一个携带罕见β－地中海贫血突变家系的分子诊断

用反向点杂交法（ＲＤＢ）对临床诊断的１例重症β－地中海贫血患儿及其家庭成员进行了基因分析。在该家庭中检出两种中国人罕见的β－地贫突变，基因型分别为：先证者，ＣＤ２７－２８（＋ｃ）／ＣＤ４３（Ｇ→Ｔ）；父，ＣＤ４３（Ｇ→Ｔ）／Ｎ；母，ＣＤ２７－２８（＋ｃ）／Ｎ；胞姐，Ｎ／Ｎ（正常）。这两种突变经ＰＣＲ－限制酶谱分析法进一步证实；ＣＤ２７－２８（＋Ｃ）突变为国内首次报道。     

刺五加叶皂甙单体Sb对培养大鼠心肌细胞动作电位的影响

本研究中所用的刺五加叶皂甙单体Ｓｂ（５０、２００μｇ／ｍＬ），使培养的ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠心肌细胞动作电位的波幅、波宽、阈电位、最大舒张电位、超射、最大除极速度及复极（１０％、５０％、９０％）水平的动作电位波宽一致减小。Ｃａ２＋８０μｇ／ｍＬ能使之反转，Ｓｂ作用与尼莫地平作用相似。上述结果表明Ｓｂ具有钙通道阻滞作用。     

中药865液对创伤性出血止血效果的实验研究

通过应用不同浓度的865液对家兔,家犬创伤性出血的止血效果实验观察、组织愈合的病理学检查和抑菌试验,结果表明:865液对创伤性出血有肯定的止血效果,对组织愈合无影响,同时还有明显的抑菌作用,为外伤性出血或术中手术野渗血觅得了新的止血措施。     

高效液相色谱法测定人血浆中翁丹西隆浓度

建立了翁丹西隆的高效液相色谱测定法。血浆样品用醋酸乙酯萃取，以ＺｏｒｂａｘＳｉｌｉｃａ为固定相，６０％０．０２５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ乙酸钠缓冲液（ｐＨ４．２）、４０％乙腈为流动相，紫外３１０ｎｍ处测定。采用外标法峰高定量。最低检出浓度达１ｎｇ／ｍｌ，线性范围１．０～４０．０ｎｇ／ｍｌ（ｒ＝０．９９９６），平均回收率为（９５．２２±３．５８）％（ＲＳＤ３．７６％）。用本法测定人血浆中翁丹西隆浓度具有快速、简便、专一性和灵敏度高的优点。     

ELISA测定血清Ⅱ型胶原抗体对类风湿性关节炎的诊断意义

应用ELISA测定了54例类风湿性关节炎患者、99例非类风湿性关节炎患者以及100例正常人的血清Ⅱ型胶原抗体,结果阳性率分别为90.7%、0、0.54例类风湿性关节炎患者中有7例血清类风湿因子为阴性而Ⅱ型胶原抗体为阳性,且病程均在半年之内。结果表明:Ⅱ型胶原抗体的检测对类风湿性关节炎具有特异性诊断和早期诊断的临床意义。     

Expression of ɛBP, a β-galactoside-binding soluble lectin, in normal and neoplastic epidermis

Abstract The study of animal lectins and glycoconjugates has become an important area of research in biomedical sciences, as these molecules are believed to play important roles in a variety of biological processes. This report describes a study of the expression of an animal lectin, IgE-binding protein (?BP), also known as Mac-2 and CBP35, in human skin. We have analyzed cultured human keratinocytes as well as normal human skin and a number of epidermal neoplasms, by immunoblotting. immuno-fluorescence and immunohistochemistry. We showed that ?BP is expressed in human keratinocytes, hair follicles, sebaceous and sweat glands. We found that cBP expression retains in various epidermal neoplasms, including basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and keratoacan-thoma, although the level of expression appears to be reduced as compared to normal epidermis. The immunohistochemical analysis also suggests that the level of ?BP expression appears to be dependent on the degree of cellular differentiation of keratinocytes.     

普鲁卡因静脉复合麻醉对肝脏血流和氧耗影响的实验研究

采用电磁血流仪和血气分析等技术，研究普鲁卡因静脉复合麻醉对犬体循环血流动力学及肝脏血流和氧耗影响。 １％普鲁卡因复合液以 １．０ｍｇ· ｋｇ－１／ｍｉｎ速度静滴时，随麻醉时间延长，血浆普鲁卡因浓度逐渐升高，６０分钟达５６．９±８．７ｍｇ／Ｌ。体循环各项血流动力学参数趋于稳定，仅在６０分钟产生明显的体循环抑制效应。心率和平均动脉压分别降低２７％、２５％，心指数由３．５２±０．２１Ｌ·ｍｉｎ－１／ｍ２降至 ３． ０８±０．１２Ｌ· ｍｉｎ－１／ｍ２。肝总血流量和氧耗与体循环动力学呈一致性变化。因此，肝脏疾患及肝手术的患者，只要控制血中普鲁卡因浓度不过高，仍可安全实施普鲁卡因静脉复合麻醉。     

Fatal esophageal-arterial fistula 17 years following tetralogy of Fallot repair.

Blalock-Taussig shunts (subclavian to pulmonary anastomoses) have remained the most effective palliation in cyanotic heart disease. Late complications are rare but can be devastating. The case of a 26-year-old female with tetralogy and an original Blalock shunt constructed at age four years is reported. Despite subsequent primary repair of the tetralogy and presumed ligation of the Blalock shunt, the patient succumbed to a fatal hemorrhage due to esophageal-arterial fistula involving the Blalock shunt. The circumstances leading to this dramatic outcome are outlined and discussed. It is important for cardiologists caring for congenital heart disease patients to be aware of the late complications of congenital heart surgery, and carry out the proper follow-up investigations.
