程序控温吸-脱附研究

通过对不同气-固体系的考察,提出了一种以线性升温吸附-非线性降温吸附-线性升温脱附为主要实验步骤的程序控温吸-脱附方法。同时解决了吸、脱附动力学的计算问题。对实际体系的研究结果表明:借助这一动态分析手段,可在一次实验中观察到吸、脱附的全部动态过程,方便地进行活化吸附和非活化吸附的研究,并可计算得到有关的吸、脱附动力学参数,为进行吸、脱附的理论探讨与实际应用提供了一种有效的实验方法。     

对我院公共体育课的教学现状调查分析与教学改革的实验研究

通过对本院公共体育课调查发现:现行公共体育课的教学主要在于追求“达标”,未能以学生为主体,导致其对体育兴趣不高,上体育课和课余锻炼仅仅是为了通过考试,大都希望目前公共体育课教学的内容和形式进行改革。通过对个别系的学生进行自由选项的教学改革试验,发现:参与试验的学生学习态度发生了明显的变化,绝大部分学生已开始喜欢上了体育课,学生技术、技能掌握情况较好,大部分学生能主动进行课余体育锻炼,并形成了一定的体育意识,为全院性的教学改革提供参考依据。

Synthesis and characterization of nanoscale magnetic drug-inorganic composites

The synthesis by direct coprecipitation and characterization of captopril (Cpl) and 5-aminosalicylic acid(5-ASA) intercalated ZnAI layered double hydroxides coated on MgFe2O4 magnetic core particles are reported. Powder XRD analysis shows the well-defined crystallite structure of the composites. TEM and XPS results reveal that a core-shell structure involving a drug-LDHs layer coated on MgFe2O4 particles is formed through Zn-O-Mg and/or Al-O-Mg linkages. VSM measurements demonstrate that the novel magnetic drug-inorganic composites possess considerable magnetization.     

Matrix metalloproteinases （MMPs） and trophoblast invasion

MMPs and their natural tissue inhibitors TIMPs are crucial in coordinated breakdown and remodeling of the extracellular matrix (ECM) in physiological and pathological situations. Placentation is a key event of pregnancy in which MMPs/TIMPs system plays important roles in regulating the extravillus cytotrophoblast (EVTs) invasion. This paper focuses on expression patterns and regulatory mechanisms of MMPs/TIMPs family members during the process of placentation. Their implications in curing pregnancy-related diseases are also discussed.     

基于因子分析的我国金融风险研究

在建立金融风险监测指标体系的基础上,运用因子分析方法分析了20世纪90年代以来我国金融风险历程,评析了在历次的金融风险中,国家采取注资、剥离不良资产、转制、清产核资等化解措施,探索了在我国金融风险产生的根源,提出了从根本上解决金融风险的策略.     

具有隐式功能函数的结构可靠指标计算的改进矩法

针对经典JC法不能求解隐式功能函数的问题,提出了改进的一次二阶矩方法.改进方法采用差分法求偏导数,将迭代过程中验算点的功能函数值考虑到可靠指标求解中,使其更符合实际情况.通过对该方法计算过程推导和几何意义分析,可知该方法计算过程简单、物理意义明确,同时算例表明该方法计算效率高,计算精度高,能合理考虑材料非线性对功能函数影响的可靠指标计算问题.因此本方法更加完善了一次二阶矩方法,拓展了其应用前景.

Cloning and Expression of Recombinant Human Thymosin in Yeast Pichia pastoris

The gene of human thyrnosin alpha 1 (hT(1)was synthesised according to favorite eodons of Pichia pastoris by PCR. N-terminal 28 amino acid residues of 40S ribosomal protein (RP), S24Ethat is N-aeetylserine were replaced by hT( 1 for the constitution of hT(1-RP fusion gene in order to express acetyllated thyrnosin α1. And also, the Asn-Gly bond was designed to faeiliate isolation of the target protein. The fusion gene was cloned into the expression vector, pPIC/gK. The constructs were transformed into HIS4 mutant strain GS115 by eleetroporation. Both SDS-PAGE analysis and Western blot analysis indicated that the fusion protein was expressed successfully.     

Burgers方程基于混合有限元法的差分格式及其数值模拟

给出了Burgers方程的一种基于混合有限元的最低阶的差分格式，并给出了数值解的例子，与以往的处理Burgers方程的有限差分法不同之处是该方法能同时求出速度和流通量的近似解，而且得到的数值解具有很好的稳定性。
