加强防疫站仪器设备管理之我见

<正> 仪器设备是开展各项卫生工作的物质基础和技术条件,是卫生事业现代化程度的重要标志。随着科学技术的发展,卫生防疫所涉及的领域不断扩大,一些高、精、尖的仪器设备相继运用。从管理角度讲,如何使防疫站内的仪器设备,及时准确地为现场调查,卫生和疾病监测提供测试结果和数据,充分发挥每台仪器设备的社会效益和经济效益,加强对它的管理,防止闲置、流失和浪费,是本文重点探讨的问题。

1例＋指离断再植病人的护理

我科于2001年9月，为1例十指离断的患者进行再植，术前、术中、术后均采取了一系列针对性护理措施和治疗方法，使再植十指最终9指成活，外观近似正常，感觉、运动功能恢复良好，现将护理体会报告如下。１病例资料患者，男，30岁，因冲床机压砸伤致十指离断45分钟急诊入院。专科检查：左手于手掌指蹼部完全离断，断面出血伴严重污染，血管神经撕脱，右手示指于近侧指间关节处离断，拇指及3-5指于近节指骨干离断,各指离断面挫伤严重且不整齐。在全麻下行“十指再植术”，医生分三组进行：一组行离断指清创，并寻找血管、神经等组织，做标记备…     

脑血管母细胞瘤的外科治疗(附38例报告)

目的总结、探讨脑血管母细胞瘤的外科治疗。方法对38例脑血管母细胞瘤的临床表现、手术治疗进行回顾分析。结果30例囊性肿瘤均行瘤结节全切除术;随防3～20年,未复发29例。8例实体性肿瘤中,4例先行血管内栓塞后行全切除术,另4例因术中大出血行大部分和部分切除;随访3～12年,全切除的4例未复发,非全切除者1例无变化,1例增大,2例死亡。结论囊性血管母细胞瘤外科治疗易做到全切除,疗效好。实体性血管网状细胞瘤外科治疗因血管丰富,可先行血管内栓塞,减少术中出血量,提高切除率。     

TRANSCONJUNCTIVAL OOZING AFTER GLAUCOMA SURGERY

Aim: To study the prevalence of filtration-bleb transconjunctival oozing in the first postoperative year after various glaucoma procedures. CHRONIC ANGLE－CLOSURE GLAUCOMA MANAGEMENT BY RECONSTRUCTION OF THE ANTERIOR CHAMBER ANGLE
