Laser generated surface acoustic waves (SAW) in a heterodyne diffraction scheme is a powerful technique for elastic characterization of thin films and it is frequently used on samples of high optical quality. We show that the method can also be effectively used in difficult conditions, on rough samples. Measurements are presented on a 3 µm thick film of polymer, spin-coated on steel, and on the same sample after addition of an aluminum coating. The experimental data are interpreted using a model assuming a stack of perfect layers. The analyses show good consistency within the SAW results for both configurations, and consistency with nano-indentation results, cross-validating both approaches.  相似文献

This study explored the effect of HPP (400 MPa/1 min) and a Weissella viridescens protective culture, alone or in conjunction, against Listeria monocytogenes in ready-to-eat (RTE) salads with different pH values (4.32 and 5.59) during storage at 4 and 12 °C. HPP was able to reduce the counts of the pathogen after treatment achieving approximately a 4.0 and 1.5 log CFU/g reduction in the low and higher pH RTE salad, respectively. However, L. monocytogenes was able to recover and grow during subsequent storage. W. viridescens grew in both RTE salads at both storage temperatures, with HPP resulting in only a small immediate reduction of W. viridescens ranging from 0.50 to 1.2 log CFU/g depending on the pH of the RTE salad. For the lower pH RTE salad, the protective culture was able to gradually reduce the L. monocytogenes counts during storage whereas for the higher pH RTE salad in some cases it delayed growth significantly or exerted a bacteriostatic effect. exerted a bacteriostatic effect. Novel LDH-based nanocontainers of corrosion inhibitor are developed in the present work. The reservoirs are composed by nanostructured layered double Mg/Al and Zn/Al hydroxides with divanadate anions located in the interlayer regions. The nanocrystalline LDHs (layered double hydroxides) are able to release vanadate ions in a controllable way.XRD, EDS and SEM methods were used in this work to study morphological and structural properties of the synthesized LDH powders. Corrosion protection effect of the LDH powders directly added to corrosive electrolyte or to commercial coatings used for aeronautical application has been studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and standard accelerated corrosion tests. Aluminium alloy 2024 was used here as substrate.The results demonstrate that both of the LDH pigments being added to corrosive media confer corrosion inhibition effect, especially Zn/Al based nanocontainers obtained by the anion-exchange approach. The coatings doped with Zn/Al LDH-nanocontainers provide well-defined self-healing effect and confer corrosion protection properties superior than currently used environmentally unfriendly chromate-based systems.  相似文献

针对复杂壳体压铸件难以脱模的问题,分析了复杂壳体的工艺特性,设计了卸料板、推管二次推出压铸模,论述了模具工作原理和结构特点,并且通过胀型力的计算选择了压铸机。该模具推出机构的异形摆块使卸料板和推管产生速度差,实现铸件的二次推出,解决了工件变形的问题。模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,成型工件满足质量要求。  相似文献

Specialised protective clothing, such as that worn by firefighters, is usually tested only to standards which give requirements for the materials used (e.g. EN469). However, this testing often neglects the effect the manufacturing process of the garment has on the material properties, the effects of clothing design, sizing and fit, as well as the interaction of the clothing with other components of the standard gear for the profession. Such effects can only be tested by looking at the protective gear as a whole. This paper deals with methods to do additional testing on protective garments with firefighter clothing as example. In other words, methods which go beyond EN469. Human subject tests for physiological load, heat protection, ergonomic design, loss of performance, rain/moisture protection and conspicuity/visibility of the clothing are described and proposed for evaluation of protective clothing in general and for further development of standards on firefighters' clothing.  相似文献
