为确定AZ31镁合金初始动态再结晶的临界条件或临界应变,通过在变形温度范围473~623K、应变速率范围0.001-1 s^-1条件下进行等温压缩试验,利用所得数据并采用单参数方法,建立起AZ31镁合金初始动态再结晶的临界条件,即临界应变(εc)与变形条件(引入温度补偿应变速率因子即Zener-Hollomon参数)的定量关系,并对不同应变下合金微观组织的演变规律进行了研究。  相似文献

This contribution concerns variance analysis of linear multi-input single-output models when the inputs are temporally white but where different inputs may be correlated. An expression is provided for the variance of a linearly parametrized estimate of the frequency response function from one block, i.e. from one input to the output. In particular, this expression reveals that the variance increases in one block when the number of estimated parameters in another block is increased, but levels off when the number of parameters in the other block reaches the number of parameters in the block in question. It also quantifies exactly how correlation between inputs affects the resulting accuracy and a graphical representation is provided for this purpose. The results are applicable to parallel MISO Hammerstein models when the nonlinearities are known and generalize an existing variance expression for this type of model.  相似文献

This paper describes the architecture, the development and the implementation of Janus II, a new generation application-driven number cruncher optimized for Monte Carlo simulations of spin systems (mainly spin glasses). This domain of computational physics is a recognized grand challenge of high-performance computing: the resources necessary to study in detail theoretical models that can make contact with experimental data are by far beyond those available using commodity computer systems. On the other hand, several specific features of the associated algorithms suggest that unconventional computer architectures–that can be implemented with available electronics technologies–may lead to order of magnitude increases in performance, reducing to acceptable values on human scales the time needed to carry out simulation campaigns that would take centuries on commercially available machines. Janus II is one such machine, recently developed and commissioned, that builds upon and improves on the successful JANUS machine, which has been used for physics since 2008 and is still in operation today. This paper describes in detail the motivations behind the project, the computational requirements, the architecture and the implementation of this new machine and compares its expected performances with those of currently available commercial systems.  相似文献

In current computer architectures, the communication performance between threads varies depending on the memory hierarchy. This performance difference must be considered when mapping parallel applications to processor cores. In parallel applications based on the shared memory paradigm, the communication is difficult to detect because it is implicit. Furthermore, dynamic mapping introduces several challenges, since it needs to find a suitable mapping and migrate the threads with a low overhead during the execution of the application. We propose a mechanism to detect the communication pattern of shared memory applications by monitoring cache coherence protocols. We also propose heuristics that, combined with our communication detection mechanism, allow the mapping to be performed dynamically by the operating system. Experiments with the NAS Parallel Benchmarks showed a reduction of up to 13.9% of the execution time, 30.5% of the cache misses and 39.4% of the number of invalidation messages.  相似文献

Short fibers and fine particles of β-SiC were obtained by pyrolysis of Colombian rice husk (RH). The synthesis of SiC was carried out in a gas furnace: a mathematical model was developed in order to design and build this equipment and the process was optimized using an experimental design that included variables such as temperature, pyrolysis time, type of catalyst, and process atmosphere. The obtained material was characterized by using FTIR, DRX and SEM for microstructural characterization and EDS technique for chemical analysis.  相似文献

The electron beam technology (EBT), proven treatment for SO2 and NOx removal, is applied to different power stations as hot gas cleaning system. In this paper, an assessment of this technique installed in a Bulgarian power station on organic emissions is analyzed. The Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) content, not only emitted in the gas phase but also trapped in the solid phase, has been carried out before and after the irradiation. The main aim has been to know whether the EBT affects organic emissions, like PAH, as it happens with inorganic pollutants, like SO2 and NOx, studying EBT effects from an organic environmental point of view.  相似文献

The most fundamental results of information theory are Shannon’s theorems. These theorems express the bounds for (1) reliable data compression and (2) data transmission over a noisy channel. Their proofs are non-trivial but are rarely detailed, even in the introductory literature. This lack of formal foundations is all the more unfortunate that crucial results in computer security rely solely on information theory: this is the so-called “unconditional security”. In this article, we report on the formalization of a library for information theory in the SSReflect extension of the Coq proof-assistant. In particular, we produce the first formal proofs of the source coding theorem, that introduces the entropy as the bound for lossless compression, and of the channel coding theorem, that introduces the capacity as the bound for reliable communication over a noisy channel.  相似文献

Ozonized theobroma fat is used as raw material in the manufacture of pessaries and cosmetic creams. Ozonization of theobroma fat with water was carried out at different applied ozone dosages, and the resultant PV, acid value, iodine value, total hydroperoxide content, and FA content were determined. PV and total hydroperoxide content showed a notable increase with applied ozone dosage up to 35.7 mg/g. Acid value varied slightly from 4.1 to 9.9 mg KOH/g, and the iodine value fell to zero. PV and total hydroperoxide content increased slightly with a higher applied ozone dosage. The comparison of total hydroperoxide measurement using ferrous oxidation in xylenol orange assay and traditional iodometric assay for PV determination showed a significant linear correlation. Small amounts of oleic acid were found in ozonized theobroma fat samples with iodine value equaling zero, which demonstrated that iodine value determination is an inexact assay. During ozonization of theobroma fat, an increase in acid value of 18.9-fold with respect to the initial value was observed owing to decomposition of peroxide.  相似文献

Polycarbonate blends with the linear aliphatic polyesters poly(ethylene succinate) (PES), poly(ethylene adipate) (PEA), poly(1,4-butylene adipate) (PBA), and poly(hexamethylene sebacate) (PHS) were prepared by solution casting. Blends containing PES, PEA, and PBA exhibited a single Tg by DSC and thus form a single, miscible amorphous phase with polycarbonate. However, blends containing PHS exhibited only partial miscibility. Crystallinity of the polyesters was reduced by mixing with polycarbonate; however, plasticization by the polyesters induced crystallization of the polycarbonate. Miscibility in these systems is the result of an exothermic heat of mixing stemming from an interaction of the carbonyl dipole of the ester group with the aromatic carbonate. The effect of polyester structure on miscibility with polycarbonate is interpreted by and correlated with heats of mixing obtained by direct calorimetry of low molecular weight liquid analogs of the polymers.  相似文献

Synthesis of Biodiesel from Canola Oil Using Heterogeneous Base Catalyst   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A series of alkali metal (Li, Na, K) promoted alkali earth oxides (CaO, BaO, MgO), as well as K2CO3 supported on alumina (Al2O3), were prepared and used as catalysts for transesterification of canola oil with methanol. Four catalysts such as K2CO3/Al2O3 and alkali metal (Li, Na, K) promoted BaO were effective for transesterification with >85 wt% of methyl esters. ICP-MS analysis revealed that leaching of barium in ester phase was too high (~1,000 ppm) when BaO based catalysts were used. As barium is highly toxic, these catalysts were not used further for transesterification of canola oil. Optimization of reaction conditions such as molar ratio of alcohol to oil (6:1–12:1), reaction temperature (40–60 °C) and catalyst loading (1–3 wt%) was performed for most efficient and environmentally friendly K2CO3/Al2O3 catalyst to maximize ester yield using response surface methodology (RSM). The RSM suggested that a molar ratio of alcohol to oil 11.48:1, a reaction temperature of 60 °C, and catalyst loading 3.16 wt% were optimum for the production of ester from canola oil. The predicted value of ester yield was 96.3 wt% in 2 h, which was in agreement with the experimental results within 1.28%.  相似文献
