冬虫夏草与其伪品的蛋白电泳鉴别

利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对冬虫夏草与其伪品进行了蛋白电泳分析,结果表明,正品与伪品的电泳谱带明显不同,为药材的真伪鉴别提供了依据。     

南蛇藤的生药鉴定研究

对南蛇藤的生药性状和显微特征进行了详细的观察描述，并用薄层和紫外光谱的方法对其进行了研究。结果发现：南蛇藤醇浸液的薄层色谱有３个荧光斑点，Ｒｆ值分别为０．０８、０．４９和０．５５；南蛇藤醇浸液零阶光谱的峰位为２７８ｎｍ，二阶导数光谱的峰位为２４９ｎｍ、２９９ｎｍ和３５６ｎｍ，为南蛇藤的准确鉴别提供了依据。
