Sr8/7TiSy (y=2.84-2.97) has been prepared by controlling the partial pressure of sulfur. The XRD and the ED patterns could not be indexed because of incommensurate structures; they were, therefore, indexed by four-dimensional formalism with simple lattice parameters of A, CTi and CSr in a hexagonal setting. However, a commensurate structure was obtained at y=2.84 in Sr8/7TiSy, the XRD and ED patterns of which were indexed by three- and four-dimensional formalisms. The sulfides, including incommensurate and commensurate structures, could be regarded as a single phase with a homogeneity range of sulfur of y=2.84-2.97, when the four-dimensional formalism was used. On the other hand, from the viewpoint of three-dimensional formalism, the structure contains two penetrating hexagonal subcells. The lattice parameter “a” in hexagonal setting is common to both subcells, while c is given by c=pCTi=qCSr, where p and q are integers, and CTi and CSr are the periodicities in c-direction of the two subcells, respectively. Hence, there is an infinite number of the structures in the composition range of y=2.84-2.97 in Sr8/7TiSy.  相似文献

One of the authors (KH) previously proposed pitch-modulated interdigital transducers (IDTs) and reflectors for developing low-loss and wideband longitudinally coupled double-mode SAW (DMS) filters. This paper discusses how a wide and flat passband is realized by applying the pitch-modulated IDTs and reflectors to DMS filters. It is shown that the pitch-modulated structure enables one to adjust the location of multiple resonance frequencies simultaneously by varying an effective reflective position with frequency. That is, the IDTs are pitch-modulated so that the outer portion has slightly larger pitch than the inside, and the pitch of the outermost reflectors is made largest. Accordingly, higher-order SAW resonances occur between the two pitch-modulated IDTs. The outer portion of each IDT acts as a reflector, and the inner portion is mainly responsible for SAW excitation. Lower-order SAW resonances occur between the two reflectors.  相似文献

The effect of the disinfectant sodium hypochlorite (NaClO), with or without mild heat (50 degrees C) and fumaric acid, on native bacteria and the foodborne pathogens Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli O157:H7, and Salmonella Typhimurium DT104 attached to iceberg lettuce leaves was examined. The retail lettuce examined consistently harbored 6 to 7 log CFU/g of native bacteria throughout the study period. Inner leaves supported 1 to 2 log CFU/g fewer bacteria than outer leaves. About 70% of the native bacterial flora was removed by washing five times with 0.85% NaCl. S. aureus, E. coli, and Salmonella allowed to attach to lettuce leaves for 5 min were more easily removed by washing than when allowed to attach for 1 h or 2 days, with more S. aureus being removed than E. coli or Salmonella Typhimurium. An increase of time for attachment of pathogens from 5 min to 2 days leads to decreased efficiency of the washing and sanitizing treatment. Treatment with fumaric acid (50 mM for 10 min at room temperature) was the most effective, although it caused browning of the lettuce, with up to a 2-log reduction observed. The combination of 200 ppm of sodium hypochlorite and mild heat treatment at 50 degrees C for 1 min reduced the pathogen populations by 94 to 98% (1.2- to 1.7-log reduction) without increasing browning.  相似文献

We examined the effects of brovincamine fumarate, a Ca(2+)-channel blocker, on choroidal blood flow. We measured the choroidal blood volume continuously for 1 hour using laser Doppler flowmetry, as well as systemic blood pressure, heart rate, and intraocular pressure in six urethane-anesthetized rabbits after intravenous administration of 0.1 mg/kg or 0.5 mg/kg brovincamine. As a control, ten rabbits receiving no medication were used. All the data were recorded and analyzed using MacLab on a computer. In both the 0.1 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg brovincamine-injected groups, the choroidal blood volume decreased significantly after administration, but showed no significant difference from controls. Vascular resistance in the choroid showed a significant increase over the value before administration and over the control group. The heart rate decreased significantly compared to the value before injection and to the control group. The mean blood pressure in both dose groups and the intraocular pressure in the 0.5 mg/kg injected group were significantly higher than the controls. These results indicate that intravenous administration of 0.1 mg/kg or 0.5 mg/kg brovincamine does not cause an increase in the choroidal blood volume in urethane-anesthetized rabbits.  相似文献

The effects of substitution of Y or Bi on the low-temperature structural phase transition, electronic anomaly and superconductivity have been studied in La2-y-xYyBaxCuO La2-y-xBiyBaxCuO4 and La1.9-y-xTb0.1BiySrxCuO4 with x = 1/8. Moreover, an electronic anomaly, which is analogous to those observed in La2–xBaxCuO4 and La1.6-xNd0.4SrxCuO4 with x 1/8, has been found below about 60 K in the thermoelectric power measurements for the Zn-substituted La2–xSrxCu1–yZnyO4 with x 0.115 and y = 0.01 – 0.02. These experimental results support the conclusions by Tranquada et al. that static order of the stripe correlations of holes and spins, owing to pinning by the low-temperature structure or impurities (Zn in this case), is the origin of the electronic anomaly, leading to the suppression of superconductivity.  相似文献

This paper describes the development of a high-speed laser probe system for surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices. A fast scanning rate of 2.5 kS/s is realized by continuous stage translation and successive acquisition of the detector output by a high-speed data-logger. Trigger pulses are generated from the output of a high-precision linear-scale installed in the translation stage and fed to the data-logger for the synchronization with the stage movement. The phase-sensitive, knife-edge method is used for the optical detection. This makes the system very unsusceptible to low-frequency mechanical vibration caused by the fast stage translation. The system is applied for the characterization of spurious resonance modes in SAW devices. In conjunction with skillful use of image processing in wavenumber domain, it is shown how the present system is effective in the diagnosis and development of SAW devices.  相似文献

This letter describes a method of determining overlap width for interdigital electrodes of s.a.w. filters by taking account of electrical terminations and matching circuits. A filter with 22.5% bandwidth is designed by use of damped least squares. Since the amplitude response in the passband can be considerably improved compared with that designed by a Fourier analysis, this method may be useful when the required passband shape is strictly specified.  相似文献

This paper discusses, both qualitatively and quantitatively, the operation and the design principle of current surface acoustic wave (SAW) resonators in which the internal reflection within interdigital transducers (IDTs) is not negligible and lower capacitance ratio is necessary. For the purpose, the p-matrix expression is used with the help of the coupling-of-modes theory. The internal reflection causes: deformation of the IDT passband shape, frequency dependence of the effective SAW velocity within IDTs, and suppression of higher-order resonances. It is shown that these features can be effectively used to enhance performances of both one-port SAW resonators and two-port double-mode SAW (DMS) filters. In addition, under proper designs accounting for the internal reflection, most of all structural discontinuities can be removed, and is most preferable for the reduced scattering loss at the discontinuity. Design criteria also are presented for DMS filters of wide bandwidth, and it is demonstrated how device performances are improved by proper design accounting for the criteria.  相似文献
