Two possible emission mechanisms involved in the arc discharge method of carbon nanotube preparation

By investigating the morphologies and microstructures of the cathode deposits prepared by self-sustained arc discharge between graphite rods, we consider that there are two electron emission mechanisms occurring on the cathode: field emission and thermionic emission. The former occurs mainly on the edge of the growing surface, by which we can explain the formation of the outer hard shell of the cathode deposit; while the latter occurs mainly on the growing surface except for the edge area and it is the main cause for the growth of carbon nanotubes.     

Binding of several heavy metal ions by polyaspartyl polymers and their application to some Chinese herbal medicines

Water‐insoluble polyaspartyl polymers were synthesized by using water as medium instead of organic medium. Taking Ca²⁺ as a reference, the binding of several heavy‐metal ions, including Pb²⁺, Cd²⁺, Hg²⁺, Cr³⁺, Cu²⁺, and Mn²⁺, by polyaspartyl polymers was studied. The experimental results revealed that polyaspartate is an excellent binding agent for the investigated heavy‐metal ions. These cation ions were bound to polyaspartate polymer by the same mechanism as Pb²⁺, which can be explained by ion exchange model. Since polyaspartate has a protein‐resembling structure that is sensitive to trace heavy metal, it was used to remove some trace heavy‐metal elements in Chinese herbal medicines. It was found that polyaspartate material was an effective agent for the removal of Pb²⁺, Cd²⁺, and Hg²⁺ ions from glycyrrhizin, angelica, and gynostemma pentaphyllum. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 辐射固化复合材料进展

与传统的热固化成型技术相比,复合材料辐射固化具有快速,高效,低成本等优点,因而成为复合材料成型技术的“热点”之一。重点介绍了紫外光和电子束这两种方式对复合材料的固化,讨论了复合材料辐射固化技术的优点,发展与应用状况,以及存在的一些问题。     

覆炭载体及镍覆炭催化剂的积炭行为研究

用恒温热重法，以正己烷脱氢反应为指示反应，研究了γ-Al2O3覆炭载体（CCA0，γ-Al2O3，Ni/Al2O3及Ni/CCA催化剂的抗结焦性能；考察了覆炭原料，覆炭量对CCA的抗结焦性能的影响及积炭温度，正己烷浓度和覆炭量对Ni/CCA催化剂的抗结焦性能的影响。结果，CCA，Ni/CCA催化剂的抗结焦性能优于γ-Al2O3，Ni/Al2O3，以环烷烃为覆炭原料得到的CCA的抗结焦性能最好。     

厦门杏林湾排涝泵站跨管线围堰设计方案探讨

针对厦门杏林湾泵站围堰需2次跨过三根市政管线的特点,结合工程区的地质条件、水文条件、围堰结构型式选择、现有施工水平等因素,对土、充灌砂、混凝土、浆砌块石、钢板桩等围堰型式进行分析,经多方案综合比选,提出了"桩基+盖板"的水上管线加固方案,不但可以有效控制管线变形,而且施工可操作性较强。     

环氧化SBS胶粘剂的研制

研究了环氧化SBS橡胶胶粘剂的合成及应用。试验结果表明环氧化SBS胶粘剂在粘接极性材料时的性能要优于SBS胶粘剂。

煤气废水在不同生化环境中的处理效果分析及工艺优化

生物处理方法是煤气废水处理的核心工艺,生物处理的功效决定了煤气废水处理的经济可行性。通过研究煤气废水中主要污染物在厌氧和好氧生物处理系统中的去除效果,分析污染物在不同的生化环境中的降解特征,进而提出一种新型煤气废水生物处理工艺。     

宏观过程的方向与限度——可逆性判据(Ⅱ)

本文从平衡判据的普遍规律--克劳修斯不等式出发,按照不同的过程条件,分别讨论了熵判据、亥氏函数和吉氏函数判据以及相变化和化学变化的可逆性判据.同时指出了这些平衡判据所包含的物理意义及它们间的一些内在联系.
