1例＋指离断再植病人的护理

我科于2001年9月，为1例十指离断的患者进行再植，术前、术中、术后均采取了一系列针对性护理措施和治疗方法，使再植十指最终9指成活，外观近似正常，感觉、运动功能恢复良好，现将护理体会报告如下。１病例资料患者，男，30岁，因冲床机压砸伤致十指离断45分钟急诊入院。专科检查：左手于手掌指蹼部完全离断，断面出血伴严重污染，血管神经撕脱，右手示指于近侧指间关节处离断，拇指及3-5指于近节指骨干离断,各指离断面挫伤严重且不整齐。在全麻下行“十指再植术”，医生分三组进行：一组行离断指清创，并寻找血管、神经等组织，做标记备…     

2003年宁德市食物中毒情况分析

目的 为有效预防和控制我市食物中毒。方法 按照食物中毒发生的季节、城乡、场所、食物和原因等进行统计分析。结果 第3季度占全年中毒起数的76．2％，农村发病占城乡的70％，家庭发病占中毒场所的70％，果蔬类占中毒食物的45％，有机磷占中毒原因的35％，误食鼠药和有毒动植物占中毒死亡的100％。结论 提示我市食物中毒防治工作依然繁重，应针对重点季节、重点场所、重点人群和主要中毒食物等高发因素，有的放矢地采取各项行之有效的防制措施。     

TRANSCONJUNCTIVAL OOZING AFTER GLAUCOMA SURGERY

CHRONIC ANGLE－CLOSURE GLAUCOMA MANAGEMENT BY RECONSTRUCTION OF THE ANTERIOR CHAMBER ANGLE

Aim: to estimate the efficacy of anterior chamber angle reconstruction with lens extraction and IOL implantation in chronic angle-closure glaucoma The results of treatment in 60 eyes of 52 patients (12 males and 40 females) are analyzed. CYSTOID MACULAR EDEMA ASSOCIATED WITH LATANOPROST

胆胰十二指肠结合部穿孔的处理

目的 研究医源性胆胰十二指肠结合部穿孔（PBPD）的常见原因，并提出早期处理的正确方法。方法 本总结了9例医源性PBPD的发病过程，早期诊断及处理经验，并分析了本病死亡率极高的原因。结果 6例为胆总管探查所致，3全例为内镜乳头括约肌发开术（EST）引起；4例死亡，1例严重致残；8例经过手术治疗，1例经过微创治疗；EST所致胆胰十二指肠结合部穿孔患多有皮下气肿，而胆总管探查所致穿孔早期无特征性表现。结论 医源性PBPD的最常见的原因是胆总管探查术中胆道探子造成的穿孔及EST中造成的电灼穿孔，其死亡率极高，应注意早期诊断及正确的早期处理。“三造口一引流”（胆囊造瘘，胃造瘘，空肠造瘘，胰全引流）经临床验证不失为一种有效的早期处理方法。
