为提高自由曲面测量速度和重构精度,基于三坐标测量机CMM,提出自适应测量的曲面重构方法。测量过程中,通过不断拟合样件上已测点,预算待测点及其测量矢量,指导CMM自动采集曲面上数据。由点云拟合自由曲面模型后,检验拟合模型上点与样件上相应点的误差;若误差偏大,则在测量点云中加入检测点后重新拟合曲面,进一步检测重拟合实体模型直至满足精度要求,得到精准数据点和精致的自由曲面模型。辅以计算机图形可视化实例验证本法,测量精度及其重构精度可达μ级,具有自由曲面特征的零部件整个逆向周期呈数量级下降,算法鲁棒性强。  相似文献

Metal aluminum (Al) is being widely used in industry and can be easily corroded in severe conditions. Recently, dopamine has been demonstrated to be an effective adhesive molecular that can be attached to virtually all material surfaces to form stable polydopamine coating (PDAc), exhibiting promising prospects in many fields. In this work, to improve the anti-corrosion performance of Al sheet, a novel polydopamine-based 3-layer organic coating has been constructed by a multi-step self-assembly technique for the first time. In brief, a self-assembled monolayer of (3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane (coded as MPTS-SAM) was firstly prepared for enhancing the adhesion between the PDAc and the Al substrate. Subsequently, a PDAc was assembled onto the Al substrate by a simple immersion into the dopamine hydrochloride solution at a pH of 8.5. At last, a layer of tetradecanoyl chloride was grafted onto the PDAc surface through amidation, which could apparently slow down the water diffusion to the interface of PDAc and Al for its prominent hydrophobicity. Corrosion resistance of the synthesized coating in NaCl solution was evaluated by potentiodynamic polarization test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurement, respectively. As results show, PDAc on bare Al can protect the substrate from corrosion to a certain extent. Significantly, after being mediated by MPTS-SAM underlayer and covered by tetradecanoyl chloride outer layer, the anti-corrosion capability of the coating has been improved markedly.  相似文献

We reported a composite electrolyte prepared by incorporating layered α-titanium phosphate (α-TiP) into an iodide-based electrolyte using 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate(EmimBF4) ionic liquid as solvent. The obtained composite electrolyte exhibited excellent electrochemical and photovoltaic properties compared to pure ionic liquid electrolyte. Both the diffusion coefficient of triiodide (I3 ) in the electrolyte and the charge-transfer reaction at the electrode/electrolyte interface were improved markedly. The mechanism for the enhanced electrochemical properties of the composite electrolyte was discussed. The highest conversion efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) was obtained for the composite electrolyte containing 1wt% α-TiP, with an improvement of 58% in the conversion efficiency than the blank one, which offered a broad prospect for the fabrication of stable DSSCs with a high conversion efficiency.  相似文献

High-quality data play a paramount role in monitoring, control, and prediction of wastewater treatment process (WWTP) and can effectively ensure the efficient and stable operation of system. Missing values seriously degrade the accuracy, reliability and completeness of the data quality due to network collapses, connection errors and data transformation failures. In these cases, it is infeasible to recover missing data depending on the correlation with other variables. To tackle this issue, a univariate imputation method (UIM) is proposed for WWTP integrating decomposition method and imputation algorithms. First, the seasonal-trend decomposition based on loess method is utilized to decompose the original time series into the seasonal, trend and remainder components to deal with the nonstationary characteristics of WWTP data. Second, the support vector regression is used to approximate the nonlinearity of the trend and remainder components respectively to provide estimates of its missing values. A self-similarity decomposition is conducted to fill the seasonal component based on its periodic pattern. Third, all the imputed results are merged to obtain the imputation result. Finally, six time series of WWTP are used to evaluate the imputation performance of the proposed UIM by comparing with existing seven methods based on two indicators. The experimental results illustrate that the proposed UIM is effective for WWTP time series under different missing ratios. Therefore, the proposed UIM is a promising method to impute WWTP time series.  相似文献

蜂蜜是传统的天然保健食品, 然而却因市场鱼龙混杂而饱受诟病。如何有效区分成鹤蜂蜜和商超脱水蜜等不同品质蜂蜜,对于确保蜂蜜市场的健康发展尤为重要。根据蜜蜂可分辩蜂蜜品质的仿生学原理,本文利用蜜蜂口器组织修饰玻碳电极制备组织传感器,采用循环伏安法检测蜂蜜样品。根据传感器的检测信号,构建检测样品的线性四归分析模型,确定传感器能够辩别的最住质量浓度并进行模型和排刷效果的验证。姑果显示,该组织传感器姑合构建的模型能有效辩别成熟蜜、商超蜂蜜和果葡糖浆,辨別蜂蜜的最佳质量浓度区间为0.16 -0.18 g/ml,辨别成熟蜜和果葡糖浆的最住质量浓度区间为008-0.1 g/mL,姑果稳定。可靠。姑论:确定了利用蜜蜂组织制备生物传感器检测蜂寶品质的可行性,姑合蜂蜜标准品的线性模型能够稳定、可靠地排别待测蜂蜜的种类,为蜂产品检测提供了新方法。  相似文献

With global climate change, the extreme flood disasters which are characterized with low frequency but huge economic losses occur more frequently. The management of the extreme flood disasters mainly depends on the administrative means of the governments at all levels in China. When the extreme flood occurs, the government financial aid and the social donation can be used to compensate the catastrophe losses, but these compensations account for only a small part of the catastrophe losses. Therefore, it is very urgent to disperse the flood catastrophe risk by social system. The catastrophe risk securitization bridges the capital market and the insurance market and can effectively transfer the catastrophe risk to the capital market. The catastrophe bond is an effective risk dispersion mode and the pricing of catastrophe bonds is the core issue of implementing catastrophe bonds. However, the research about the design and the pricing of extreme flood catastrophe bond is scarce. In this study, a kind of one-year extreme flood catastrophe bond was designed and simulations on the pricing according to the extreme flood data in China during 1961 to 2009 with quantitative analysis method were done, combined with the non-life insurance actuarial method and Wang-double-factor model. The results show that price of catastrophe bond is increasing with the increase of the value for triggering points and reducing when the ratio that corporation confiscates the capital and the interest of catastrophe bond enlarges. Some reasons were discussed to account for the results. The results show that the method is effective and can provide some guidance for the pricing of extreme flood catastrophe bonds.  相似文献

The 1:1 water model of a twin-roll strip caster was set up based on the Froude number and the Reynolds number similarity criteria. A new type metal delivery system was designed for the twin-roll strip caster. The level fluctuation and the fluid flow in the pool of the water model were measured using the level detector and the 3D-LDV (laser Doppler velocimetry) technology. It is shown that a wedged delivery system can produce the desirable level fluctuation and even fluid flow distribution in the pool Numerical simulations for the water model were performed. Comparisons between the numerical and physical simulation results show good agreement near the side dams.  相似文献

采用ANSYS软件对短幅内摆线外等距曲线及短幅外摆线内等距曲线2种线型的三头单螺杆泵在过盈及压差作用下的变形、受力及接触情况进行有限元分析,得到定转子接触时变形及应力分布云图,比较2种线型三头单螺杆泵的密封性能.结果表明:过盈量的存在是实现螺杆泵密封的重要条件;压差的存在使定子橡胶发生较大的变形,应力应变值也相应增加;短幅内摆线外等距曲线三头单螺杆泵密封性能优于短幅外摆线内等距曲线三头单螺杆泵.  相似文献

以广东省生物质气化发电技术应用为清洁发展机制(CDM)项目案例,基于3个基准线,应用增量成本分析方法,计算了中型生物质气化发电作为CDM项目的单位碳减排成本,并对其进行了敏感性分析。结果表明,CDM项目的单位碳减排成本在10-36美元/tCO2之间,且年处理生物质量为0.99-2.97万t时能实现年CO2减排量在1705-6038 tCO2/a之间。  相似文献

The effect of active layer deposition temperature on the electrical performance of amorphous InGaZnO (a-IGZO) thin film transistors (TFTs) is investigated. With increasing annealing temperature, TFT performance is firstly improved and then degraded generally. Here TFTs with best performance defined as "optimized-annealed" are selected to study the effect of active layer deposition temperature. The field effect mobility reaches maximum at deposition temperature of 150℃ while the room-temperature fabricated device shows the best subthreshold swing and off-current. From Hall measurement results, the carrier concentration is much higher for intentional heated a-IGZO films, which may account for the high off-current in the corresponding TFT devices. XPS characterization results also reveal that deposition temperature affects the atomic ratio and Ols spectra apparently. Importantly, the variation of field effect mobility of a-IGZO TFTs with deposition temperature does not coincide with the tendencies in Hall mobility of a-IGZO thin films, Based on the further analysis of the experimental results on a-IGZO thin films and the corresponding TFT devices, the trap states at front channel interface rather than IGZO bulk layer properties may be mainly responsible for the variations of field effect mobility and subthreshold swing with IGZO deposition temperature.  相似文献
