in 23 volunteers during prolonged bicycle ergometry. Simultaneously, a pulse plethysmogram was recorded from another finger of the same arm, whereas in six additional volunteers Doppler measurements were carried out on the radial artery. The results show that finger systolic pressure ceased to rise at about 40% of maximal exercise; the difference with the continuously rising systolic pressure in the upper arm becoming significant at 140 W. At the same time the amplitude of the finger plethysmogram became significantly higher than its initial value, indicating distinct cutaneous vasodilation, whereas the volunteers also became hot and started to perspire. However, the radial artery ‘flow’, deduced from the Doppler measurements, did not change significantly during exercise. It increased sharply and markedly in the cooling down period. Simultaneously with this increase in flow, HR and both systolic blood pressures fell drastically whereas the plethysmography amplitude remained about stable at its raised level. The results fit in with the idea that a compromise is achieved between the need for muscle activity and the need for temperature regulation. It is concluded that the Finapres functions well during exercise, but that the systolic pressure in the finger is not representative for its more central counterpart during cutaneous vasodilation. It is argued that opening up of AVAs may contribute to this pressure effect.     

便携式多普勒血管探测仪在皮瓣移植中的应用

目的 :研究皮瓣移植前简单、可靠的血管探测的方法。方法 :在皮瓣移植前 ,以 HADECO ES-1 0 0 0 SPM多普勒血管探测仪对皮瓣血管蒂及皮动脉进行探测 ,与术中皮动脉探查结果进行比较 ,考察术前血管探测的准确性和意义。结果 :皮瓣血管蒂及皮动脉术前探测与术中探查结果完全一致。结论 :便携式血管多普勒仪是皮瓣移植前 ,简单、可靠的血管探测的仪器 ,根据探测结果进行皮瓣设计 ,有效地降低了手术失败的风险     

豚鼠耳蜗微血管内皮细胞体外通透性的研究

目的　研究豚鼠耳蜗微血管内皮细胞的体外通透性特征。方法　在成功建立豚鼠耳蜗微血管内皮细胞体外通透性模型的基础上 ,研究该体外模型跨细胞电阻及对12 5I 牛血清白蛋白的通透性。结果　①耳蜗微血管内皮细胞在培养增殖过程中其跨细胞电阻呈动态变化过程 ,以 5× 10 4/cm2 的细胞密度接种时 ,7d左右电阻到达峰值 ,其跨细胞电阻峰值大小为 (118 9± 18 5 )Ω/cm2 ;②体外模型中加入12 5I 牛血清白蛋白后 ,其通透性呈上升期抛物线型曲线 ,90min内几乎呈直线。结论　跨细胞电阻及对12 5I 牛血清白蛋白变化曲线能反映体外耳蜗微血管内皮细胞的通透性特征     

海脉冲营养素对小鼠造血功能的影响

通过与复方阿胶浆，施普端螺旋藻胶囊抗贫血功效的比较，研究了海脉冲营养素对小鼠造血功能的影响。结果表明，小鼠口服ＨＭＣ５００ｍｇ／（ｋｇ．ｄ），对失血性贫血小鼠有提高，ＲＢＣ的作用，对苯肼引起的溶血性贫血小鼠有升高Ｈｂ，ＲＢＣ，ＷＢＣ的作用，能促进由环磷酰胺所致骨髓抑制小鼠的骨髓有核细胞的增殖，增加脾脏重量，升高外周血中网织红细胞和ＷＢＣ数量。
