Ag+ doping TiO2 nanofibers were prepared by in-situ and immersion methods (named as SI-TiO2 and IM-TiO2 nanofibers, respectively). This paper assesses the effects of the two different doping methods on the material properties. Results show that the two kinds of nanofibers with the diameter of about 20 nm are micron-sized length, and covered by nano-balls of Ag2O with the diameter of 2–5 nm. Compared to IM-TiO2 nanofibers, the SI-TiO2 nanofibers have fewer Ag2O particles. Thus, the photo-catalytic activity of IM-TiO2 nanofibers is higher than SI-TiO2 nanofibers, which is also proved in photo-catalysis experiment (the degradation ratio of IM-TiO2 catalyst is 100%, and the degradation ratio of SI-TiO2 catalyst is 95%). 相似文献

In this study, the current-voltage characteristics of the AlCdO/unpolished p-type Si and AlCdO/polished p-type Si Schottky diodes with and without light illumination were examined. It is found that the Schottky barrier height (the series resistance) of the AlCdO/unpolished p-type Si Schottky diode is higher (lower) than that of the AlCdO/polished p-type Si Schottky diode. The power conversion efficiency of the AlCdO/p-type Si devices in the light (AM 1.5 G, 100 mW/cm2) was improved by increasing built-in potential at the AlCdO/p-type Si interfaces and reducing the device series resistance and surface reflectivity. Two new luminescent materials named 4-bromo-7-carbazyl-[2,1,3]-benzothiadiazole (3) and 4,7-dicarbazyl-[2,1,3]-benzothiadiazole (4) were obtained by a modified Ullmann reaction in one step from 4,7-dibromo-[2,1,3]-benzothiadiazole (2) (based on 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole (1, BTD)) and carbazole. The structure and purity of them were characterized by crystal structures, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. Compared with compounds 1 and 2, the compounds 3 and 4 have better optical properties and thermostability due to the introduction of the carbazole moieties, and the compound 4 shows better performances than that of compound 3. For compound 4, a strong absorption peak at 236 nm with a high extinction coefficient up to 1.205 × 105 L·mol·cm?1 and bright green to orange photoluminescence with quantum yields of 9.0%, 48.4%, 51.0% and 75.6% in different solvents of acetonitrile, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, and diethyl ether, respectively, were measured. 相似文献

The white-colored inner surface of a polypropylene (PP) material containing water discolored and turned yellow. The discoloration occurred selectively on the surface at the point of contact with the air–water interface. Since the polymer surface was exposed to water in darkness at room temperature, no sign of deterioration or degradation of the polymer at the discolored surface was confirmed. This study conducts an in-depth analysis of the discoloration mechanism of the polymer surface. A variety of technical approaches, including microscopic, spectroscopic, and chromatographic analysis techniques, were used to investigate the nature of discoloration and the root cause. From the analysis results, the discoloration was ascribed principally to a phenol transformation compound having the structure of a quinone methide, which was identified as a degradation product of a primary antioxidant. Based on the observations and experimental results, a plausible discoloration mechanism was proposed. 相似文献
