使用DICOM Gateway实现非标准Modality的集成

DICOM标准在医疗影像系统中被广泛采用，但目前许多医疗影像设备（Modality）还不支持DICOM标准。我们结舍Kodak公司的实践经验，开发了Kodak DV Gateway，实现了将非标准Modality集成到PACS系统中，对于医院的“无胶片化”和“数字化”具有重要的意义。     

利用MATLAB实现医学图像处理与分析*

介绍了在MATLAB(R2006b)环境下,DICOM医学图像格式的阅读、显示及存储方法,使读者能够了解并熟悉如何在MATLAB环境下使用医学图像处理函数,而没有必要再借用其他的图像格式转换。通过分析这些函数,给出了判断DICOM格式的条件及应用时的注意事项,最后用实例证明了在MATLAB环境中,实现复杂医学图像处理和分析的简洁性及高效性。     

基于Android平台医学图像处理系统

介绍基于DICOM标准的医学图像文件格式和数据元素结构,提出提取DICOM标准的医学图像文本信息和图像数据信息的方法,开发设计基于DICOM标准医学图像在Android平台下显示和处理系统。首先由Android手机从SD卡上获取DICOM图像,通过像素的转换得到Bitmap对象,再显示以及处理图像。该系统实现了DICOM医学图像文件在Android平台上读取、显示以及处理,显示以及处理效果良好,速度快。     

Calculation of self‐luminous neutral scale: how many neutral steps can you see on that display?

One of the dimensions of visual perception usable for information display is neutral scale, the achromatic aspect of colour. An existing neutral scale calculation, CIE L*, relates reflected luminance to lightness magnitude and discrimination. But there is no similar international standard calculation for self‐luminous displays. In this article, we introduce a candidate self‐luminous neutral‐scale calculation, to complement CIE L*. We particularly examine its low‐contrast gain, the degree of crispening. This low‐contrast gain is a function of the background luminance, from which the target contrast is an increment or decrement. We demonstrate the use of the calculation to predict matches of neutral scale across different background luminances, and to model the successive thresholds of the Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine Gray Scale Display Function. Finally, the proposed self‐luminous neutral scale is calculated to show the maximum number of discriminable differences, and the associated optimum background luminance, in representative ranges of display luminance.     

基于DICOM标准的医学图像的显示方法研究

针对DICOM3.0标准,系统地分析了DICOM文件格式,阐述了数据元和数据集[1]的格式,并详细介绍在Windows平台下显示DICOM图像的原理,并用3种工具包实现DICOM图像的显示：（1）利用VC＋＋和DCMTK实现医学图像显示和调窗功能;（2）利用VTK功能强大的可视化和图形图像处理类库,实现DICOM图像的处理及图像显示功能;（3）MATLAB环境下实现DICOM医学图像格式的阅读、显示及存储方法.     

样条插值在骨髂三维重建中的应用

处理CT或MRI图象得到骨骼轮廓边缘的离散数据点后,如何对数据点进行处理以获得光顺、保留原轮廓特征的曲线是三维重建过程中的重要内容。应用分段参数化样条插值方法处理轮廓点列,针对封闭曲线插值提出的计算方法简洁并易于编程实现;此外该方法为后续重建过程中需要进一步计算轮廓几何特征参数打下基础。     

基于DICOM的数据组织及医学图像序列提取方法研究

DICOM标准是应用在PACS系统中的一个医学数字成像和通信的国际标准,文章在深入研究DICOM标准的基础上,结合在实际中开发PACS系统的相关经验,对基于DICOM的数据组织层次进行了较为深入的分析,给出了提取DICOM文件中相关属性信息并解析分离图像数据信息的一般方法,最终提取出基于DICOM标准的医学图像序列。     

应用协议报文编解码的通用对象化实现方案研究

在实现专有应用协议(含表示层,应用层)时,应用协议的编码规则遵从于ASN.1或与之类似。而应用报文的编解码传统实现方案众多但效率却各有优劣。这里提出了一种通用的面向对象化的报文编解实现方案,在对数据元素对象化封装的基础上明确采用对象树模型存储编解码过程中各个离散型数据值,更提供了一种对报文任何粒度数据的便捷访问机制,使得通信报文与数据库交互的自动化程度得以提高,在协议分析层面上有利于协议的对象化设计和可管理性。     

jSIPRO – Analysis tool for magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging

Magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging (MRSI) involves a huge number of spectra to be processed and analyzed. Several tools enabling MRSI data processing have been developed and widely used. However, the processing programs primarily focus on sophisticated spectra processing and offer limited support for the analysis of the calculated spectroscopic maps. In this paper the jSIPRO (java Spectroscopic Imaging PROcessing) program is presented, which is a java-based graphical interface enabling post-processing, viewing, analysis and result reporting of MRSI data. Interactive graphical processing as well as protocol controlled batch processing are available in jSIPRO. jSIPRO does not contain a built-in fitting program. Instead, it makes use of fitting programs from third parties and manages the data flows. Currently, automatic spectra processing using LCModel, TARQUIN and jMRUI programs are supported. Concentration and error values, fitted spectra, metabolite images and various parametric maps can be viewed for each calculated dataset. Metabolite images can be exported in the DICOM format either for archiving purposes or for the use in neurosurgery navigation systems.     

WWW和DICOM网关在计算机中的应用

讨论了WWW与DICOM网关的必要性及其实现方法和实现的结果，提出了一种新的医生与医学图像设备(包括CT、MRI、超声等设备)及PACS的交互方式。指出：WWW与DICOM网关是专用标准与通用标准之间的转换，实现这一转换将有利于医疗信息系统的集成及实现远程医疗信息系统。
