A technique for in situ Raman spectroscopy of laser‐shocked nitrobenzene was developed. Raman spectra of shocked nitrobenzene are obtained up to ∼3.5 GPa, and peak shifts at particular frequencies are observed. The shifts are plotted as a function of density and compared with the data under isothermal compression. Both data provide the same results. This indicates that the numbers of peak shifts of nitrobenzene depend solely on material density. 相似文献

In motion or process control systems, a variety of design techniques have been proposed because of the demand for high performance. The higher performance we demand, the higher the degree of the controller becomes. The controller is generally designed by a CAD system and implemented with a microprocessor. But the microprocessor does not have enough precision to realize the results of design by the CAD system. Therefore, the system performance is degraded by finite word length (FWL) effects. To deal with FWL problems, many design methods have been considered in the signal processing field, and high‐ordered digital filters are often used. Among these methods, the implementation technique based on the state‐space realization can minimize the sensitivity to perturbation of coefficients. Noting that optimal realizations with the same transfer function are unique only up to an orthogonal similarity transformation, we must choose the realization within this class of optimal realizations. In this paper, we present an algorithm to find a state‐space realization which minimizes the frequency‐weighted sensitivity measure of the controller performance. Total diet samples collected from seven regions throughout Japan in 2016 were analysed for polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins, polychlorinated dibenzofurans and dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls (DL-PCBs), known collectively as dioxins. This led to estimates of the latest dietary intake of these contaminants for the general Japanese population (≥1 year old). The average daily intake of dioxins for a person weighing 50 kg, calculated at non-detected congener concentrations assumed to be equal to zero, was estimated to be 0.54 pg TEQ (toxic equivalents) kg?1 body weight (bw) day?1. This value is well below the tolerable daily intake of 4 pg TEQ kg?1 bw day?1 for dioxins in Japan. The average intake was highest from fish and shellfish, followed by meat and eggs. The TEQ contribution of the fish and shellfish group to the total dietary TEQs was significant (89%). The DL-PCBs accounted for about 67% of the dioxin intake. The latest dioxin intake level was compared with previous estimates from total diet study results obtained annually since 1998 to determine the time trends in the dietary intake of dioxins in Japan. Overall, the average dioxin intake appeared to be decreasing gradually during the period of study. The previous average intakes of dioxins ranged from 0.58 to 1.9 pg TEQ kg?1 bw day?1. The latest average intake was the lowest since 1998 and was about one-third of the average intake in 1998. This decreasing trend in the dietary intake of dioxins was mainly influenced by the decreased dioxin intakes from two food groups, fish and shellfish, and meat and eggs. 相似文献

We characterized near-infrared spectra of the CH2 sequence in CH2X2 (X=halogen), CH2ClCHCl2, and CH3(CH2)5CH3. Each near-infrared absorption in the region from 3500 to 10,000 cm-1 is consistently assigned to one of the five different combination or overtone groups, in the order of increasing frequency, of the {[v(CH)]+[delta(CH)]} (A), {[v(CH)]+[2delta(CH)]} (B), [2v(CH)] (C), {[2v(CH)]+[delta(CH)]} (D), and [3v(CH)] (E) types, where v(CH) and delta(CH) denote the CH stretching and CH deformation normal modes, respectively. Each group has its own characteristic frequency zone. The bands of B, D, and E, which are second-order combinations or overtones, are weaker by 1/10-1/50 than those of A and C, which are first-order combinations or overtones. The near-infrared spectra of the CH2 sequence show "window zones" of very weak or no absorptions. This suggests that we can perceive the characteristic near-infrared bands of a functional group through the window zones, and we give an example to demonstrate this. The first-order combination bands of type A only of CH2X2 are reasonably assigned to a pair of the normal modes of v(CH) and delta(CH). From this we predict that the first-order combination bands should give structural information on the CH2 chain, similar to the infrared fundamental bands. 相似文献

In a fusion reactor, the prediction of tritium release behavior from breeder blanket is important to design the tritium recovery system, but the amount of tritium generated is necessary information to do that. Hence, tritium generation and recovery studies on lithium ceramics packed bed have been started by using fusion neutron source (FNS) in Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA). Lithium titanate (Li2TiO3) was selected as tritium breeding material, and its packed bed was enclosed by the beryllium blocks, and was kept at certain temperature during fusion neutron irradiation. During irradiation, the packed bed was purged with the sweep gas continuously, and tritium released was trapped in each gas absorber selectively by chemical form. In this work, the effect of sweep gas species on tritium release behavior was investigated. In the case of sweep by helium with 1% of hydrogen, tritium in water form was released sensitively corresponding to the irradiation. This is due to existence of the water vapor in the sweep gas. On the other hand, in the case of sweep by helium without water vapor, tritium in gaseous form was released first, and release of tritium in water form was delayed from gaseous tritium and was gradually increased. 相似文献

In order to investigate the behavior of hydrogen isotope on the water–metal boundary, deuterium permeation experiments from heavy water vessel through various metal piping, such as pure iron (Fe), nickel (Ni), stainless steel (SS304), and pure iron with 10 μm gold plating, were performed at 573 K and at 15 MPa. During the experiment, surfaces of metal piping except gold plating one were oxidized at the heavy water boundary and then deuterium would generate by the oxidation reactions. This deuterium could be detected by mass spectrometer, which monitored the inside gases of the piping under continuous evacuation. The result showed clearly that the deuterium permeated through Fe, Ni, and SS304 piping was detected as mainly deuterium gas (D2) under continuous evacuation, though that through gold plating one could not be detected effectively. The D2 permeation rate through Fe, Ni, and SS304 piping reached equilibrium conditions with oxide generation at D2O–metal boundary, although concluding the transfer mechanism will require further testing and modeling activities. 相似文献

The development of a Water Cooled Ceramic Breeder (WCCB) Test Blanket Module (TBM) is being performed as one of the most important steps toward DEMO blanket in Japan. For the TBM testing and evaluation toward DEMO blanket, the module fabrication technology development by a candidate structural material, reduced activation martensitic/ferritic steel, F82H, is one of the most critical items from the viewpoint of realization of TBM testing in ITER. In Japan, fabrication of a real scale first wall, side walls, a breeder pebble bed box and assembling of the first wall and side walls have succeeded. Recently, the real scale partial mockup of the back wall was fabricated. The fabrication procedure of the back wall, whose thickness is up to 90 mm, was confirmed toward the fabrication of the real scale back wall by F82H. Important key technologies are almost clarified for the fabrication of the real scale TBM module mockup. From the view point of testing and evaluation, development of the technology of the blanket tritium recovery, development of advanced breeder and multiplier pebbles and the development of the blanket neutronics measurement technology are also performed. Also, tritium production and recovery test using D-T neutron in the Fusion Neutronics Source (FNS) facility has been started as the verification test of tritium production performance. We studied the adsorption behavior of radioactive cesium (Cs) by the non-mica minerals kaolinite, halloysite, chlorite, montmorillonite, mordenite, MnO2, TiO2, Al2O3, and FeOOH to elucidate the environmental behavior of radioactive Cs fallout from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant in the Tohoku region of Japan. The adsorption and desorption experiments of Cs on the minerals were carried out at the Cs concentrations 1 × 10?4, 1 × 10?5, and 2 × 10?9 mole L?1 at pH 5.5. The desorption of Cs from the minerals was examined using 0.1 mole L?1 LiCl, NaCl, KCl, RbCl, and CsCl solutions. The sequential desorption was examined using a 0.1 mole L?1 LiCl solution, a 1 mole L?1 KCl solution, and a 1 mole L?1 HCl solution. The distribution coefficient (K d) for the minerals at the Cs concentration 10?9 mole L?1 was in the order of mordenite > illite > montmorillonite, sericite, MnO2, kaolinite, and halloysite > chlorite, TiO2, Al2O3, and FeOOH, differing from the order observed at higher Cs concentrations. After the sequential desorption by the three reagent solutions, the residual fraction of Cs was higher at the Cs concentration 10?9 mole L?1 than at higher concentrations. Approximately 40%, 40%, 50%, and 25% of the adsorbed Cs were residual in montmorillonite, mordenite, MnO2, and kaolinite, respectively, after the sequential desorption. These results strongly suggest that (1) radioactive Cs at 10?9 mole L?1 is more strongly associated with the non-mica minerals than at higher concentrations of 1 × 10?4 and 1 × 10?5 mole L?1, and (2) the non-mica minerals montmorillonite, mordenite, kaolinite, and MnO2 contributed to the fixation of the radioactive Cs fallout on Fukushima soil. 相似文献

We evaluated an independent multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWNT) probe by using tomography with a high-resolution transmission electron microscope to verify the three-dimensional structure of the probe tip. The new method of probe evaluation revealed the following features: (i) cutting the end of the MWNT probe caused the wall structure to disintegrate and encapsulated the graphene sheets fragmented by the discharged pulse; (ii) the cap of the MWNT probe was an open cylinder covered by walls similar in shape to a rectangular slit; (iii) the grooves of the inner walls of the MWNT probe, which were created by the discharge cutting method, maintained a cylindrical shape that was different from the peeling-off mechanism. 相似文献
