不同折流板结构螺旋折流板换热器传热性能的比较(英文)

Numerical simulations were performed on flow and heat transfer performances of heat exchangers having six helical baffles of different baffle shapes and assembly configurations, i.e., two trisection baffle schemes, two quadrant baffle schemes, and two continuous helical baffle schemes. The temperature contour or the pressure contour and velocity contour plots with superimposed velocity vectors on meridian, transverse and unfolded concentric hexagonal slices are presented to obtain a full angular view. For the six helix baffled heat exchangers, the different patterns of the single vortex secondary flow and the shortcut leakage flow were depicted as wel as the heat transfer properties were compared. The results show that the optimum scheme among the six configurations is a circumferential overlap trisection helix baffled heat exchanger with a baffle incline angle of 20° (20°TCO) scheme with an anti-shortcut baffle structure, which exhibits the second highest pressure dropΔpo, the highest overal heat transfer coefficient K, shel-side heat transfer coefficient ho and shel-side average comprehensive index ho/Δpo.

粤港澳大湾区世界城市群与世界机场群相伴而生、联动发展.建设世界级机场群，需要5大机场错位发展和良性互动.澳门国际机场是澳门融入粤港澳大湾区重要一极，但机场发展存在与澳门定位、香港珠海空域空运矛盾、澳门土地和环境现状等相关的问题.因此，澳门国际机场今后发展需在葡语国家航线、珠澳密切合作、公务机产业方面努力实现跨越式发展.然而，澳门国际机场改扩建问题争议不断，本文就原址扩建、填海区新建、飞地黄茅岛新建3种模式进行比较分析，探索符合澳门长远利益之方案.     

基于FCM燃料的商业压水堆中子学分析

全陶瓷微封装(Fully Ceramic Microencapsulated,FCM)燃料是一种将三结构同向性型(Tri-structural isotropic,TRISO)燃料颗粒弥散于SiC基质的先进燃料,具有良好的包容裂变产物的能力,能有效地改善核燃料在严重事故下保持结构完整性的能力,有利于降低核电站发生大量放射性物质泄漏的风险,是耐事故燃料(Accident Tolerant Fuel,ATF)的主要研究方向之一。与传统UO_2陶瓷芯块燃料相比,FCM燃料的U装量较少,且燃料基体采用SiC,慢化能力较好,可能导致FCM燃料应用于商业压水堆时寿期初慢化剂温度系数为正,不能满足堆芯的固有安全性。本文以标准AFA3G 17×17栅格形式的UO_2-Zr合金燃料组件为参照对象,采用中核集团自主研发的NESTOR软件,分析了17×17和13×13两种栅格形式的FCM燃料(UN核芯)组件的中子学特性,评价了由13×13栅格形式的FCM燃料(UN核芯)组成反应堆堆芯的总体物理特性。研究表明:含钆可燃毒物的13×13栅格形式的FCM燃料(UN核芯)组件可满足欠慢化要求,13×13栅格形式的FCM燃料(UN核芯)用于大型商业压水堆堆芯的慢化剂温度系数可以为负,首循环堆芯可达到与参照堆芯接近的燃耗深度与循环长度,能初步满足商业压水堆堆芯的固有安全性和经济性的要求。     

Collective reflection strategy for moderating conformity tendency and promoting reflective judgment performance

Reflective judgement is crucial for medical-related practitioners in dealing with controversial issues. However, the conformity phenomenon is likely to occur and interfere with reflective judgement learning during interactive activities. Effective strategies are required to moderate the conformity behaviour tendency (CBT) and improve reflective judgement performance (RJP). This study demonstrates two significant results: (a) Compared with the guided self-reflection learning strategy, the online collective reflection (OCR) learning strategy effectively weakened the learners' general CBT while dealing with professional controversial issues; and (b) a significantly negative correlation between the RJP achieved and the change of CBT in online environment was detected in the OCR group. The implications and potential applications in higher education were discussed. Further studies are needed to confirm the long-term effects and the extending application to other professional studies.

介绍215/70R17.5 10PR 118/116L无内胎半钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径741 mm,断面宽204 mm,行驶面宽度164 mm,胎冠曲线采用反向弧设计,胎圈着合直径442.8 mm,胎圈着合宽度178 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)1.0,采用4条纵向花纹沟设计,花纹深度12 mm,花纹饱和度71.3%,花纹周节数63。施工设计:胎面胶采用乳聚丁苯橡胶与顺丁橡胶并用的生胶体系,带束层采用2层2+7×0.28HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层2220dtex/2聚酯帘线,胎体上加贴2层锦纶帘布过渡增强层,胎圈采用软、硬两种三角胶,采用二次法成型机成型、B型液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明:轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相关标准要求,胎圈耐久性能显著提高。     

柠条的纤维特性及其双螺杆CMP制浆性能研究

以柠条为原料，分析了其化学组分和纤维形态，并探讨了柠条双螺杆CMP法的制浆工艺以及浆料的纤维形态和成纸的物理性能。研究结果表明：与针、阔叶木相比，柠条原料中纤维素和综纤维素质量分数较低，苯醇抽出物和热水抽出物质量分数较高，柠条纤维长度总体偏短，木质部和皮部的纤维质量平均长度分别为0.621和0.819 mm，还存在部分杂细胞。采用3.5% Na₂SO₃和1.5% NaOH常温预浸12 h、90℃汽蒸1 h后再用双螺杆挤浆机在质量分数35%下进行搓丝，并结合高浓盘磨机磨浆，所得CMP浆得率可达73%。柠条CMP浆基本保持了纤维原有的长度，质量平均长度达0.650 mm，长宽比为32.7，纤维解离较好，但分丝帚化情况不理想，含有部分纤维束和杂细胞。当加拿大游离度为300 mL时，柠条CMP浆成纸的环压强度指数和松厚度较高，分别为8.67（N·m）/g和2.56 cm³/g，抗张指数为19.6（N·m）/g，本色浆白度较高，达50%（ISO）。柠条CMP浆适合配抄瓦楞原纸等包装用纸，漂白后可配抄新闻纸和白板纸。

海绵负载纳米Al2O3复合吸附剂去除水中硒研究

研究制备了海绵负载纳米Al2O3微球的复合吸附剂(NAS),并用于对Se(Ⅳ)和Se(Ⅵ)的吸附。结果表明,合成的纳米Al2O3微球(NAO)的平均尺寸为200~400 nm,在海绵上负载NAO会使其分散性更好。当NAO负载量分别为80 mg/g和60 mg/g时,NAS对Se(Ⅳ)和Se(Ⅵ)的吸附性能为佳,分别需要60、120 min达到平衡,适应pH为2~5;两者均符合准2级动力学模型;NAS对Se(Ⅳ)、Se(Ⅵ)的最大吸附容量分别为137.2、143.9 mg/g,能很好地与Freundlich模型拟合,说明NAS表面不均匀,且属于多层吸附。经过2次的循环,对Se(Ⅳ)和Se(Ⅵ)的去除率有所降低,但均仍保持在一定的水平,说明NAS可再生循环利用。NAS作为一种新型吸附剂去除水中Se具有较好的应用前景。
