Self‐healing of polymers and polymer composites initially represented a process capable of autonomic restoration of mechanical strength upon cracking of the materials, but it is moving into the area of restoration of functionality. This mini‐review is focused on recent efforts to develop functional polymers with built‐in stimuli‐responsive ability to heal for recovery of their specific physical or chemical properties. Molecular design and synthesis, compounding and assembly of organic and inorganic species, inherent reversibility, etc., are summarized. 配网在电力系统中具有重要作用,通常通过带电检测对其运行情况进行监测,以便于日常维护。传统检测系统需要大量的布线,不仅实现过程复杂,而且存在一定的安全隐患,为此,设计并实现了一种配网带电远程智能检测系统。给出系统总体设计,选用具有良好一次电光效应特性的铌酸锂晶体设计了无源集成的光电电压传感单元以及使用该单元的非接触式过电压监测传感器,通过相位合成完成分相检测,实现准确判断、显示全带电或缺相带电状态。利用单片机自动实现电磁闭锁,采用点阵图形式的LCD对检测结果进行显示,通过89C51单片机内集成的串行端口实现远程通信,将配网供电状态反馈至上位机,完成配电网带电的远程检测。软件设计中,给出了系统软件开发平台,详细介绍了信号采集的源代码。实验结果表明,所设计系统检测结果的一致性较好,达到了较高的检测准确度。 相似文献

This paper introduces the design and implementation of an augmented reality-based guidance system used for museum guidance. The objective of this study is to deliver the new museum guidance with intuitive and user-friendly interactions between man and machine based on computer vision technique in ubiquitous computing environment. In our design, a camera is used to capture hand motions and images of a printed guide, which are analyzed instantaneously to parse the designated actions the guidance system promptly responds with. The system can display and illustrate contextual information about 3D models of museum artifacts and multimedia materials to users in real time to compliment the museum experience. Moreover, the performance of the approach we proposed herein has been compared with that of the other alternatives with which the guidance system has also been installed for similar exhibitions. As a result, our proposed approach outperforms the other applications. The advantage of the proposed approach includes the exclusion of common tactile peripheral devices, for example, keyboard and mouse, which accordingly reduces hardware-related costs and reduces the risk of contamination in a public environment. 相似文献

In this study, the properties of blue organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), employing quantum well-like structure (QWS) that includes four different blue emissive materials of 4,4′-bis(2,2′-diphenylyinyl)-1,1′-biphenyl (DPVBi), 9,10-di(naphth-2-yl)anthracene (ADN), 2-(N,N-diphenyl-amino)-6-[4-(N,N-diphenyl amine)styryl]naphthalene (DPASN), and bis(2-methyl-8-quinolinolate)-4-(phenyl phenolato) aluminum (BAlq), were investigated. Conventional QWS blue OLEDs composed of multiple emissive layers and charge blocking layer with lower highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO)-lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy level, and devices with triple emissive layers for more significant hole-electron recombination and a wider region for exciton generation were designed. The properties of triple emissive layered blue OLEDs with the structure of indium tin oxide (ITO) /N,N′-diphenyl-N,N′-bis(1-naphthyl-phenyl)-(1,1′-biphenyl)-4,4′-diamine (NPB) (700 Ǻ)/X (100 Ǻ)/BAlq (100 Ǻ)/X (100 Ǻ)/4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (Bphen) (300 Ǻ)/lithium quinolate (Liq) (20 Ǻ)/aluminum (Al) (1,200 Ǻ) (X = DPVBi, ADN, DPASN) were examined. HOMO-LUMO energy levels of DPVBi, ADN, DPASN, and BAlq are 2.8 to 5.9, 2.6 to 5.6, 2.3 to 5.2, and 2.9 to 5.9 eV, respectively. The OLEDs with DPASN/BAlq/DPASN QWS with maximum luminous efficiency of 5.32 cd/A was achieved at 3.5 V. 相似文献

探讨了利用液相还原法,以水合肼为还原剂,制备大颗粒钯粉,应用单变量对比试验的方法讨论了Pd2+浓度、温度、pH值对钯颗粒形核和生长过程的影响,这些因素的影响决定了钯颗粒粒度大小和服役性能。经分析和讨论,得出参数Pd2+浓度为0.1 mol·L-1,pH值为12,温度为50℃是最佳工艺参数的结论,并在此参数下制备出较大粒径的钯粉,且利用SEM,XRD,马尔文激光粒度仪、氮吸附等对其进行表面微观形貌、成分、粒度分布和比表面积等性能进行了分析,较有力地说明这种钯粉具有纯度高、比表面积大等优点,能够满足现排代服役条件的要求,对实际工业生产具有一定的指导意义。 相似文献

The Sn–Bi eutectic alloy powder in the micro-cavity was melted by ultrasonic vibration and rapidly cooled to form micro parts; no subsequent sintering process was required. Three kinds of Sn–Bi alloy micro gears were successfully fabricated, which verified the feasibility of the micro-ultrasonic powder moulding method. The effect of ultrasonic exposure time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the micro parts was investigated respectively by metallographic analysis, XRD and tensile testing. Reasonable process parameters for this method were determined, which were sonotrode pressure of 63.5 MPa, ultrasonic output power of 2475 W and ultrasonic exposure time of 1.5 s. 相似文献

In order to overcome the limitations of liquid-base emulsion system, beta-carotene nanoemulsions stabilized by modified starch were spray-dried to powders after the emulsification process. The powders showed a good dissolution in water and the reconstituted emulsions had similar particle sizes with the fresh nanoemulsions. A 30 days storage test was carried out to investigate the effect of relative humility (RH) on the storage stability of beta-carotene powders at 25.0 °C. The beta-carotene degradation profiles over time were found to fit well with a Weibull model and also closely related to the film property of the matrix, moisture sorption property and glass transition temperature of the powder. The results showed that modified starches with lower film oxygen permeability had a higher retention of beta-carotene during storage. The glass transition temperature of powder in different RH also affected the rate of beta-carotene degradation. Overall these results provide useful information for choosing wall materials and storage conditions to protect nutraceuticals in delivery systems. 相似文献
