钒冶炼焙烧添加剂选择研究

对小型钒冶炼厂焙烧工艺所用添加剂进行改进的可能性进行了探讨，研究了几种常用添加剂的焙烧条件，分析比较了其性能，提出用ＮａＣｌ－Ｎａ２ＣＯ３作焙烧添加剂替代ＮａＣｌ可大幅度减少大气污染，提高冶钒转化率；且不改变工艺流程，无需设备投资，具有较好的经济效益和环境效益。     

Analysis and characterization of traveling-wave electrode in electroabsorption modulator for radio-on-fiber application

Comparing with a lumped electroabsorption modulator (EAM), we show the merits of a long EAM with traveling-wave electrode with high radio-frequency (RF) gain that could be used in high-frequency analog application. By terminating the RF output port with the characteristic impedance of 30 /spl Omega/, the device exhibited a large enhancement of 6 dB above 10 GHz in the electrical-to-optical response and a wide fractional bandwidth as estimated from simulation. In addition, an input impedance matching circuit of stub embedded on the device chip was found to be very effective for improving RF characteristics in the narrow band of frequency.     

含铁矿物吸附剂除磷机理研究及中试应用

研究了含铁矿物吸附剂吸附含磷废水的各项性能,通过静态试验得出此吸附剂的最佳吸附条件,并以此为依据进行了动态小试试验和中试试验。结果表明,含铁矿物吸附剂的吸附平衡时间为45h,吸附等温线较符合Freundlich方程,pH约为5时吸附量达到最大,除铁离子和铝离子外,水体中无机阴离子和阳离子对磷酸盐的吸附影响不大。用1mol/L的NaOH溶液对饱和吸附剂解吸再生,解吸率达到90%以上。在合适的填充体积和进水流速下,含铁矿物吸附剂连续吸附除磷可以达到良好的效果,中试试验装置连续运行了约105d,出水TP达到了《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838—2002)(Ⅲ类湖、库)要求。     

Monolithic SiGe Up‐/Down‐Conversion Mixers with Active Baluns

The purpose of this paper is to describe the implementation of monolithically matching circuits, interface circuits, and RF core circuits to the same substrate. We designed and fabricated on‐chip 1 to 6 GHz up‐conversion and 1 to 8 GHz down‐conversion mixers using a 0.8 µm SiGe hetero‐junction bipolar transistor (HBT) process technology. To fabricate a SiGe HBT, we used a reduced pressure chemical vapor deposition (RPCVD) system to grow a base epitaxial layer, and we adopted local oxidation of silicon (LOCOS) isolation to separate the device terminals. An up‐conversion mixer was implemented on‐chip using an intermediate frequency (IF) matching circuit, local oscillator (LO)/radio frequency (RF) wideband matching circuits, LO/IF input balun circuits, and an RF output balun circuit. The measured results of the fabricated up‐conversion mixer show a positive power conversion gain from 1 to 6 GHz and a bandwidth of about 4.5 GHz. Also, the down‐conversion mixer was implemented on‐chip using LO/RF wideband matching circuits, LO/RF input balun circuits, and an IF output balun circuit. The measured results of the fabricated down‐conversion mixer show a positive power conversion gain from 1 to 8 GHz and a bandwidth of about 4.5 GHz.

贝尔断陷南一段泥岩盖层和对成藏的控制作用

在全面分析了海拉尔盆地贝尔断陷南一段泥岩盖层宏观发育特征及地球物理信息所反映的微观封闭特征的基础上,选取排替压力、盖层厚度、泥岩单层厚度、泥地比、异常孔隙流体压力和沉积环境作为评价参数,对贝尔断陷南一段泥岩盖层进行了综合评价。结果表明,研究区内南一段泥岩盖层发育程度较好,横向连续性好,可作为下覆油气藏的区域性盖层;盖层具有较强的封闭能力作用;盖层封闭能力好~中等以上的区域主要分布在该区的中部和北部;该区南一段泥岩盖层是古潜山多源一储和新生古储成藏模式的主控因素之一,同时控制着油气藏的空间分布。
