Iron selenide (FexSey) thin films were electrodeposited on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface under constant potential and pulse potential modes. The deposition mechanism was investigated using cyclic voltammetry. Electrochemical processes at room temperature are accompanied by adsorption of selenium on the electrode surface and complicated by chemical reactions in the solution bulk. Several approaches to control the film stoichiometry were applied: varying of electrodeposition potential; the use of elevated temperatures (60–80°C) to decrease the electrode passivation and electrodissolution of interfering elements under pulse mode. The composition of FexSey thin films was analyzed using an energy dispersive X-rays (EDX) analysis.  相似文献

With the use of the methods of hydrodynamics, the Kerr electrooptical effect, and dielectric polarization in solution, the molecular properties of a homologous series of poly[3-(trimethylsilyl)tricyclononene-7] samples synthesized via additive polymerization have been studied. Scaling relationships that describe how the intrinsic viscosities, diffusion coefficients, and sedimentation coefficients of macromolecules depend on their molecular masses in toluene at 298 K have been obtained. It has been shown that the additive poly[3-(trimethylsilyl)tricyclononene-7] has enhanced kinetic chain rigidity. According to hydrodynamic data, the length of the Kuhn segment for this polymer does not exceed 6.0 ± 0.6 nm, while the kinetic fragment estimated from electrooptical data is 4.3 nm. In terms of kinetic properties, the studied polymer is similar to wellknown poly[1-(trimethylsilyl)-1-propyne], with the specific morphology of its highly permeable films being determined by the large-scale mechanism of chain orientation.  相似文献

An epitaxial 1–3-μm-thick cadmium telluride film has been grown on silicon with a buffer silicon carbide layer using the method of open thermal evaporation and condensation in vacuum for the first time. The optimum substrate temperature was 500°C at an evaporator temperature of 580°C, and the growth time was 4 s. In order to provide more qualitative growth of cadmium telluride, a high-quality ~100-nm-thick buffer silicon carbide layer was previously synthesized on the silicon surface using the method of topochemical substitution of atoms. The ellipsometric, Raman, X-ray diffraction, and electron-diffraction analyses showed a high structural perfection of the CdTe layer in the absence of a polycrystalline phase.

Using the citrate sol-gel method, a new complex oxide Ca0.75Y0.25Co0.15Mn0.85O2.92 is synthesized. It is shown that this compound is crystallized in the rhombically distorted version of perovskite structure (a = 0.53397(8), b = 0.7470(1), c = 0.52810(6) nm). The phase is characterized by a low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) (13.8 ppm K?1) and high electric conductivity (135 S/cm at 900°C). The chemical reaction between Ca0.75Y0.25Co0.15Mn0.85O2.92 and the YSZ and GDC electrolyte materials is studied. The material is highly reactive and reacts with YSZ and GDC at 900°C and 1070°C, respectively. It is concluded that Ca0.75Y0.25Co0.15Mn0.85O2.92 is a promising cathodic material for solid oxide fuel cells, provided a reliable protection SDC sublayer is formed between the cathode and the YSZ membrane.  相似文献

A quasi-optical superconducting NbN hot-electron bolometer (HEB) mixer is measured in the frequency range of 0.5-2.5 THz for understanding of the frequency dependence of noise temperature of THz coherent detectors. It has been found that noise temperature increasing with frequency is mainly due to the coupling loss between the quasioptical planar antenna and the superconducting HEB bridge when taking account of non-uniform distribution of high-frequency current. With the coupling loss corrected, the superconducting HEB mixer demonstrates a noise temperature nearly independent of frequency.  相似文献

Stable hollow polyelectrolyte capsules were produced by the layer‐by‐layer assembling of non‐biodegradable polyelectrolytes – poly(allylamine) and poly(styrenesulfonate) on melamine formaldehyde microcores followed by the core decomposition at low pH. A proteolytic enzyme, α‐chymotrypsin, was encapsulated into these microcapsules with high yields of up to 100%. The encapsulation procedure was based on the protein adsorption onto the capsule shells and on the pH‐dependent opening and closing of capsule wall pores. The protein in the capsules retained a high activity, and thermo‐ and storage stability. The nanostructured polyelectrolyte shell protected the proteinase from a high molecular weight inhibitor. Such enzyme‐loaded capsules can be used as microreactors for biocatalysis.  相似文献
