企业跨国并购中的问题和措施

商务部官员王胜文在第二届中国企业跨国投资研讨会上发表论文。他说,中国将大力支持具备条件的企业,通过股权投资、跨国并购等多种方式“走出去”。未来还将鼓励国内企业尝试与国际上的一些知名大企业合作,开展第三方投资。

Fault injection system for automatic testing system

Considering the deficiency of the means for confirming the attribution of fault redundancy in the research of Automatic Testing System(ATS), a fault-injection system has been proposed to study fault redundancy of automatic testing system through compurison. By means of a fault-imbeded environmental simulation, the faults injected at the input level of the software are under test. These faults may induce inherent failure mode, thus bringing about unexpected output, and the anticipated goal of the test is attained. The fault injection consists of voltage signal generator, current signal generator and rear drive circuit which are specially developed, and the ATS can work regularly by means of software simulation. The experimental results indicate that the fault injection system can find the deficiency of the automatic testing software, and identify the preference of fault redundancy. On the other hand, some soft deficiency never exposed before can be identified by analyzing the testing results.     

基于散度-形状引导和优化函数的显著性目标检测

为了准确地进行显著性目标检测,本文提出了一种基于散度-形状引导和优化函数的显著性检测有效框架。首先,通过考虑颜色、空间位置和边缘信息,提出了一种有辨别力的相似性度量。接着,利用散度先验剔除图像边界中的前景噪音获得背景集,并结合相似性度量计算得到基于背景显著图。为了提高检测质量,形状完整性被提出并通过统计在分层空间中区域被激活的次数期望生成相应的形状完整显著图。最后,利用一个优化函数对两个显著图融合后的结果进行优化从而获得最终的结果。在公开数据集 ASD、DUT-OMRON和ECSSD上进行实验验证, 结果证明本文方法能够准确有效地检测出位于图像任意位置的显著性物体。     

A self region based real-valued negative selection algorithm

Point-wise negative selection algorithms, which generate their detector sets based on point of self data, have lower training efficiency and detection rate. To solve this problem, a self region based real-valued negative selection algorithm is presented. In this new approach, the continuous self region is defined by the collection of self data, the partial training takes place at the training stage according to both the radius of self region and the cosine distance between gravity of the self region and detector candidate, and variable detectors in the self region are deployed. The algorithm is tested using the triangle shape of self region in the 2-D complement space and KDD CUP 1999 data set. Results show that, more information can be provided when the training self points are used together as a whole, and compared with the point-wise negative selection algorithm, the new approach can improve the training efficiency of system and the detection rate significantly.     

二维超声振动磨削工程陶瓷磨削力试验研究

在自行研制的二维超声振动磨削系统下对振动磨削工程陶瓷的磨削力进行了实验研究;在相同磨削参数下,与普通磨削的磨削力进行了比较和分析。试验得出:在相同的切削深度下,超声振动磨削力约为普通磨削力的60%-80%;随着超声波功率的增大磨削力减小。     

淡化海砂中贝壳含量对胶砂流动性能的影响

目前淡化海砂已在建筑工程建设中得到推广与应用,但淡化海砂中的有害物质如贝壳等限制了其普及.试验研究了不同贝壳含量的淡化海砂与胶砂的流动性能和力学强度之间的关系.结果表明:贝壳掺量在3％ ～ 10％之间时,随着淡化海砂中贝壳含量增加,胶砂的流动性能显著降低;贝壳含量增加对胶砂抗折强度无显著影响;贝壳掺量对胶砂的抗压强度影响作用明显,特别是当贝壳含量超过8％,胶砂的28d强度急剧降低.     

基于静态程度的荆南三口地区水资源短缺变化分析

为了探究相对丰水地区水资源短缺程度,构建水资源短缺程度评价指标体系,采用突变级数法对长江荆南三口地区水资源短缺静态程度进行评价,以静态程度为基础,信息集结视角和变化速度激励为手段,提出融合变化速度状态测度与变化速度趋势测度的水资源短缺程度动态综合评价模型。结果表明,该地区2003年~2015年水资源短缺静态程度不严重,均为基本不缺水类型,但区域内存在差异;耦合水资源短缺程度变化速度状态测度与变化速度趋势测度的动态综合评价模型能够表征区域出现水资源短缺风险的概率及揭示短缺程度变化的速度原因。
