Experimental researches were conducted on reactogenicity and immunological efficiency of pair associations of 8 commercial drug preparations. The following vaccines were used in various pair combinations: typhoid, plague, smallpox, typhus, tick-borne encephalitis, yellow-fever, cholera, sextaanatoxine. Pair combinations of these drug preparations were proved to be harmless. Their reactogenicity was manifested mainly in more or less pronounced vaccination reaction which may be considered as tolerable. Immunological efficiency practically of all pair combinations of vaccines, which was determined by the frequency and intensity of antibody formation, had the same indexes as the control one. The immunity expression of a large majority of pair combinations of vaccines also was unchanged. The study in vitro of compatibility of pair associations of vaccines proves the low stability of yellow-fever vaccine, which falls down under the influence of plague and cholera vaccines, or sextaanatoxine. On the contrary, smallpox vaccine makes yellow-fever vaccine more active. Plague vaccine is stimulated by smallpox vaccine and is oppressed with combined application of typhoid vaccine and sextaanatoxine.  相似文献

Effects of normobaric interval hypoxic training (NIH) on blood aggregation (BA) were studied in 22 male subjects (19 to 50 y.o.) given three types of treatment courses with hypoxic mixtures of nitrogen and 10 % oxygen (HGM10): short (5-7 sessions of six 5-min HGM10 cycles with 5-min intervals for breathing air), standard (10 sessions with the six HGM10 cycles), and extended (15 sessions with six 7-min HGM10 cycles alternating with 3-min air breathing). The standard and extended treatment courses did not lead to the positive BA dynamics and were characterized by asynchronous jumping of the rheologic and coagulolithic potentials. The standard course produced moderate synchronous dynamics of the biochemical and biophysical BA modules at fairly high and essentially equal rheologic and coagulolithic potentials and, therefore, proved to be best for normal males. NIH was recommended for treatment and prophylaxis in aviation medicine as an advanced method to facilitate accommodation to harsh occupational environments.  相似文献

Dense projections and postsynaptic density — specialized structures of the synaptic cytoskeleton — are regarded as a single functional system of subsynaptic units. From this viewpoint, interneuronal relations in health and after brain ischemia are analyzed. It is shown that hyperplasia and recombination of the system of subsynaptic units are the major mechanisms responsible for reorganization of functionally mature interneuronal junctions in the mammalian and human brain.
