The Effect of Lumbrokinase on P-selectin and E-selectin in Cerebral Ischemia Model of Rat

Purpose:To find the effect of lumbrokinase(LK)on P-selectin and E-selectin in ischemic rats.Methods:Male healthy Spragur-Dawley rats weighing 180-220 g(n=90) were divided into 4 groups:(1)normalcontrol group(n=5),(2)sham-operated group(n=35),(3)ischemic group(n=35),(4)LK group(n=15).LK10mg/kg(2000UK activity of LK)was given by intraperitoneal injection in the LK group 30 minutes beforeexperiment.Same volume of normal saline was given in the sham-operated group and ischemic group.Theischemic model was made by modified Haruo Nagasawa's method.Immunohistochemistry was used toobserve the P-selectin and E-selectin positive cells in the ischemic region.Results:P-selectin and E-selectinpositive cells in ischemic regions were observed in the ischemic group,and the peak of expression was at 6hours and 12 hours,respectively.The similar changes were not observed in normal control group.Therewere only a few positive cells in the sham-operated group.In LK group,the P-selectin and E-selectinpositive cells were significantly less than those in the ischemic group(P<0.05 at 3 hours after the onset,P<0.01 at 6 hours and P<0.01 at 12 hours,respectively).Conclusions:LK might significantly decrease theimmunoreactions of P-selectin and E-selectin in ischemic lesion.

以多次面神经麻痹为主要症状的莱姆病5例

莱姆病是20世纪70年代末期发现的一种自然疫源性蜱媒传染病。莱姆病有多种临床表现，可累及皮肤、心脏、神经系统及关节。而神经系统受累可有多种表现，并没有特异性。莱姆病导致面神经麻痹已有报道，但是同一患者多次以面神经麻痹为主要表现者报道为数很少。现将近几年来我院诊治的5例以多次面神经麻痹为主要症状的莱姆病报告如下。

1病历摘要男,54岁。主因四肢抽搐伴意识不清2h于2010-03-19T07:54收入我科,诊断:继发性癫痫;癫痫持续状态;脑梗死;糖尿病;高脂血症;高同型半胱氨酸血症。入院后完善相关检查。给予脱水,保护脑细胞等药物治疗,并继续应用得理多0.2g,1次/8h口服,抗癫痫治疗,同时控制脑血管病相关危险因素。患者仍有癫痫发作,逐步加大得理多剂量至0.4g,1次/早,1次/午,口     

Effects of Batroxobin on Spatial Learning and Memory Disorder of Rats with Temporal Ischemia and the Expression of HSP32 and HSP70

The effect of Batroxobin on spatial memory disorder of left temporal ischemic rats and the expressionof HSP32 and HSP70 were investigated with Morri's water maze and immunohistochemistry methods.The results showed that the mean reaction time and distance of temporal ischemic rats in searching agoal were significantly longer than those of the sham-operated rats and at the same time HSP32 andHSP70 expression of left temporal ischemic region in rats was significantly increased as compared withthe sham-operated rats.However,the mean reaction time and distance of the Batroxobin-treated ratswere shorter and they used normal strategies more often and earlier than those of ischemic rats.Thenumber of HSP32 and HSP70 immune reactive cells of Batroxobin-treated rats was also less than thatof the ischemic group.In conclusion,Batroxobin can improve spatial memory disorder of temporalischemic rats;and the down-regulation of the expression of HSP32 and HSP70 is probably related tothe attenuation of ischemic injury.
