新型的芯片间互连用CMOS/BiCMOS驱动器

从改善不同类型 IC芯片之间的电平匹配和驱动能力出发 ,设计了几例芯片间接口 (互连 )用 CMOS/Bi CMOS驱动电路 ,并提出了采用 0 .5 μm Bi CMOS工艺 ,制备所设计驱动器的技术要点和元器件参数。实验结果表明所设计驱动器既具有双极型电路快速、大电流驱动能力的特点 ,又具备 CMOS电路低压、低功耗的长处 ,因而它们特别适用于低电源电压、低功耗高速数字通信电路和信息处理系统。     

Development of a safety critical software requirements verification method with combined CPN and PVS: a nuclear power plant protection system application

Safety-critical software systems such as certain nuclear instrumentation and control (NI&C) systems should be developed with thorough verification. This study presents a method of software requirement verification with a case study for a nuclear power plant (NPP) protection system. The verification introduces colored petri net (CPN) for system modeling and prototype verification system (PVS) for mathematical verification. In order to aid flow-through from modeling by CPN to mathematical proof by PVS, an information extractor from CPN models has been developed in this paper. In order to convert the extracted information to the PVS specification language, a translator has also been developed. This combined method has been applied to the functional requirements of the Wolsong NPP Shut Down System #2 (SDS2); logical properties of the requirements were verified. Through this research, guidelines and a tool support for the use of formal methods have been developed for application to NI&C software verification.     

游梁式抽油机间歇供电装置的研制与应用

针对游梁抽油机电动机效率低和井场窃电问题,研制了具有节电和防井场窃电功能的游梁抽油机调压+间歇供电装置。该装置通过控制可控硅的导通角实现在电动机做功期调压供电,在电动机发电期不供电。分析了间歇供电对电动机、抽油机和电网的影响;根据现场实测数据分析了该装置的节电效果及现场应用情况。该装置节电效果显著,能防止井场窃电,可用于对游梁抽油机电动机的长期驱动。     

数字电路中电源电压瞬间下降的成因及改进

通过分析数字集成芯片多输出中电源电压瞬间下降的原因,对常规驱动电路结构进行改进。改进后单输出电路的峰值电流降为原来的2/3,再通过优化版图的电源布线,能有效防止电源电压下降,使芯片正常稳定地工作。

通信交流供电方案初探

在通信供电系统中,与直流供电系统相比,从设计、设备技术,到运行维护管理,交流供电系统都有所滞后。借鉴直流供电系统经验,通过应用N X并联逆变器模块热插拔技术,实行分散式供电,进而改变传统的以UPS为核心的集中供电模式,则可在很大程度上解决一直困扰着我们的交流供电系统成本高和可靠性低的难题。     

A Bluetooth Based Sensor Network for Civil Infrastructure Health Monitoring

Communicating with sensors has long been limited either to wired connections or to proprietary wireless communication protocols. Using a ubiquitous and inexpensive wireless communication technology to create Sensor Area Networks (SANs) will accelerate the extensive deployment of sensor technology. Bluetooth, an emerging, worldwide standard for inexpensive, local wireless communication is a viable choice for SANs because of its inherent support for some of the important requirements – low power, small form factor, low cost and sufficient communication range. In this paper we outline an approach, centered on the Bluetooth technology, to support a sensor network composed of fixed wireless sensors for health monitoring of highways, bridges and other civil infrastructures. We present a topology formation scheme that not only takes into account the traffic generated by different sensors but also the associated link strengths, buffer capacities and energy availability. The algorithm makes no particular assumptions as to the placement of nodes, and not all nodes need to be in radio proximity of each other. The output is a tree shaped scatternet rooted at the sensor hub (data logger) that is balanced in terms of traffic carried on each of the links. We also analyze the scheduling, routing and healing aspects of the resulting sensor-net topology.     

Improving Short-Circuit Current Capacity, Resistance, and Breaking Load of OPGW Constructions by Modifying Aluminium Alloy With AlB2

This article presents a method that can be applied to molten AA-6101 alloy to improve electrical properties of the aluminium part of the optical ground wire (OPGW) used in overhead transmission lines to protect phase conductors from lightning strike and to transmit signals and data. AA-6101 alloy in casting of the log as 6 m length and 178 mm diameter for extrusion has been inoculated by AlB₂ to decrease detrimental effects of Cr, Ti, V, and Zr on the conductivity of the material. After inoculation, improved billets were extruded as 9.5 mm diameter feedstock. Required wires drawn from the feedstock according to the construction types of OPGW to be tested were exposed to aging at 175°C, 6 h (T-8). Upon completion of the back-twist and performing-type stranding process, resistance, and short-circuit current capacity and breaking load of the OPGW 88/44 constructions with other metal combinations have been examined and tested to show improvement. Results are summarized in tables and graphically.     

一种CMOS静态双沿顺序脉冲发生器的设计

提出一种基于CMOS技术的静态双沿顺序脉冲发生器结构。他是由以基于CMOS二选一选择器的电平型触发器构成的记忆单元和一个与门阵列组成的转译单元构成的。与门阵列的转译单元使顺序脉冲发生器在时钟上升沿和下降沿处均能输出移位脉冲,从而形成双沿触发的功能。仿真验证其功能正确,且根据分析该结构不仅能够节省芯片面积,还可以大大减小芯片的功耗。
