The morphology of hybrid organic–inorganic perovskite films is known to strongly affect the performance of perovskite‐based solar cells. CH3NH3PbI3‐xClx (MAPbI3‐xClx) films have been previously fabricated with 100% surface coverage in glove boxes. In ambient air, fabrication generally relies on solvent engineering to obtain compact films. In contrast, this work explores the potential of altering the perovskites microstructure for solar cell engineering. This work starts with CH3NH3PbI3‐xClx, films with grain morphology carefully controlled by varying the deposition speed during the spin‐coating process to fabricate efficient and partially transparent solar cells. Devices produced with a CH3NH3PbI3‐xClx film and a compact thick top gold electrode reach a maximum efficiency of 10.2% but display a large photocurrent hysteresis. As it is demonstrated, the introduction of different concentrations of bromide in the precursor solution addresses the hysteresis issues and turns the film morphology into a partially transparent interconnected network of 1D microstructures. This approach leads to semitransparent solar cells with negligible hysteresis and efficiencies up to 7.2%, while allowing average transmission of 17% across the visible spectrum. This work demonstrates that the optimization of the perovskites composition can mitigate the hysteresis effects commonly attributed to the charge trapping within the perovskite film. 相似文献

Non-insulin-dependent (or type 2) diabetes mellitus is a common, underdiagnosed and growing disease in our society. It is responsible for increased morbidity and mortality and represents an important public health problem. This polygenic disease is often expressed late in life and its evolution is accelerated by environmental factors leading to obesity. It combines defects in both insulin secretion and insulin action, and such defects are present in various proportions according to the type of patient and the stage of the disease. Diet and physical activity recommendations are the basis of the treatment. Current pharmacological approaches aim at improving insulin secretion and/or insulin cellular action. After secondary failure to oral drugs, insulin therapy should be initiated, the patient becoming "insulin-requiring". A synergy should be searched in the combination of various therapeutic modalities in order to improve the glycaemic control. 相似文献

Whole body vibration (WBV) was measured on eight surface haulage trucks in three size classes (35, 100, 150 ton haul capacities). Vibration was measured at the seat/operator interface in accordance with the ISO 2631-1 standard during 1 h of normal operation. Highest acceleration readings were observed in the z-axis (vertical). Estimated equivalent daily exposure values in the range of 0.44–0.82 ms?2 were observed using the frequency-weighted r.m.s method and 8.7–16.4 ms?1.75 using the vibration dose value method. Assessment was carried out using ISO 2631-1 and 2631-5. Operators of surface haulage trucks are regularly exposed to WBV levels that exceed safety limits as dictated by the ISO 2631-1 standard. However, according to ISO 2631-5 the probability of an adverse health effect remains low. These findings confirm an apparent disagreement between the two analysis methods. 相似文献

Ecologists and conservationists need accurate and replicable tools for monitoring wetland conditions in order to develop and implement adaptive management strategies efficiently. The Rhone Delta (Camargue) in southern France encloses 9200 ha of fragmented reed marshes actively managed for reed harvesting, waterfowl hunting or cattle grazing, and holding significant numbers of vulnerable European birds. We used multi-season SPOT-5 data in conjunction with ground survey to assess the predictive power of satellite imagery in modelling indicators of reed structure (height, diameter, density and cover of green/dry stems) relevant to ecosystem management and bird ecology. All indicators could be predicted accurately with a combination of bands (SWIR, NIR) and indices (SAVI, OSAVI, NDWI, DVI, DVW, MSI) issued from scenes of March, June, July, September or December and subtraction between these. All models were robust when validated with an independent set of satellite and field data. The high spatial resolution of SPOT-5 scenes (pixel of 10 × 10 m) permits the monitoring of detailed attributes characterizing the reed ecosystem across a large spatial extent, providing a scientifically-based, replicable tool for managers, stakeholders and decision-makers to follow wetland conditions in the short and long-term. Combined with models on the ecological requirements of vulnerable bird species, these tools can provide maps of potential species ranges at spatial extents that are relevant to ecosystem functioning and bird populations. 相似文献

The bilateral filter is a nonlinear filter that smoothes a signal while preserving strong edges. It has demonstrated great
effectiveness for a variety of problems in computer vision and computer graphics, and fast versions have been proposed. Unfortunately,
little is known about the accuracy of such accelerations. In this paper, we propose a new signal-processing analysis of the
bilateral filter which complements the recent studies that analyzed it as a PDE or as a robust statistical estimator. The
key to our analysis is to express the filter in a higher-dimensional space where the signal intensity is added to the original
domain dimensions. Importantly, this signal-processing perspective allows us to develop a novel bilateral filtering acceleration
using downsampling in space and intensity. This affords a principled expression of accuracy in terms of bandwidth and sampling.
The bilateral filter can be expressed as linear convolutions in this augmented space followed by two simple nonlinearities.
This allows us to derive criteria for downsampling the key operations and achieving important acceleration of the bilateral
filter. We show that, for the same running time, our method is more accurate than previous acceleration techniques. Typically,
we are able to process a 2 megapixel image using our acceleration technique in less than a second, and have the result be
visually similar to the exact computation that takes several tens of minutes. The acceleration is most effective with large

This paper addresses the problem of diagnosability for dynamic discrete event systems modeled with bounded or unbounded Petri nets that are deadlock-free and monitored with sensor configurations with marking and event measurements. The proposed method gives necessary and sufficient conditions for diagnosability. It is based on the transformation of the coverability graph into an observation graph that encodes all observation sequences of measured markings and events with respect to the sensor configuration. This graph also encodes all sequences of transitions that may fire from any reachable marking of the Petri net. Diagnosability is determined by analyzing the paths and circuits in the observation graph. The method is illustrated with several examples of bounded or unbounded Petri nets. 相似文献

Configuration Logic (CL) is a formal language that allows a network engineer to express constraints in terms of the actual parameters found in the configuration of network devices. We present an efficient algorithm that can automatically check a pool of devices for conformance to a set of CL constraints; moreover, this algorithm can point to the part of the configuration responsible for the error when a constraint is violated. Contrary to other validation approaches that require dumping the configuration of the whole network to a central location in order to be verified, we also present an algorithm that analyzes the correct formulas and greatly helps reduce the amount of data that need to be transferred to that central location, pushing as much of the evaluation of the formula locally on each device. The procedure is also backwards-compatible, in such a way that a device that does not (or only partially) supports a local evaluation may simply return a subset or all of its configuration. The deformation behavior of rubber toughened poly(methylmethacrylate), RT-PMMA, has been investigated in terms of the ability of the material to nucleate plasticity. Work-hardening rate parameter K measurements in the early stages of the nonelastic response in a constant strain-rate test are used to probe the development of micro shear zones as a function of rubber volume fraction. The results reveal the existence of a sharp transition from difficult to easy shear band nucleation for a critical rubber volume fraction Vc. This abrupt change in mechanical behavior also shows in the evolution of the critical stress intensity factor K measured at the onset of crack initiation. These findings are discussed in terms of the morphological parameters of the blends. 相似文献
