本文论述了筋钢混凝土深梁局部承压的特点和破坏形态。通过对34个发生局压破坏的深梁试件的分析表明,深梁的局部承压可靠度按TJ10-74规范的公式进行验算时能满足要求。但按新修订的规范验算时,因局部承压计算底面积Ab取值偏大,使局压强度提高系数β_■~(**)的取值偏高,无论按新规范的公式或按局压专题组原建议的公式验算,其可靠度均不能满足要求。本文给出深梁局压强度提高系数β_■的修正公式,进行了可靠度分析,并给出了深梁不需进行局压验算的最小支承长度。  相似文献

The electrical properties and thermal stability of (hereafter referred to as ) Schottky contacts to n-GaN as a function of the Ge concentration and annealing temperature are studied. Upon rapid thermal annealing the /n-GaN Schottky diode is formed at 300 °C and is stable up to 650 °C. At 700 °C the agglomeration occurs in the films. For the Cu-25 at % Ge films the ideality factor, n, barrier height, , and flat band barrier height, , of the /n-GaN diodes are in the ranges of 1.22–1.36, 0.53–0.72 eV, and 0.65–0.97 eV, respectively, being decreased with the annealing temperature. Higher Ge concentration in the Cu-35 at % Ge films results in larger n, , and of /n-GaN Schottky diodes. The film is expected to be a suitable candidate for stable Schottky contacts to n-GaN at elevated temperatures.  相似文献

This work studies the behavior of a multidirectional laminate under Mode II loading. We describe the process of delamination in a reinforced composite of glass/epoxy. The stacking sequence (plies orientation [± ] was selected to minimize the coupling effects. The Mode II interlaminar test under three-point bending and cantilever flexure using ENF (End Notch Flexure) and ELS (End Load Split) specimens, respectively, was performed and analyzed. The test procedures and the results of strain-energy-release rate study for crack initiation are presented. The fracture process and the mechanical behavior of the two types of specimens are analyzed. The analysis clearly shows a close link between the angle , the ratio a/L, and the thickness h of the specimen. Fracture by delamination can be obtained only with an optimal choice of these parameters. The analysis of the states of stresses at the tip of crack allows us to explain the phenomenon of bifurcation between plies and is confirmed by the experimental results.  相似文献

The nutritional status of a cow is a key factor in the regulation of both follicle growth and oocyte quality. In this study, the effect of diets designed to increase circulating insulin and insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) concentrations on steroid production by granulosa cells in vitro was examined to analyse the mechanisms through which these changes occur. Hereford x Friesian heifers (n = 24) were offered maintenance or twice maintenance diets during the experimental period (17 days). Circulating concentrations of FSH did not differ between the two dietary groups, whereas insulin and IGF-I concentrations showed significant diet x day of oestrous cycle interactions. Ovaries were collected on day 3 of the first follicle wave after synchronization of oestrus. Granulosa cells were isolated from small (1-4 mm) and medium-sized (4-8 mm) follicles and cultured in the presence of long R3-IGF-I or bFSH or both. After 4 days in culture, granulosa cells isolated from small follicles, but not medium-sized follicles, collected from cattle offered the twice maintenance diet secreted significantly higher (P < 0.05) amounts of oestradiol compared with granulosa cells collected from cattle offered the maintenance diet. The effect was apparent in either the presence or absence of FSH and long R3-IGF-I. This nutritional effect on aromatase activity in granulosa cells was not apparent after day 6 of culture. There was no effect of diet on progesterone production by granulosa cells after 4 or 6 days of culture. These results support the hypothesis that dietary-induced changes in circulating insulin and IGF-I concentrations have a direct effect on the steroidogenic potential of bovine granulosa cells from small follicles. The dietary-induced increases in aromatase activity in small follicles combined with the increased concentration of metabolic hormones are possible mechanisms through which short-term changes in nutrition may affect follicle dynamics.  相似文献

This paper defines a challenging problem of pattern matching between a pattern P and a text T, with wildcards and length constraints, and designs an efficient algorithm to return each pattern occurrence in an online manner. In this pattern matching problem, the user can specify the constraints on the number of wildcards between each two consecutive letters of P and the constraints on the length of each matching substring in T. We design a complete algorithm, SAIL that returns each matching substring of P in T as soon as it appears in T in an O(n+klmg) time with an O(lm) space overhead, where n is the length of T, k is the frequency of P's last letter occurring in T, l is the user-specified maximum length for each matching substring, m is the length of P, and g is the maximum difference between the user-specified maximum and minimum numbers of wildcards allowed between two consecutive letters in P.SAIL stands for string matching with wildcards and length constraints. Gong Chen received the B.Eng. degree from the Beijing University of Technology, China, and the M.Sc. degree from the University of Vermont, USA, both in computer science. He is currently a graduate student in the Department of Statistics at the University of California, Los Angeles, USA. His research interests include data mining, statistical learning, machine learning, algorithm analysis and design, and database management. Xindong Wu is a professor and the chair of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Vermont. He holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Edinburgh, Britain. His research interests include data mining, knowledge-based systems, and Web information exploration. He has published extensively in these areas in various journals and conferences, including IEEE TKDE, TPAMI, ACM TOIS, IJCAI, AAAI, ICML, KDD, ICDM and WWW, as well as 12 books and conference proceedings. Dr. Wu is the Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering (by the IEEE Computer Society), the founder and current Steering Committee Chair of the IEEE International Conference on Data Mining (ICDM),an Honorary Editor-in-Chief of Knowledge and Information Systems (by Springer), and a Series Editor of the Springer Book Series on Advanced Information and Knowledge Processing (AI&KP). He is the 2004 ACM SIGKDD Service Award winner. Xingquan Zhu received his Ph.D degree in Computer Science from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 2001. He spent 4 months with Microsoft Research Asia, Beijing, China, where he was working on content-based image retrieval with relevance feedback. From 2001 to 2002, he was a postdoctoral associate in the Department of Computer Science at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. He is currently a research assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science, the University of Vermont, Burlington, VT. His research interests include data mining, machine learning, data quality, multimedia computing, and information retrieval. Since 2000, Dr. Zhu has published extensively, including over 50 refereed papers in various journals and conference proceedings. Abdullah N. Arslan got his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science in 2002 from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Upon his graduation he joined the Department of Computer Science at the University of Vermont as an assistant professor. He has been with the computer science faculty there since then. Dr. Arslan's main research interests are on algorithms on strings, computational biology and bioinformatics. Dr. Arslan earned his Master's degree in Computer Science in 1996 from the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas and his Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering in 1990 from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey. He worked as a programmer for the Central Bank of Turkey between 1991 and 1994. Yu He received her B.E. degree in Information Engineering from Zhejiang University, China, in 2001. She is currently a graduate student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Vermont. Her research interests include data mining, bioinformatics and pattern recognition.  相似文献

We synthesize and animate general texture patterns over arbitrary 3D mesh surfaces. The animation is controlled by flow fields over the target mesh, and the texture can be arbitrary user input as long it satisfies the Markov-Random-Field assumptions. We achieve this by extending the texture optimization framework over 3D mesh surfaces. We propose an efficient discrete solver inspired by k-coherence search, allowing interactive flow texture animation while avoiding the blurry blending problem for the least square solver in previous work. Our technique has potential applications ranging from simulation, visualization, and special effects.  相似文献
