The total harmonic distortion (THD) and the power supply noise, qualified by the power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and by the power supply induced intermodulation distortion (PS-IMD), are recognized to be potential drawbacks of class D amplifiers. In this paper, analytical expressions for the THD, PSRR, and PS-IMD of the bang-bang control class D amplifier (bang-bang amp) are derived; the bang-bang amp is arguably the most power-efficient class D amp for low-voltage power-critical applications including hearing aids. Based on the derived expressions, the effects of important parameters on the THD, PSRR, and PS-IMD are investigated, providing good insight to the design of the bang-bang amp to meet given design specifications. The analytical analyses are verified by comparing them against HSPICE simulations and hardware measurements. The bang-bang amp is also compared against the prevalent pulsewidth modulation class D amp, and in most cases, the former is shown to possess superior parameters, including lower power dissipation and hardware advantages for low-voltage power-critical applications.  相似文献

Y2O3:Eu3+ nanophosphors were fabricated by direct thermal decomposition of monohydrate yttrium europium propionates, which can be facilely obtained via cocrystallization. The composition and structure of the cocrystallized product were confirmed by X-ray diffractionmetry (XRD), simultaneous differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) as well as inductively coupled plasma mass (ICP-MS) spectrometry. The effects of decomposition temperature on the resultant microstructures such as crystallinity, particle size and particle dispersibility were investigated by XRD and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The dependence of their luminescent properties on decomposition temperature was also studied by fluorescence spectrophotometry. The results showed that the microstructures and luminescent intensities of Y2O3:Eu3+ nanophosphors could be tuned by varying calcination temperatures of cocrystallized yttrium europium propionates from 600 to 1000 °C.  相似文献

In this paper, we develop a decentralized neural network control design for robotic systems. Using this design, it is not necessary to derive the robotic dynamical system (robotic model) for the control of each of the robotic components, as in traditional robot control. The advantage of the proposed neural network controller is that, under a mild assumption, unknown nonlinear dynamics such as inertia matrix and Coriolis/centripetal matrix and friction, as well as interconnections with arbitrary nonlinear bounds can be accommodated with on-line learning.  相似文献

Calcium sulphate/phosphate cement (CSPC) porous scaffolds were fabricated by introduction of calcium sulphate (CS) into calcium phosphate cement utilizing particle-leaching method. The morphology, porosity and mechanical strength as well as degradation of the CSPC scaffolds were characterized. The results reveal that the CSPC with 40 wt% CS content (40 CSPC) scaffolds with a porosity of 81% showed open macropores with the pore size of 200–500 μm. In addition, the 40 CSPC scaffolds with good degree of interconnected macropores degraded 60 wt% in Tris–HCl solution after 12 weeks. The proliferation, differentiation and morphology of MG63 cells on the 40 CSPC scaffolds were determined using MTT assay, ALP activity and SEM. The results suggest that the CSPC scaffolds could stimulate cell proliferation and differentiation, indicating that CSPC scaffolds were biocompatible and had no negative effects on the cells in vitro. The CSPC scaffolds were implanted in femur bone defect of rabbits, and the in vivo biocompatibility and osteogenicity of the scaffolds were investigated. The results indicate that CSPC scaffolds exhibited good biocompatibility, degradability and osteogenesis in vivo.  相似文献

Regression and neural network models have been developed to predict the cost and duration of projects for the reconstruction of schools which must be quickly rebuilt. Data for the school reconstruction projects in central Taiwan, which received the most serious damage from the Chi‐Chi Earthquake, were collected and analysed. The analytical results demonstrate that the floor area provides a good basis for estimating the cost and duration of school reconstruction projects, and suggest that the neural network model with back‐propagation learning technique is a feasible approach that yields better prediction results than the regression model for school reconstruction projects.  相似文献

运用热分析技术研究了冷却曲线特征值与319铝合金中化学成分之间的关系,并进行回归分析。结果表明,在不考虑工艺因素的情况下,试样的硅含量与α-Al枝晶生长回升温度T_G~(αDEN)之间的相关性最大,相关系数r为-0.65,以硅含量可预测α-Al枝晶生长回升温度。在浇注过程中,冷却速度与α-Al枝晶生长回升温度T_G~(αDEN)密切相关,相关系数为r=-0.72。在相同的冷却条件下,铝合金的浇注温度和浇注量对冷却速度有明显的影响,因此,可以通过调整浇注温度和浇注量,控制铝合金的冷却速度,进而也可预测铝合金中α-Al枝晶生长回升温度T_G~(αDEN)。  相似文献
