Impacts of employee participation and trust on e-business readiness, benefits, and satisfaction

An increasing number of firms have invested large sums in implementing electronic business (e-business). Nowadays, while the e-businesses are fostering rapid industrial growth, employees are the one who factually engage with information exchange, communication and support e-business processes. However, prior literature has paid scant attention in determining e-business value and its drivers from employee perspective. Thus, the present study attempts to investigate how user participation and trust drives e-business value in terms of e-business readiness, e-business benefits, and e-business satisfaction. For this sake, data collected from 143 employees at Taiwanese IT related firms and analyzed with partial least square (PLS) structural equation approach reveal that trust and user participation were significant precursors of employee e-business satisfaction. The results strongly support the contention that trust directly affects e-business satisfaction, and indirectly affects it through e-business readiness and e-business benefits. The research model and findings will help managers implement e-business successfully and offer valuable references for researchers interested in developing related theories.

Social network,social trust and shared goals in organizational knowledge sharing

The aim of our study was to further develop an understanding of social capital in organizational-knowledge-sharing. We first developed a measurement tool and then a theoretical framework in which three social capital factors (social network, social trust, and shared goals) were combined with the theory of reasoned action; their relationships were then examined using confirmatory factoring analysis. We then surveyed of 190 managers from Hong Kong firms, we confirm that a social network and shared goals significantly contributed to a person's volition to share knowledge, and directly contributed to the perceived social pressure of the organization. The social trust has however showed no direct effect on the attitude and subjective norm of sharing knowledge.

提高实验室管理体系运行水平的探讨

本文从管理要求与技术要求两个方面指出了实验室管理体系运行中常见的问题,并结合实际情况提出了相应措施,最后对加强实验室管理体系运行有效性提出了几点建议。     

Effect of martensitic transformation in Ti–15 at %V β-phase particles on lamellar boundary decohesion in γ-TiAl Part II Finite element analysis of crack-bridging phenomenon

The commercial finite element package ABAQUS has been used to analyse the crack bridging process by Ti-15 at%V -phase particles dispersed in -TiAl matrix in the presence of particle–matrix decohesion. Both the particle–matrix decohesion potential and the -phase materials constitutive relations are found to have a major effect on the ductility, fracture toughness and failure mode of the – two-phase material. The interface potential is found to primarily affect the distribution of the normal interface strength ahead of the advancing interfacial crack and the mode (gradual versus sudden) of decohesion. The -phase materials constitutive relations are found to influence the location of nucleation of the interfacial cracks and, in turn, the mode of decohesion. A metastable -phase that can plastically deform at low stress levels by undergoing a stress-assisted martensitic transformation, but experience a high rate of strain hardening is found to give rise to the largest levels of ductility and fracture toughness is the – two-phase material. © 1998 Kluwer Academic Publishers     

Constructing the nearly shortest path in crossed cubes

A graph G is panconnected if each pair of distinct vertices u,v∈V(G) are joined by a path of length l for all d_G(u,v)?l?|V(G)|-1, where d_G(u,v) is the length of a shortest path joining u and v in G. Recently, Fan et. al. [J. Fan, X. Lin, X. Jia, Optimal path embedding in crossed cubes, IEEE Trans. Parall. Distrib. Syst. 16 (2) (2005) 1190-1200, J. Fan, X. Jia, X. Lin, Complete path embeddings in crossed cubes, Inform. Sci. 176 (22) (2006) 3332-3346] and Xu et. al. [J.M. Xu, M.J. Ma, M. Lu, Paths in Möbius cubes and crossed cubes, Inform. Proc. Lett. 97 (3) (2006) 94-97] both proved that n-dimensional crossed cube, CQ_n, is almost panconnected except the path of length d_CQn(u,v)+1 for any two distinct vertices u,v∈V(CQ_n). In this paper, we give a necessary and sufficient condition to check for the existence of paths of length d_CQn(u,v)+1, called the nearly shortest paths, for any two distinct vertices u,v in CQ_n. Moreover, we observe that only some pair of vertices have no nearly shortest path and we give a construction scheme for the nearly shortest path if it exists.     

汽车电动助力转向器的控制器研制

研究了日本N4样机的电动助力转向系统的电机电流-输入扭矩特性.采用ATmega16L单片机为处理器,以直流有刷电机为执行器,应用PID补偿算法,设计了电动助力转向控制器.在试验台上进行了电机电流-输入扭矩特性试验,试验结果表明,该控制器的助力曲线接近日本N4样机,能取得比较满意的助力效果.
